本发明公开了一种单边开口的对齐式砌块,包括设有变截面横肋的砌块体,变截面横肋设在砌块体一侧,两个较近变截面横肋之间距离等于砌块靠近顶面变截面横肋到顶面距离的两倍加上灰缝厚度,变截面横肋的长度为50mm-150mm。砌块体结构简单,制作方便,砌块体砌筑成墙体时,施工方便,效率高,墙体中间填充保温隔热材料,可完全隔断冷热桥,保温隔热隔音效果好。

单边开口的对齐式砌块
技术领域
本发明主要涉及到一种建筑墙体块材,特指建筑中一种砌筑墙体后可充分利用墙体内保温隔热层的单边开口的对齐式砌块。
背景技术
 随着社会的进步,如何保护环境、节约资源和提高效率成为当今社会的重要课题。传统的砌块砌筑后墙体存在冷热桥,保温隔热性能不能达到节能要求,砌块复杂,容易开裂,且在墙体砌筑时存在耗时长、效率低等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就在于:针对上述传统的砌块砌筑后墙体存在冷热桥,保温隔热性能不能达到节能要求,砌块复杂,容易开裂,且在墙体砌筑时存在耗时长、效率低等缺陷,本发明提供一种结构简单,砌筑后墙体能够完全隔断冷热桥的一边开口的对齐式砌块。
为达到上述目标,本发明提出的解决方案为:单边开口的对齐式砌块,包括设有变截面横肋的砌块体,变截面横肋设在砌块体一侧,两个较近变截面横肋之间的距离等于砌块靠近顶面变截面横肋到顶面距离的两倍加上灰缝厚度,墙体中间填充保温隔热材料。
本发明的优点在于:
(1) 砌块体结构简单,制作方便,易于工业化生产;
(2) 砌块体使用灵活方便,易于施工,砌筑墙体时间短,效率高,易于推广应用;
(3) 砌块体砌筑成墙体时,中间填充保温隔热材料,可完全隔断冷热桥,保温隔热隔音效果好,墙体厚度在240mm时,填充保温隔热材料,传热系数小于0.50W/(㎡·°C),完全达到节能65%的要求,性能优越。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图以带两个变截面横肋的砌块为例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1:
参见图1、图3、图4,一种带两个变截面横肋的砌块,包括设有两个变截面横肋2的砌块体1,变截面横肋2设在砌块体一侧,两个变截面横肋之间距离等于变截面横肋到顶面距离两倍加上灰缝厚,变截面横肋的长度为50mm-150mm。砌块体砌筑成墙体时,先砌筑墙体的内侧和外侧,在墙体中间空白处填充保温材料,保温隔热层厚度和保温材料根据实际节能需要选择,以提高墙体的保温隔热隔声性能。

1.单边开口的对齐式砌块,包括设有变截面横肋的砌块体,其特征在于:变截面横肋设在砌块体一侧,两个较近变截面横肋之间的距离等于砌块靠近顶面变截面横肋到顶面距离的两倍加上灰缝厚度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单边开口的对齐式砌块,其特征在于:墙体中间填充保温隔热材料。
