Abstract

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯的除草组合物,用于防治麦田常见的杂草。
背景技术
近几年来农药开发的方向是体现高效、低毒、低残留和无污染。具体表现为追求“三高”,即(1)安全性高,这不仅要求毒性低,残留低,而且无公害;(2)生物活性高;(3)选择性高。因此继续改进目前农药产品的性能,达到高效、低毒、无污染的要求。所以,选择复配混合物的农药就成了当前的首选和一种有效的途径,通过调整不同农药的配比是性能互补的农药得到最佳的增效作用。
氟丁酰草胺(beflubufamid),分子式:C18H17F4NO2,分子量:355.33。氟丁酰草胺是由日本宇部产业公司开发的苯氧酰胺类除草剂,主要用于小麦田苗后防除重要的阔叶杂草及禾本科杂草,同异丙隆混用除草效果尤佳,由于其持效期适中,对后茬作物无影响。
唑啉草酯(pinoxaden),分子式:C23H32N24,化学名称:2,2-二甲基-丙炔酸8-(2,6-二乙基-4-甲基-苯基)-9-氧-1,2,4,5-4氢-9H-吡唑[1,2-d][1,4,5]氧二氮卓-7-基酯,唑啉草酯为乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抑制剂类除草剂,药物可被杂草叶片吸收,然后传导至分生组织,抑制分裂细胞的脂类合成,导致杂草死亡。一般施药后48小时敏感杂草停止生长,1~2周内杂草叶片开始发黄,3~4周内杂草彻底死亡。施药后杂草受害的反应速度与气候条件、杂草种类、生长条件等有关。该药对大麦安全性高。在不良气候条件下(低温或高湿)施药,大麦叶片可能会出现暂时的失绿症状,但不影响其正常生长发育和最终产量。药物在土壤中降解快,很少被根部吸收,只有很低的土壤活性,对后茬作物无影响。耐雨水冲刷,施药后1小时遇雨基本不影响除草效果。
近年,人们频繁使用兼具对有用作物的安全性和对不希望的植物的除草效果的所谓选择性除草剂,但是即使是具有高度选择性的除草剂,在使用时因气象条件、土壤条件、作物的品种、药剂处理时期等各种条件,有时也产生药害。人们正在研究应对这样的不期望的事态的各种药害减轻剂的使用。目前,我国在除草剂的混用研究方面也较为重视,被广泛认为是除草剂合理使用的重要措施之一,研究出了一系列除草混剂,取得了较大进展。
我公司也致力于除草混剂的研发。目前,关于氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯的相关复配产品未见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防治小麦田杂草的含有氟丁酰草胺的除草组合物。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种含氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯的除草组合物,其特征在于:除草组合物含有氟丁酰草胺1~70%,唑啉草酯1~50%,助剂及赋形剂余量。
所述的含氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯的除草组合物,其特征在于:除草组合物中含有氟丁酰草胺5~50%,唑啉草酯2~30%,助剂及赋形剂余量。
所述的含氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯的除草组合物,其特征在于:除草组合物中含有氟丁酰草胺10~40%,唑啉草酯5~20%,助剂及赋形剂余量。
所述的含氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯的除草组合物,其特征在于:除草组合物的剂型选自:可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微乳剂、水乳剂。
所述的助剂及赋型剂包括:分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、乳化剂、溶剂、抗冻剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、填料、去离子水。
所述的含氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯的除草组合物,其特征在于:制成可湿性粉剂时包含如下组分含量:氟丁酰草胺1~70%、唑啉草酯1~50%、分散剂5~10%、湿润剂2~10%、填料8~91%。
将氟丁酰草胺、唑啉草酯、分散剂、湿润剂、填料混合,在混合缸中混合均匀,经气流粉碎机粉碎后再混合均匀,即可制成氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯可湿性粉剂产品。
所述的含氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯除草剂的除草组合物,其特征在于:组合物制成水分散粒剂时包括如下组分含量:氟丁酰草胺1~70%、唑啉草酯1~50%、分散剂3~12%、湿润剂1~8%、崩解剂1~10%、填料10~93%。
将氟丁酰草胺、唑啉草酯、分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、填料等一起经气流粉碎得到需要的粒径,得到制粒用料。将料品定量送进流化床制粒干燥机内经过制粒及干燥后,制得氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯水分散粒剂产品。
所述的含氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯的除草组合物,其特征在于:组合物制成悬浮剂时包括如下组分含量:氟丁酰草胺1~50%、唑啉草酯1~40%、分散剂2~10%、湿润剂2~10%、消泡剂0.1~1%、增稠剂0.1~2%、抗冻剂0.1~8%、乳化剂0.5%~5%、去离子水加至100%。
将上述配方料中分散剂、湿润剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、抗冻剂、乳化剂经过高速剪切混合均匀,加入氟丁酰草胺、唑啉草酯在球磨机中球磨2~3小时,使微粒粒径全部在5μm以下,制得氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯悬浮剂产品。
所述的含氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯的除草组合物,其特征在于:组合物制成悬乳剂时包括如下组分含量:氟丁酰草胺1~50%、唑啉草酯1~40%、乳化剂2~12%,分散剂2~10%、消泡剂0.1~2%、增稠剂0.1~2%、抗冻剂0.1~8%、稳定剂0.05~3%、去离子水加至100%。
将上述配方料中分散剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、抗冻剂、稳定剂经过高速剪切混合均匀,加入氟丁酰草胺原药,在球磨机中球磨2~3小时,使微粒粒径全部在5μm以下,制得氟丁酰草胺悬浮剂,然后将唑啉草酯原药、乳化剂及各种助剂用高速搅拌器直接乳化到悬浮剂中,制得氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯悬乳剂产品。
所述的含氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯的除草组合物,其特征在于:制成微乳剂时包括:氟丁酰草胺1~50%、唑啉草酯1~40%、溶剂3~30%、乳化剂3~15%、抗冻剂1~4%、消泡剂0.01~1%、增稠剂0.2~2%、去离子水加至100%。
将原药溶解在装有溶剂和助溶剂的反应釜中;将阴离子乳化剂、非离子乳化剂以及稳定剂、抗冻剂、水加入到装有上述溶液的反应釜中后予以强烈混合并匀化,最后得到外观清澈透明的氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯微乳剂产品。
所述的含氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯的除草组合物,其特征在于制成水乳剂时包括:氟丁酰草胺1~50%、唑啉草酯1~40%、溶剂3~30%、乳化剂1~8%、抗冻剂1~4%、消泡剂0.01~1%、增稠剂0.2~2%、去离子水加至100%。
将配方中的氟丁酰草胺、唑啉草酯、溶剂、乳化剂加在一起,使溶解成均匀油相;将水、抗冻剂、消泡剂、增稠剂混合在一起,成均一水相;在高速搅拌下,将水相加入油相或将油相加入水相,分散良好后制得氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯水乳剂产品。
所述的分散剂选自烷基萘磺酸盐、双(烷基)萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、芳基酚聚氧乙烯丁二酸酯磺酸盐、辛基酚聚氧乙烯基醚硫酸盐、聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯嘧甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯嘧、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯嘧、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、酯聚氧乙烯嘧中的一种或多种。
所述的湿润剂选自:十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、拉开粉BX、润湿渗透剂F、皂角粉、茶枯、蚕沙、无患子粉中的一种或多种。

除草剂混用是杂草综合治理中的重要措施之一,通过除草剂的混用可以扩大除草谱、提高除草效果、延长施药适期、降低药害、减少残留活性、延缓除草剂抗药性的发生与发展,对麦田杂草如麦草、看麦娘、日本看麦娘、硬草、菵草、棒头草、婆婆纳、播娘蒿、狗尾草、猪殃殃、野燕麦、宝盖草、田堇菜、藜、荠菜、大爪草、蒺、苋、麦瓶草、鸭跖草、龙葵、苍耳、猪毛菜、麦家公、田旋花、荞麦蔓等常见的杂草效果突出。

实施应用例一:
氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯混配对小麦田杂草的活性测定试验报告
试验目的:在温室盆栽条件下测定了氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯及其不同混配组合对猪殃殃的除草效果,并评价了其联合作用,为混配药剂的剂型开发和农药登记田间药效试验提供科学依据。
供试靶标:猪殃殃(Rubiaceae Galium)。
试验药剂:氟丁酰草胺(beflubufamid)97%原药,唑啉草酯(pinoxaden)95%原药,均由陕西美邦农药有限公司提供。
药剂配置:
氟丁酰草胺溶液:准确称取0.0445g97%氟丁酰草胺原药,用1mLDMF溶解,加入含0.1%TWEEN80乳化剂的清水400mL,搅拌均匀,配置成氟丁酰草胺170g(a.i./hm2)溶液,再用清水稀释成115g(a.i./hm2)、75g(a.i./hm2)浓度备用。
唑啉草酯溶液:准确称取0.01204g95%唑啉草酯原药,用1mLDMF溶解,加入含0.1%TWEEN80乳化剂的清水400mL,搅拌均匀,配置成唑啉草酯45g(a.i./hm2)溶液,再用清水稀释成35g(a.i./hm2)、20g(a.i./hm2)浓度备用。
空白对照溶液:1mLDMF加400mL 0.1%TWEEN80乳化剂的水。
试验方法:采用盆栽茎叶处理法(NY/T 1155.4-2006):在高6cm、直径9cm的塑料钵内装定量土,将供试靶标杂草种子15~20粒播种在塑料钵内,盖0.5~1cm厚的细土后放在温室内培养,待杂草长至2~5叶期进行茎叶喷雾处理,每钵喷药液1mL,每处理重复4次,并设不含药剂的处理为对照。处理后试材置于温室内培养,定期观察靶标杂草的生长情况,15d后目测靶标受害症状及生长抑制情况,并称地上部分鲜重或株鲜重,以报表鲜重抑制率评价药剂对靶标杂草的毒力作用。
调查方法:
试验处理15d后目测靶标受害症状及生长抑制情况,并称地上部分鲜重,计算鲜重抑制率(%)。
联合作用评价方法:
根据Gowing法评价除草剂联合作用方式(NY/T 1155.7-2006),其公式如下:

式中,X为氟丁酰草胺以某剂量单用时对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率;Y为唑啉草酯以某剂量单用时对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率;E0为氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯二种药剂混用时对靶标杂草鲜重抑制率的理论值;E为氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯二种药剂混用时对靶标杂草鲜重抑制率的实测值。
评价标准:当E-E0>10%时表示为增效作用,当-10%≤E-E0≤10%时表示为相加作用,当E-E0<-10%时表示为拮抗作用。

药效评价:氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯及其混配组合物对猪殃殃的除草效果测定结果见表1。可见,氟丁酰草胺和唑啉草酯以75+20、75+35、75+45、115+20、115+35、115+45、170+20、170+35、170+45混配组合物对猪殃殃表现出增效作用,其E-E0值分别大于10%。
应用实施例二:氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯相关复配产品实施例(以下含量均为折百百分含量)。

氟丁酰草胺10%、唑啉草酯50%、烷基苯磺酸钙盐8%、拉开粉BX 6%、膨润土加至100%,混合物进行气流粉碎,制得60%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯可湿性粉剂。
实施例371%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯可湿性粉剂
氟丁酰草胺70%、唑啉草酯1%、木质素磺酸盐7%、无患子粉5%、高岭土加至100%,混合物进行气流粉碎,制得71%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯可湿性粉剂。
实施例4 45%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯水分散粒剂
氟丁酰草胺40%、唑啉草酯5%、辛基酚聚氧乙烯基醚硫酸盐8%、十二烷基硫酸钠6%、尿素2%、膨润土加至100%,混合制得45%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯水分散粒剂。
实施例5 65%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯水分散粒剂
氟丁酰草胺45%、唑啉草酯20%、酯聚氧乙烯嘧7%、润湿渗透剂F 5%、硫酸铵2.8%、硅藻土加至100%,混合制得65%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯水分散粒剂。
实施例6 80%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯水分散粒剂
氟丁酰草胺50%、唑啉草酯30%、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐6%、蚕沙4%、氯化铝3%、白炭黑加至100%,混合制得80%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯水分散粒剂。
实施例7 15%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯悬浮剂
氟丁酰草胺10%、唑啉草酯5%、烷基萘磺酸盐7%、月桂醇硫酸钠5%、硅油0.3%、二甘醇2.5%、黄原胶1.2%,去离子水加至100%,混合制得15%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯悬浮剂。
实施例8 32%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯悬浮剂
氟丁酰草胺24%、唑啉草酯8%、烷基苯磺酸钙盐6%、润湿渗透剂F 5%、C10~20饱和脂肪酸类0.1%、羟乙基纤维素0.9%、聚乙二醇2.2%、去离子水加至100%,混合制得32%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯悬浮剂。
实施例9 50%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯悬浮剂
氟丁酰草胺35%、唑啉草酯15%、木质素磺酸盐7%、皂角粉3%、硅酮类化合物0.4%、硅酸铝镁0.7%、丙二醇2.5%、去离子水加至100%,混合制得50%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯悬浮剂。
实施例10 11%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯悬乳剂
氟丁酰草胺1%,唑啉草酯10%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐8%,山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯8%,C8~10脂肪醇类0.2%,甲基纤维素1.1%,三甘醇2.8%,水加至100%,将前述配方料混合,即制得11%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯悬乳剂。
实施例11 45%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯悬乳剂
氟丁酰草胺35%、唑啉草酯10%、聚羧酸盐7%,拉开粉BX 4%、烷基联苯醚二磺酸镁盐6%、硅酮类化合物0.3%、羟甲基纤维素0.8%、三甘醇2%、水加至100%,混合制得45%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯悬乳剂。
实施例12 20%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯水乳剂
氟丁酰草胺18%、唑啉草酯2%、环己酮5%、乙二醇甲醚4%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯6%、乙二醇2.3%、黄原胶1.3%、硅酮类0.1%,水补至100%,制得20%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯水乳剂。
实施例13 25%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯水乳剂
氟丁酰草胺20%、唑啉草酯5%、丙酮8%、乙酸乙酯3%、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚7%、丙三醇2%、聚乙烯醇1.2%、C8~10脂肪醇类0.3%、水补至100%,制得25%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯水乳剂。
实施例14 10%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯微乳剂
氟丁酰草胺5%、唑啉草酯5%、三甲基环己烯酮6%、植物油5%、聚乙二醇2.6%、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚6%、甲基纤维素0.9%、硅油0.2%、水补足100%,制得10%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯微乳剂。
实施例15 40%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯微乳剂
氟丁酰草胺30%、唑啉草酯10%、N-吡咯烷酮7%、甲苯6%、三甘醇3%,硅酸铝镁0.8%、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚8%、硅油0.4%、水补足100%,制得40%氟丁酰草胺·唑啉草酯微乳剂。
应用实施例三:氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯防治小麦田杂草田间药效试验
防治药剂:氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯的复配组合物,由陕西美邦农药有限公司研发生产;
对照药剂:20%氟丁酰草胺悬浮剂(市购);
5%唑啉草酯乳油(市购)。
设人工除草和清水对照处理。
使用方法:每亩兑水35升后均匀茎叶喷雾于各小区内
施药时间:次年小麦返青,杂草2-5叶期,进行茎叶喷雾1次。
施药地点:安徽省阜阳市临泉县
调查方法及药效计算
调查杂草对象为:婆婆纳、狗尾草、猪殃殃等杂草,调查药后10天、30天对杂草的株防效及30天的鲜重防效。
目测试验药剂对小麦无药害发生。
试验结果与分析分别见表2。

由表2可知氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯复配对小麦田婆婆纳、狗尾草、猪殃殃等杂草有很好的防治效果,防效优于单剂防效,与对照药剂、人工除草、相对于清水对照处理的增产率之间差异显著,并且具有较好的速效性及持效性,在本实验用药范围内,对小麦安全。
应用实施例四:氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯防治小麦田杂草田间药效试验
防治药剂:氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯的复配组合物,由陕西美邦农药有限公司研发生产;
对照药剂:20%氟丁酰草胺悬浮剂(市购);
5%唑啉草酯乳油(市购)。
设人工除草和清水对照处理。
使用方法:每亩兑水35升后均匀茎叶喷雾于各小区内
施药时间:次年小麦返青后,杂草2-5叶期,进行茎叶喷雾1次。
施药地点:陕西省渭南市澄城县
调查方法及药效计算
调查杂草对象为:猪殃殃、野燕麦、看麦娘等杂草,调查药后10天、30天对杂草的株防效及30天的鲜重防效。
目测试验药剂对小麦无药害发生。
试验结果与分析分别见表3。
由表3可知氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯复配对小麦田猪殃殃、野燕麦、看麦娘等有很好的防治效果,防效优于单剂防效,与对照药剂、人工除草、相对于清水对照处理的增产率之间差异显著,并且具有较好的速效性及持效性,在本实验用药范围内,对小麦安全。
Claims (4)
1.一种含氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯的除草组合物,其特征在于:除草组合物有效活性成分由氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯组成,其中氟丁酰草胺的含量为10~40%,唑啉草酯的含量为重量比为5~20%,助剂余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯的除草组合物,其特征在于:组合物制成可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微乳剂或水乳剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含氟丁酰草胺与唑啉草酯的除草组合物用于防治麦田杂草的应用。
4.根据权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于:所述的麦田杂草为麦草、看麦娘、硬草、菵草、棒头草、婆婆纳、播娘蒿、狗尾草、猪殃殃、野燕麦、宝盖草、田堇菜、藜、荠菜、大爪草、蒺、苋、麦瓶草、鸭跖草、龙葵、苍耳、猪毛菜、麦家公、田旋花或荞麦蔓。
