技术领域
本发明涉及由层合件制作的服装产品,包括那些在层合件的密封侧具有复合织物结构的层合件,在所述密封侧接缝处于以比非接缝区的厚度薄的厚度机织的织物的接缝区。本发明还涉及根据这种制作方法制成的制品。在一个实施例中,接缝是防水的。
背景技术
在工业上,已经知道使用涂层织物复合材料或织物层合件以及流体防护隔膜层来制作服装。这些应用中最常见的是防水透气的服装。出于同样的目的,也可以将涂层织物用于织物复合材料。在下文中,仅仅为了便于描述,将涂层织物、防护隔膜及防护隔层统称为“层合件”。
将这些层合件的片或板结合在一起,以形成衣服和其它类似的织物结构。对于防流体的防护性衣服,需要密封将层合板结合在一起处的接缝。首先,通常通过使用常规的缝合技术将层合板缝合在一起,从而完成这些层合板的结合。然后,使用具有热塑性热熔粘合剂的接缝密封带来完成这些已缝合的接缝的防流体密封,接缝密封带密封涂层或防护隔膜的表面,并且在缝线之间的缝合孔和层结合区上方形成密封。可以加热接缝密封带,例如,使用喷嘴来引导热空气流使粘合剂熔化。然后,将带施加到接缝上并且使带和接缝经过一对加压辊的夹压部,以便将熔化的粘合剂挤压到防护层表面上,以确保带充分地粘接到上述表面上。出于美观的原因,通常将接缝密封带施加在衣服的内侧,从而将其从视野中隐藏。在本领域中,还已知例如胶合和焊接等不太常见的密封技术。

图1至图4示出一种现有技术方案。图1示出三层层合材料10,层合材料10包括:复合织物层12,其在密封侧18;隔层14;以及第二织物层16,其可以包括或可以不包括复合织物。图2示出图1的织物层合板,复合织物层12的一部分被完全切除,以使接缝区20露出。然后,将两张或更多张织物层合板在相应的接缝区20结合,以形成如图3和图4所示的防流体接缝。然而,这种方案会产生额外的问题和复杂性。
在另一个现有技术实例中,图5示出两层层合板30A,该层合板30A具有:复合织物层12,其一部分被切除;以及隔层14,其结合至两层层合板30B。粘合剂32将这两个板的被切割区结合在一起。将密封区折叠并且用第二粘合剂34将被折叠部分保持在结合后的层合板结构的表面上。
最初,本发明人意识到:因为制作具有这种类型的接缝的衣服需要切片机,因此增加切割步骤会产生额外的费用。此外,通过对全部的织物层20进行切除操作,现有技术方案可能会使织物层12在使用期间从隔层14上剥落。例如,如图3和图4所示,织物层12没有延伸至缝线22,因而在使用期间可能从隔层14上剥离。因而,本发明人意识到需要在材料的整个表面上保持至少一些织物层12,并消除对切片机的需要。
发明内容
一种结合层合板的方法包括:提供至少两张层合板,以及通过形成至少一条接缝将至少两张层合板的接缝区结合在一起。各层合板包括至少一层织物材料,该至少一层织物材料在非接缝区中具有第一厚度并且在接缝区中具有第二厚度。第二厚度小于第一厚度。
一种制品包括至少两张层合板,通过形成至少一条接缝将这至少两张层合板的接缝区结合在一起。各层合板包括至少一层织物材料,该至少一层织物材料在非接缝区中具有均一的第一厚度并且在接缝区中具有均一的第二厚度。均一的第二厚度小于均一的第一厚度。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图,其中,在全部附图中用相似的附图标记表示相同或相应的部分。
图6示出根据本发明实施例的三层织物层合板110的截面图,层合板110具有用于将层合板110结合至其它层合板(未示出)的密封侧118。层合板110包括连续织物层,该连续织物层在层合板110的密封侧118包括非接缝区中的第一部分112A及接缝区中的第二部分112B。层合板110还包括隔层114和第二织物层116。第二织物层116可以针织或机织而成,并且不一定是防水的。
层合板的隔层114可以是防护性的隔膜、薄膜或涂层。隔层114可以从以下的材料群组中选择,该群组包括但不限于聚酯、聚酰胺、聚酮、聚砜、聚碳酸酯、含氟聚合物、聚丙烯酸酯、共聚多醚酯、共聚多醚酰胺、聚氨酯、聚氯乙烯、聚四氟乙烯或聚烃烯。对于防水透气的应用,可以由膨体聚四氟乙烯(ePTFE)形成第一层。已知膨体聚四氟乙烯是非常防水和高度透气的。ePTFE可以以已知的方式设置有亲水聚合物涂层。这种层合板可以提供大于1500g/m2/天(特别是大于3000g/m2/天)的水蒸气透过率以及持续至少3分钟时间的大于0.07巴的进水压强。对于化学防护应用,层合板可以包括不透过层或选择性透过层。
连续织物层针织为这样:第一部分112A具厚度t1,第二部分112B具有厚度t2,其中t2小于t1。在一个实施例中,这能够利用提花针织机完成。然后,对不同部分的厚度进行起绒处理(经拉绒(brush)而增大较高部分的蓬松度(loft))。在另一个实施例中,可以针织出均匀的绒面,然后可以利用激光造成厚度差异。利用激光的方法可以允许不同部分之间的厚度差异更大。在一个实施例中,t2为3mm,t1为5mm。在一个实施例中,t2与t1之间的差异至少为1mm。在其它的实施例中,t2与t1之间的差异为至少3mm、至少5mm、至少7mm及至少9mm。此外,在t2为3mm且t1为5mm的实施例中,t2/t1的比率为0.6。在其它的实施例中,t2/t1的比率可以为0.7、0.8、0.9或更大。
还应该注意到,非接缝区中的连续织物层的不同部分可以具有不同的厚度,只要接缝区中的厚度较小即可。在一个实施例中,希望t2的最小厚度为3mm。尽管图6示出了包括具有两种不同均一厚度的部分的连续织物层,但在本发明的另一个实施例中,可以将连续织物层针织为这样:其包括具有三种或更多种不同均一厚度的部分。
此外,通过针织或机织上述连续织物层,能够在第一部分112A中产生均一厚度t1,同时能够在第二部分112B中产生均一厚度t2。因此,当制作包括上述层合板的制品时,能够形成更均匀的接缝。作为对比,将织物层的一部分切除的常规技术方法不一定在织物层的接缝区和非接缝区形成均一厚度。因而,常规技术处理可能造成接缝的可靠性较低。
连续织物层可以具有纤维或细丝结构(无论单丝或多丝),该结构具有曲折的路径,经由该路径流体粘合剂具有渗透至防护隔层并将织物层的细丝包裹的有限能力,以便形成防流体接缝。织物结构可以包括:例如,具有拉绒、抓绒(fleece)、或者以其它形式起绒(即,任意合适的起绒表面)形式的机织或针织物。
然后,如图7中的截面所示,将两个或更多个织物层合板结合。具体地说,在所示的实施例中,将两层层合板110A和110B用将层合板结合起来的缝线122缝合在一起,并且缝线125将缝线122与层合板110A、110B的边缘之间的接缝余量向下压或“压线缝合”。接缝密封带124覆盖和粘附到结合的层合板边缘和接缝区112B上,并且延伸和粘附到接缝区112B之外的非接缝区112A的一部分上。以这种构造,能够制造耐用的防流体接缝,其中,接缝带124借助较薄的接缝区112B固定在织物上。较薄的接缝区112B薄得足以允许粘合剂渗透。此外,由于织物延伸至缝线122和125两者,所以织物不会从隔层114上剥落。
在图7所示的实施例中,使用接缝密封带124来制作防流体接缝。然而,在本发明其它的实施例中,省略了接缝密封带124。在这种情况下,接缝不一定防水。这种不防水的接缝可以用于衣服的内部接缝,或者可以用于不需要防水的衣服。由于接缝区112B相对较薄,根据本发明制成的不防水的接缝将会是较细小的接缝。
在图8中示出耐用的防流体带状接缝的可选构造,其中结合有简单的单缝线接缝,而不是压线缝合接缝。在接缝胶粘步骤期间,可以使超出缝线122的接缝余量倒向层合板的任一侧,并且将接缝带124设置得足够宽,从而接缝带会粘附到接缝区112B以及接缝区112B之外的非接缝区112A的一部分上。
图9和图10示出适于制作本发明的一个实施例的防流体密封件的两层构造的可选实施例。具体地说,图9示出具有连续织物层的两层层合板210,该连续织物层包括层合板210的非接缝区中的第一部分212A和接缝区中的第二部分212B。第一部分212A的厚度厚于第二部分212B的厚度。层合板210还包括隔层214。图10示出根据本发明的一个实施例的结合在一起的两层层合板210A和210B的截面。在本实施例中,粘合剂232将两个板的接缝区212B结合在一起,然后,将接缝区折叠并且第二粘合剂234将被折叠部分保持在结合的层合板结构的表面上。
图11是用于夹克前板的三层层合板310的示意图,层合板310包括连续织物层,该连续织物层包括层合板310的非接缝区中的第一部分312A和接缝区中的第二部分312B。图12是图11的层合板310的截面图,示出接缝区312B的厚度小于非接缝区312A的厚度。
图13是层合板410的示意图,在本实施例中,层合板410形成为用于图11所示的夹克板310的大致矩形衣袋的形式。层合板410包括连续织物层,该连续织物层包括层合板410的非接缝区中的第一部分412A和接缝区中的第二部分412B。图14是图13的层合板410的截面图,示出接缝区412B的厚度小于非接缝区412A的厚度。然后,通过分别结合接缝部分412B和312B,将层合板410结合到层合板310上。
显然,根据上述教导,本发明可以存在多种修改和变型。因此,应该理解的是:可以在所附权利要求书的范围内,与本文具体描述的方式不同地实施本发明。
Claims (22)
1.一种结合层合板的方法,包括:
提供至少两张层合板,各所述层合板包括至少一层织物材料,所述至少一层织物材料在非接缝区中具有均一的第一厚度并且在接缝区中具有均一的第二厚度,所述均一的第二厚度小于所述均一的第一厚度;以及
通过形成至少一条接缝,将所述至少两张层合板的接缝区结合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
将所述至少一层织物材料连续地机织成在所述非接缝区中具有所述均一的第一厚度并且在所述接缝区中具有所述均一的第二厚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
将所述至少一层织物材料连续地针织成在所述非接缝区中具有所述均一的第一厚度并且在所述接缝区中具有所述均一的第二厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
对所述至少一层织物材料进行起绒处理,以增大所述非接缝区中的材料的蓬松度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
将所述至少一层织物材料连续地针织成在所述非接缝区和所述接缝区中具有相同的厚度;以及
利用激光移除所述接缝区中的织物材料,以制出在所述非接缝区中具有所述均一的第一厚度并且在所述接缝区中具有所述均一的第二厚度的所述至少一层织物材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
将所述至少一层织物材料连续地针织成在所述非接缝区中具有约5mm的均一厚度并且在所述接缝区中具有约3mm的均一厚度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
将所述至少一层织物材料连续地针织成所述均一的第二厚度与所述均一的第一厚度的比率为约0.6或更大。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
将所述至少一层织物材料连续地针织成在第一非接缝区中具有所述均一的第一厚度,在所述接缝区中具有所述均一的第二厚度,并且在第二非接缝区中具有均一的第三厚度,所述均一的第二厚度小于所述均一的第三厚度。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
将防水隔层结合至各所述层合板的至少一层织物材料。
10.根据权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
将所述至少一层织物材料连续地针织成在所述非接缝区具有所述第一厚度并且在所述接缝区具有所述第二厚度,从而所述第一厚度比所述第二厚度大至少约1mm。
11.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,
形成所述至少一条接缝的步骤包括形成至少一条防水接缝。
12.一种制品,包括:
至少两张层合板,各所述层合板包括至少一层织物材料,所述织物材料在非接缝区中具有均一的第一厚度并且在接缝区中具有均一的第二厚度,所述均一的第二厚度小于所述均一的第一厚度;以及
至少一条接缝,其将所述至少两张层合板的接缝区结合在一起。
13.根据权利要求12所述的制品,其中,
所述至少一层织物材料被连续地机织成在所述非接缝区中具有所述均一的第一厚度并且在所述接缝区中具有所述均一的第二厚度。
14.根据权利要求12所述的制品,其中,
所述至少一层织物材料被连续地针织成在所述非接缝区中具有所述均一的第一厚度并且在所述接缝区中具有所述均一的第二厚度。
15.根据权利要求12所述的制品,其中,
所述至少一层织物材料被进行起绒处理从而使所述非接缝区中的材料的蓬松度增大。
16.根据权利要求12所述的制品,其中,
所述至少一层织物材料被连续地针织成在所述非接缝区和所述接缝区中具有相同的厚度;以及
所述接缝区中的织物材料被激光移除,从而制出在所述非接缝区中具有所述均一的第一厚度并且在所述接缝区中具有所述均一的第二厚度的所述至少一层织物材料。
17.根据权利要求12所述的制品,其中,
所述均一的第一厚度约为5mm,所述均一的第二厚度约为3mm。
18.根据权利要求12所述的制品,其中,
所述均一的第二厚度与所述均一的第一厚度的比率为约0.6或更大。
19.根据权利要求12所述的制品,其中,
所述至少一层织物材料被连续地针织成在第一非接缝区中具有所述均一的第一厚度,在所述接缝区中具有所述均一的第二厚度,并且在第二非接缝区中具有均一的第三厚度,所述均一的第二厚度小于所述均一的第三厚度。
20.根据权利要求12所述的制品,其中,
所述均一的第一厚度比所述均一的第二厚度大至少1mm。
21.根据权利要求12所述的制品,其中,
各所述层合板的至少一层织物材料与防水隔层结合。
22.根据权利要求12所述的制品,其中,
所述至少一条接缝是防水接缝。
