Abstract

本发明公开一种注射成型制品及其制造方法,该注射成型制品包括一第一表层,一中间层及一第二表层,所述第一表层为软质层,所述中间层为塑料层,第二表层为硬质层,所述第一表层与第二表层通过一次注塑成型分别结合于中间层的二相反表面。所述注射成型制品的制造方法包括:将第一表层及第二表层分别设置于模具型腔的两侧,然后往型腔中间注入塑料使塑料分别与第一表层及第二表层结合。本注射成型制品通过设置不同材质的两表层,可使壳体表面品质增强,同时丰富其壳体功能。该注射成型制品的制作方法简单。

注射成型制品及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明是关于一种注射成型制品及其制造方法。
背景技术
塑料具有轻量化、容易制造及成本低廉之特性,已成为注射成型制品如电子装置壳体的通用材料。制作时,先将熔融的塑料灌入模具的型腔内,塑料依据型腔的形状成型为所需的壳体形状。
但塑料制品的外观质感不好,为提高注射成型制品尤其是壳体的外观效果,一般会在塑料制品的表面喷涂一层表漆。然喷涂的表漆耐磨性差,长时间使用后,壳体容易因为磨擦而造成多处刮伤,甚至整片脱落,严重影响壳体的美观。且壳体制造方法复杂,成本较高。
另外,由于塑料强度不够理想,纯塑性的注射成型制品容易由于碰撞而损坏,如,电子装置不小心掉落地面时,其壳体易于破裂。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种耐磨、强度佳的注射成型制品。
另外,有必要提供一种上述壳体的制造方法。
一种注射成型制品,包括一第一表层,一中间层及一第二表层,所述第一表层为软质层,所述中间层为塑料层,第二表层为硬质层,所述第一表层与第二表层通过一次注塑成型分别结合于中间层的二相反表面。
一种注射成型制品的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
提供一模具,包括一公模及一母模,该母模或公模的一方开设有一模穴,另一方开设有一模芯;
提供一软质层及一硬质层,所述软质层及硬质层分别置入所述模穴及所述模芯;
将该公模与母模合模,模穴与模芯形成一型腔,所述软质层与硬质层相对;
往所述型腔内注入熔融的塑料,所述塑料分别与软质层及硬质层结合;
冷却后,开模获得所需的注射成型制品。
相较于现有技术,本注射成型制品可采用具有耐磨的软质表层,具有高强度的硬质表层,如此注射成型制品耐磨且强度高,该种注射成型制品通过一次注塑一体成型获得,制造方法简单。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明注射成型制品较佳实施例例举一手机外壳100。该手机壳体100包括一第一表层10,即外表层,一中间层20及一第二表层30,即内表层。
所述第一表层10为软质材料层,可以是皮革、织物、薄膜等装饰层,兼具有高质感和高耐磨性。如真皮,PU或者PVC等革类、棉质或涤纶类等各种纺织品或布料,或者粘贴有粘接剂且印刷有图案的IML薄膜。该第一表层10具有与被装饰部位外表面一致的形状。
所述中间层为塑料层,该塑料层20构成所述手机壳体100的主要组成部分,其由注塑树脂材料制成,可选择如:聚氯乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、丙烯睛-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物、聚碳酸酯、聚醯亚胺、液晶聚合物、聚醚醯亚胺、聚苯硫、聚飒、聚苯乙烯、乙二醇改性聚酯及聚丙烯聚合物中的一种或多种。
所述第二表层30为硬质材料层,可以是金属薄片、木材薄片、玻璃、陶瓷等,具有较高的强度。若为金属薄片,可选择铝、铜、钢、不锈钢、锌、镁、青铜、黄铜、钛、金、银或者其他贵金属,包括这些金属的合金、镀层、电镀或者其他加工过的金属薄片,如镀镍钢、镀铜钢、镀铬钢、镀锡钢和镀锌钢的箔。该等金属薄片作为手机壳体的内表层,不仅增强手机壳体的强度,还可设计为天线的形状,兼具天线功能。木材薄片的材料包括天然木材与加工后的木材如纸板等。优选地,经过处理强度较高,具有改进的抗烈性、耐高温、耐用性、防水性及防紫外功能等多功效的木材薄片。
该手机外壳100为所述第一表层10与第二表层30通过一次注塑成型分别结合于中间层20的二相反表面,且该第一表层10,中间层20及第二表层30呈依次层叠的结构。请参阅图3,可以理解,所述第一表层10或第二表层30亦可均分别嵌入所述中间层20内,或其中之一嵌入在所述中间层20内,仅露出需外露的表面即可。为了增强所述中间层在成型时与第一表层10及第二表层30粘接牢固,所述第一表层10与所述中间层20之间,所述第二表层30与所述中间层20之间,还可分别形成有一粘接层(未图示)。该粘接层材质可以为聚氨脂胶或环氧树脂胶,其具体成分可根据所采用的皮革织物材料、薄膜材料及它们的厚度来决定。
请参阅图2,上述手机外壳100的制作方法,具体如下:
提供一所述第一表层10,如皮革;
提供一所述第二表层30,如铜箔;
提供一模具40,该模具40包括一母模42、与该母模42配合的一公模44。该母模42开设一模穴422,与该模穴422底部相通的若干吸气孔424及一浇道426。该公模44形成有一模芯442,与该模芯442底部相通的若干吸气孔444。所述母模42的模穴422与公模44的模芯442形成一型腔4244,该型腔4244的容积对应所述手机外壳100的体积。
将所述第一表层10置入公模44的模芯442上,通过吸气孔444的真空吸附作用使该第一表层10平稳贴合于该模芯442。
将所述第二表层30置入母模42的模穴422内,通过吸气孔424的真空吸附作用使该第二表层30平稳贴合于该模穴422的底壁。将该公模24与母模22合模,注射装置注入熔融的塑料至浇道426中,熔融的塑料流入至型腔4244内,该塑料与所述第一表层10及第二表层30接合成一体。冷却后,塑料形成所述中间层20。接着开模取出形成的手机壳体100。
图2所示中,所述浇道426流入型腔4244的入口位于所述第二表层30的一侧,如此,第二表层30将不会挡住塑料流入型腔4244内。可以理解,若第二表层30完全贴附模穴422的底面时,可以理解,所述浇道426可根据第二表层30的结构特征而设计,如,浇道426流入型腔4244的入口可对准第二表层30上的开孔(未图示),使塑料穿过该开孔流入第一表层10与第二表层30之间。
为了增强各层之间粘结的牢固性,所述第一表层10及第二表层30在置入模穴422前可先分别涂附一粘接层,通过该粘接层使第一表层10、第二表层30分别与中间层20结合牢固。
为了防止所述中间层20与第一表层10及第二表层30在结合的周缘裂开。
请参阅图4,手机外壳100还可进行第二次注塑以形成一封边层50。该封边层50可全部地或部分地封闭该手机外壳100的周缘,如此更好地防止第一表层10、中间层20、第二表层30的边缘之间出现的剥离现象。该封边层50大致呈L形状,其封抵该手机外壳100周缘的端面,贴附于该周缘的外表面。可以理解,该封边层50可呈“凹”形,使得封边层50封抵该手机外壳100周缘的端面,同时贴附于该周缘的内外表面至少一部分。第二次注塑可通过提供另一模具,将手机壳体100置入另一模具内通过注塑以形成封边层50。
手机外壳100的封边层亦可在第一次注塑中形成,通过中间层包裹所述第一表层10的周缘及第二表层30的周缘形成。如图5所示,一中间层60包括一主体部62及由该主体部62边缘延伸的边缘覆盖部64,该中间层60为一次注塑形成,该第一表层10及第二表层30分别位于该主体部62的二相反表面,该边缘覆盖部64覆盖该第一表层10的边缘及邻近所述边缘的至少一部分,同时覆盖该第二表层30的边缘及邻近所述第二表层30的边缘的至少一部分。
可以理解,该公模44的模芯442底部开设顶针(未图示),以在开模后顶出成型好的手机壳体100。
可以类推,所述第一表层10与第二表层30亦均可为软性材质,如皮革、PU皮、布、薄膜等,或均可为硬性材质,如金属、玻璃、陶瓷、PMMA等,从而获得不同特性的注射成型产品。
综上所述,本注射成型制品具有耐磨的软质表层,具有高强度的硬质表层,如此注射成型制品耐磨且强度高。该种注射成型制品通过一次注塑一体成型获得,制造方法简单。另外,所述硬质层若为金属材质,该硬质层可起到电子产品的天线功能,便于电子装置小型化,多功能化方向发展。

Claims (10)

1.一种注射成型制品,包括一第一表层,一中间层及一第二表层,其特征在于:所述第一表层为软质层,所述中间层为塑料层,第二表层为硬质层,所述第一表层与第二表层通过一次注塑成型分别结合于中间层的二相反表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的注射成型制品,其特征在于:所述第一表层为皮革,所述第二表层为金属。
3.如权利要求1所述的注射成型制品,其特征在于:所述注射成型制品还包括一封边层,该封边层全部地或部分地封闭该注射成型制品的周缘,用以防止第一表层、中间层、第二表层之间剥离。
4.如权利要求1所述的注射成型制品,其特征在于:该中间层包括一主体部及由该主体部边缘延伸的边缘覆盖部,该中间层为由一次注塑形成,该第一表层及第二表层分别位于该主体部的二相反表面,该边缘覆盖部覆盖该第一表层的边缘及邻近所述边缘的至少一部分。
5.如权利要求4所述的注射成型制品,其特征在于:该边缘覆盖部覆盖该第二表层的边缘及邻近所述第二表层的边缘的至少一部分。
6.如权利要求1所述的注射成型制品,其特征在于:所述第一表层覆盖所述中间层,所述第二表层嵌入所述中间层。
7.一种注射成型制品,其特征在于:包括一第一表层、第二表层、形成在第一表层与第二表层之间的一中间层、及一封边层,所述第一表层为软质层,所述中间层为塑料层,第二表层为硬质层,所述第一表层与第二表层通过一次注塑成型分别结合于中间层的二相反表面,所述封边层将该注射成型制品的边缘至少部分地封边。
8.一种注射成型制品的制造方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,
提供一模具,包括一公模及一母模,该母模或公模的一方开设有一模穴,另一方开设有一模芯;
提供一软质层及一硬质层,所述硬质层及软质层分别置入所述模穴及所述模芯;
将该公模与母模合模,模穴与模芯形成一型腔,所述软质层与硬质层相对;
往所述型腔内注入熔融的塑料,所述塑料分别与软质层及硬质层结合;
冷却后,开模获得所需的注射成型制品。
9.如权利要求8所述的注射成型制品的制造方法,其特征在于:所述塑料覆盖所述软质层及硬质层的边缘及邻近所述边缘的至少一部分。
10.如权利要求8所述的注射成型制品的制造方法,其特征在于:所述制造方法还包括一第二次注塑,通过第二次注塑以形成该注射成型制品的封边层。
