本发明公开了一种治疗腰腿胀痛麻木及功能障碍的中成药及制作方法，该中成药具有滋肾强骨，壮腰舒筋，化瘀行滞，通络止痛的功效，用于治疗骨质增生病，腰椎病，骶椎病，腰腿痛，下肢麻木痿痹瘫痪及功能障碍等症。
背景技术：
骨质增生病、腰椎病、骶椎病、腰腿痛、下肢麻木痿痹瘫痪及功能障碍等症是常见的多发性疾病，从临床观察来看，一般50岁以上者发病率达60％以上，青壮年发病率亦为30％左右，患病后可带来一系列症状的慢性疾病，因而难以治愈，且复发率极高。目前国内外对该病尚无行之有效的治疗方法和特效药物。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是在原有专利技术骨刺消丸(专利号：97108265.0)的基础上经过进一步的探索、研制及临床使用后，提供一种药效高，疗程相对短，服用方便，无明显毒副作用，全部采用天然中草药组合而成的一种治疗腰腿胀痛麻木及功能障碍的中成药及制作方法。
本发明公开的一种治疗腰腿胀痛麻木及功能障碍的中成药，采用惮桃仁、川芎、盐杜仲、没药(醋制)、红花、当归、细辛、炮山甲、续断(酒炒)、鳖甲、乳香(醋制)、三七、徐长卿、泽兰、丹参、牛膝为原料，经加工后按一定比例配制而成。各原料的重量份为鳖甲190-220份，丹参110-140份，当归90-120份，惮桃仁、盐杜仲、没药(醋制)、红花、炮山甲、续断(酒炒)、乳香(醋制)、三七、徐长卿、泽兰、牛膝70-95份，川芎35-60份，细辛30-45份。
本发明中成药的制作方法包括以下步骤：先将徐长卿、乳香(醋制)、没药(醋制)、泽兰各70-95份，及丹参110-140份加水煎煮二次，每次2小时，合并2次煎液浓缩约580ml，备用；再将鳖甲190-220份，当归90-120份，惮桃仁、盐杜仲、炮山甲、续断(酒炒)、三七、牛膝各70-95份，川芎35-60份，细辛30-45份粉碎成细粉过筛(5号筛)混匀，以上述浓缩液泛丸，低温干燥，制成成丸。
本发明公开的一种治疗腰腿胀痛麻木及功能障碍的中成药及制作方法具有原材料充足，加工工艺简单，投资少，具备常规中成药加工设备条件即可生产，药品疗效范围广，适应性强，男女老幼(孕妇慎用)均可使用，对人体无明显毒副作用，疗效显著，该制剂在医院临床上已使用10多年，制剂名为：骨刺消丸III号(腰腿舒丸)，该制剂已经湖南省食品药品监督管理局批准为医院临床常用制剂(批文号：湘药制字Z20-070327)，近期效果和远期效果超出同类产品。目前，已有数万例的验证，有效率达90％以上，第一批跟踪60余人，至目前为止无一例复发，彻底达到了康复腰腿胀痛麻木及功能障碍病症的目的。

具体加工配制方法：先将徐长卿、乳香(醋制)、没药(醋制)、泽兰各80份、丹参120份加水煎煮二次，每次2小时，合并2次煎液浓缩约580ml，备用，再将鳖甲200份、当归110份、惮桃仁、盐杜仲、炮山甲、续断(酒炒)、三七、牛膝各80份、川芎50份、细辛40份粉碎成细粉过筛(5号筛)混匀，以上述浓缩液泛丸，低温干燥，制成成丸。
综上所述，本发明公开了一种治疗腰腿胀痛麻木及功能障碍的中成药及制作方法，该中成药具有滋肾强骨，壮腰舒筋，化瘀行滞，通络止痛的功效，用于治疗骨质增生病，腰椎病，骶椎病，腰腿痛，下肢麻木痿痹瘫痪及功能障碍等症。

1.一种治疗腰腿胀痛麻木及功能障碍的中成药，其特征在于：该中成药由惮桃仁、川芎、盐杜仲、没药、红花、当归、细辛、炮山甲、续断、鳖甲、乳香、三七、徐长卿、泽兰、丹参、牛膝为原料加工配制而成，其各原料的重量份为鳖甲190-220份，丹参110-140份，当归90-120份，惮桃仁、盐杜仲、没药、红花、炮山甲、续断、乳香、三七、徐长卿、泽兰、牛膝70-95份，川芎35-60份，细辛30-45份。
2.一种治疗腰腿胀痛麻木及功能障碍的中成药的制作方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：先将徐长卿、乳香、没药、泽兰各70-95份，及丹参110-140份加水煎煮二次，每次2小时，合并2次煎液浓缩约580ml，备用；再将鳖甲190-220份，当归90-120份，惮桃仁、盐杜仲、炮山甲、续断、三七、牛膝各70-95份，川芎35-60份，细辛30-45份粉碎成细粉过筛混匀，以上述浓缩液泛丸，低温干燥，制成成丸。
