1.一种用于将儿童座椅固定在汽车中的基座，所述基座包括装配至该基座的水平旋转框架，所述座椅被固定在所述水平旋转框架上，并且所述基座具有将所述水平旋转框架锁定在其不同旋转位置的装置，所述基座的特征在于，所述框架具有圆环形板，所述圆环形板在内周边上具有凹槽，所述凹槽与在所述基座上的可转动的楔相配合，该楔由一凸轮机构致动，该凸轮机构被所述基座上的两个对置的控制器中的每一个控制器控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于将儿童座椅固定在汽车中的基座，其特征在于，通过一突出部在所述楔上的止动件上的支撑而使处于楔锁定位置的所述凸轮稳定，并且所述凸轮被联接至所述凸轮的各自的控制器的缆索致动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于将儿童座椅固定在汽车中的基座，其特征在于，所述基座具有前支撑件以搁置所述座椅的背部。
