Abstract
一种外用安眠贴，包括医用涂胶底布、涂抹在涂胶底布上的药膏、覆盖在药膏上面的纱布；药膏由中药(合欢皮、酸枣仁、珍珠粉等)提取液、薰衣草精油、天竺葵精油、和药膏基质组成。将本发明药贴贴在太阳穴周围，内外同治，能安神助眠。由于是药贴，使用更方便，且作用时间更长。
Description
技术领域 本发明涉及一种治疗失眠的外用药贴。
背景技术 失眠虽不是器质性疾病，但却会给患者带来无尽烦恼。现有的中药治疗方法多为内服，长期服用让人担心有副作用，也有采用薰衣草精油外用的，但容易因过快挥发而无法长时间发生作用。
发明内容 本发明公开一种能长时间发生作用的治疗失眠的外用药贴。
本发明包括医用涂胶底布、涂抹在涂胶底布上的药膏、覆盖在药膏上面的纱布组成；药膏由中药(合欢皮、酸枣仁、珍珠粉)提取液、薰衣草精油、天竺葵精油、和药膏基质组成。所述药膏各成分的质量比为：中药(合欢皮、酸枣仁、珍珠粉)提取液5-10份、薰衣草精油1-3份、天竺葵精油1-3份、药膏基质10-30份。药膏基质采用羊毛脂醇、白凡士林或液体石蜡等。
中药提取液是按照质量计采用合欢皮1-5份，酸枣仁2-8份，珍珠粉1-3份，加水10-30份经过熬煮、过滤而得到的5-10份中药药液。
本发明的合欢皮、酸枣仁、珍珠的药效经透皮吸收能安神助眠，薰衣草精油、天竺葵精油的香气具有缓解神经促睡眠的功效。将本发明药贴贴在太阳穴周围，内外同治，能安神助眠。供20人使用1周，感觉明显有效的18人，有效率90％。由于是药贴，使用方便，且能长时间(几个小时以上)发生作用。
具体实施方式 下面是本发明的具体例子：
1、将合欢皮2份切碎、酸枣仁4份压碎，水解珍珠粉1份，加入15份水浸泡3小时，煮开后慢火熬煮至得到5份药液，倒出药液再加7份水熬煮，得到3份药液，合并两次药液过滤去掉残渣，得到约8份中药提取液。
2、羊毛脂醇20份在容器中加热至50度，加入前述制得的8份中药提取液，边加入边快速搅拌，使各材料混合均匀，成为霜剂；停止加热使霜剂冷却。
3、当霜剂冷却至常温时，加入薰衣草精油2份，天竺葵精油2份，继续搅拌使混合均匀。也可加入少量渗透剂如氮酮。
4、将医用涂胶底布剪切为50×25mm的长方形贴，在中间位置涂抹上述药膏1-3克，药膏上面再覆盖一层30×15mm纱布，并使纱布四周贴在涂胶底布上，即成本发明药贴。并装入面积相当的聚乙烯薄膜袋里面，密封保存。
Claims (2)
1.一种外用安眠贴，包括医用涂胶底布、涂抹在涂胶底布上的药膏、覆盖在药膏上面的纱布；
所述药膏由中药提取液、薰衣草精油、天竺葵精油、和药膏基质组成，各成分的质量组成为：中药提取液5-10份、薰衣草精油1-3份、天竺葵精油1-3份、药膏基质10-30份；
其中所述的中药提取液是采用合欢皮1-5份，酸枣仁2-8份，珍珠粉1-3份，加水10-30份经过熬煮、过滤而得到的5-10份中药药液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外用安眠贴，其特征在于：药膏基质采用羊毛脂醇、白凡士林或液体石蜡。
