judging whether the moving speed of the called mobile terminal exceeds a pre-stored threshold value or not;
and if the judgment result is that the judgment result exceeds the threshold value, generating prompt information according to a pre-stored set mode, and sending the prompt information to the calling mobile terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein if the determination result is that the threshold is not exceeded, the base station accepts the call request of the calling mobile terminal, so that the calling mobile terminal and the called mobile terminal can communicate with each other.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein before sending the request for obtaining the moving speed to the called mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
and the base station determines that the reminding function corresponding to the called mobile terminal is started.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein before intercepting the call request from the calling mobile terminal to the called mobile terminal, the base station further comprises:
the base station receives configuration information sent by the called mobile terminal, wherein the configuration information comprises a threshold value and a set mode;
and storing the configuration information.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the setting mode comprises active reminding or call rejection, and before generating the reminding message according to the pre-stored setting mode, the method further comprises:
the base station judges whether the set mode of the reminding function corresponding to the called mobile terminal is active reminding or refusing the call;
and, when the determination result is the active prompt, the generating of the prompt information according to the pre-stored setting mode specifically includes: and generating prompt information after the moving speed of the called mobile terminal is processed by voice synthesis.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after sending the alerting information to the calling mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
the base station judges whether the calling mobile terminal stops the call request;
and if the judgment result is that the calling is not stopped, the base station receives the calling request of the calling mobile terminal, so that the calling mobile terminal and the called mobile terminal are communicated.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the configuration information further includes short message content, and when the determination result is that the call is rejected, the method further comprises:
the base station refuses the calling request of the calling mobile terminal;
the generating of the prompt information according to the pre-stored setting mode specifically includes: and extracting the short message content to generate prompt information.

a call intercepting unit for intercepting a call request of a calling mobile terminal calling a called mobile terminal;

the call receiving unit is further configured to receive the call request of the calling mobile terminal when the determination result of the third determining unit is that the call is not stopped, so that the calling mobile terminal communicates with the called mobile terminal.

a call rejection unit, configured to reject the call request of the calling mobile terminal when the determination result of the second determining unit is that the call is rejected;
