Abstract

本发明提出了一种将差压预冷和冷藏库功能相结合的冷墙式差压预冷库,包括冷藏库(1)、高静压冷风机(2)、差压调节阀(3)、差压门(4)、预冷口(5)、导流片(6),其特征在于冷藏库内(1),通过差压调节阀(3)调节差压门(4)的高低,从而改变预冷口(5)的大小,在高静压冷风机(2)的抽吸作用下,冷藏库内的冷风通过预冷口(5),并形成一定的压力差,实现差压预冷的功能。本发明具有综合效益高,投资少,可适应于大多数果蔬产地使用。

冷墙式差压预冷库
技术领域
本发明及到一种复合冷藏库,更具体地说是涉及到一种具有预冷功能的冷藏库。 
背景技术
预冷是冷藏链的开端,在不增加现有投资的情况下,如何在现有冷藏库中实现预冷功能是产地预冷必须要解决的问题。 
在传统的做法中,预冷功能主要是由独立的预冷设备来实现,这增加了整个冷藏链体系的投资,使运行成本升高。而在冷藏库中,则往往只具有贮藏功能,没有使效益最大化。 
基于以上技术背景,本发明提出了一个冷墙式差压预冷库,使冷藏库同时具有预冷功能和贮藏功能,而投资没有增加,使得效益最大化。 
发明内容
本发明提出了一种将差压预冷和冷藏库功能相结合的冷墙式差压预冷库,包括冷藏库(1)、高静压冷风机(2)、差压调节阀(3)、差压门(4)、预冷口(5)、导流片(6),其特征在于冷藏库内(1),通过差压调节阀(3)调节差压门(4)的高低,从而改变预冷口(5)的大小,在高静压冷风机(2)的抽吸作用下,冷藏库内的冷风通过预冷口(5),并形成一定的压力差,实现差压预冷的功能。

Claims (3)

1.一种将差压预冷和冷藏库功能相结合的冷墙式差压预冷库,包括冷藏库(1)、高静压冷风机(2)、差压调节阀(3)、差压门(4)、预冷口(5)、导流片(6),其特征在于冷藏库内(1),通过差压调节阀(3)调节差压门(4)的高低,从而改变预冷口(5)的大小,在高静压冷风机(2)的抽吸作用下,冷藏库内的冷风通过预冷口(5),并形成一定的压力差,实现差压预冷的功能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷墙式差压预冷库,其特征在于利用高静压冷风机(2)在预冷口(5)两侧形成压力差,实现差压预冷的功能。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的冷墙式差压预冷库,其特征在于具有导流片(6),减少冷风通过预冷口(5)的阻力。
