本发明涉及机械设备领域，具体涉及一种开放式炼胶机可移动轴承座。
背景技术：
开放式炼胶机主要由底座、机架、前后辊筒、传动机构、安全开关、电气控制系统组成，传动机构设于机架内，前后滚轮设于机架上并与传动机构连接，电气控制系统与传动机构连接并控制传动机构运动，从而传动机构带动前后辊筒转动，安全开关控制电气控制系统的电路的通断。开放式炼胶机的工作原理是：前后辊筒以不同的线速度相对回转，胶料在前后辊筒的摩擦力作用下被拉入前后辊筒之间，胶料经强烈的剪切和挤压作用从而增加其自身的可塑度，最终达到炼胶的目的。
发明内容：
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种开放式炼胶机可移动轴承座。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种开放式炼胶机可移动轴承座，包括有机架，机架上通过轴承座安装有相互平行的前滚筒和后滚筒，其特征在于：安装前滚筒的轴承座设置在机架的导轨上，并可在导轨上移动，安装后滚筒的轴承座固定在机架上。
所述安装前滚筒的轴承座通过调距螺杆连接调距装置，调距装置通过调距螺杆带动安装前滚筒的轴承座沿机架上的导轨移动来完成调距。
本发明一种开放式炼胶机可移动轴承座，结构简单，辊距调节方便，调节辊距的传动件为螺杆，使用寿命长，且不易出现故障。

如图1所示，一种开放式炼胶机可移动轴承座，包括有机架6，机架6上通过轴承座5安装有相互平行的前滚筒2和后滚筒1，安装前滚筒2的轴承座5设置在机架6的导轨4上，并可在导轨4上移动，安装后滚筒1的轴承座5固定在机架6上，安装前滚筒2的轴承座5通过调距螺杆连接调距装置3，调距装置3通过调距螺杆带动安装前滚筒2的轴承座5沿机架6上的导轨4移动来完成调距。
