Description
【技术领域】本发明涉及农药领域,具体地说是一种防治水稻、林木病虫害的复配药剂。
【背景技术】目前市场上使用的化学杀虫剂有二类:一类是单一型化学杀虫剂,人们长期使用后会使害虫产生抗药性,大大降低防治病虫害的效果,解决的方法是使用更高毒性的农药或者增加农药使用量,来防治害虫侵害,这样不仅增加了农民的经济负担,污染生态环境,破坏生态平衡,严重影响农产品的安全性,而且大量害虫天敌被杀灭,会导致害虫更加猖獗;另一类是混配杀虫剂,绝大多数为化学农药之间的混配,对人畜的毒性大,经过长时间使用,害虫也会产生抗药性。
【发明内容】本发明为了解决农药毒性大、易产生抗药性的问题,为人们提供一种既能防治水稻病虫害,又能防治林木病虫害,而且价格低廉的复配药剂。
这种防治水稻、林木病虫害的复配药剂,其特征在于,原料的重量百分比组成为:辛硫磷20~40%,氟铃脲0.5~8%,阿维菌素0.02~5%,啶虫脒0.5~10%,韭菜水1~20%,助剂20~77.5%。
所述复配药剂为可溶性液剂、微乳剂或者粉剂。
所述助剂为乳化剂、助溶剂、防冻剂、稳定剂、增效剂、溶剂和PH值调节剂。
辛硫磷杀虫谱广,击倒力强,以触杀和胃毒作用为主,无内吸作用,对磷翅目幼虫很有效。在田间易分解,残留期短,残留危险小,价格较低。
氟铃脲是一种杀虫活性高、杀虫谱广的特异性杀虫剂,可用于蔬菜、棉花、水稻、果树、林木等多种作物防治多种鳞翅目害虫,并对有机磷、氨基甲酸酯类、拟除虫菊酯产生抗性的害虫具有良好效果。
阿维菌素是触杀,胃毒,渗透力强,它是一种大环内酯双糖类化合物,从土壤微生物中分离的天然产物,对昆虫和螨类具有触杀和胃毒作用并有微弱的熏蒸作用。
啶虫脒又叫乙虫脒、吡虫清,其杀虫机理与吡虫啉相同,是作用于害虫神经系统突触后膜的烟酸乙酰胆碱酯酶受体,干扰运动神经的正常功能,对害虫具有触杀和胃毒作用,并有较强渗透作用,药效期长,可达20天左右,对人畜中等毒性,对天敌杀伤力小,对鱼、蜜蜂毒性均较低。
韭菜水可防治黑斑病和白粉病。
本发明的优点:1、利用4种农药对害虫不同的作用方式、作用机理进行合理的混配,延缓害虫抗药性、降低农药毒副作用;2、通过4种农药和韭菜汁进行合理的复配,加入各种助剂,确保了杀虫活性成分的稳定性和制剂的稳定性,便于贮存和运输,保存时间长;3、降低了用药量,降低农药的使用成本,降低对生态环境的损害和污染,有利于保护人畜安全;4、适用于防治二化螟、三化螟、稻纵卷叶螟、棉铃虫、飞虱、黑斑病,林木上的红蜘蛛、蚜虫、多种鳞翅目害虫,是一种高效、低毒,适用范围广的混配制剂。
【具体实施方式】下面结合具体的实施方式阐述本发明的制作过程。
实施例一:
1、将韭菜叶子放在清水中浸泡,韭菜叶和水的比例为1:10,浸泡24小时后待用;
2、在调制釜中投入42%重量份的二甲苯之后搅拌,搅拌过程中依次投入20%重量份的辛硫磷、0.5%重量份的氟铃脲、0.5%重量份的阿维菌素、5%重量份的啶虫脒、3.3%重量份的韭菜汁、12%重量份的农乳2201、3%重量份的丙酮、5%重量份的乙二醇、8%重量份的黄原酸胶、0.5%重量份的增效醚和0.2%重量份的醋酸,搅拌均匀;
3、将混合溶剂分析,过滤,包装,即得本发明复配药剂。
实施例二:
1、将韭菜叶子放在清水中浸泡,韭菜叶和水的比例为1:10,浸泡24小时后待用;
2、在调制釜中投入35%重量份的二甲苯之后搅拌,搅拌过程中依次投入30%重量份的辛硫磷、2.5%重量份的氟铃脲、1.8%重量份的阿维菌素、4%重量份的啶虫脒、5%重量份的韭菜汁、10%重量份的农乳0204、2%重量份的甲醇、3%重量份的甘油、6%重量份的黄原酸胶、0.5%重量份的增效醛和0.2%重量份的盐酸,搅拌均匀;
实施例三:
1、将韭菜叶子放在清水中浸泡,韭菜叶和水的比例为1:10,浸泡24小时后待用;
2、在调制釜中投入27.8%重量份的二甲苯之后搅拌,搅拌过程中依次投入40%重量份的辛硫磷、2.5%重量份的氟铃脲、2%重量份的阿维菌素、3%重量份的啶虫脒、1%重量份的韭菜汁、10%重量份的农乳0201、2%重量份的乙醇、3%重量份的丙二醇、8%重量份的黄原酸胶、0.5%重量份的增效醚和0.2%重量份的醋酸,搅拌均匀;
上述复配药剂可按常规方法加工成可溶性液剂,微乳剂或粉剂。
试验检测防治稻纵卷叶螟的效果,与杀虫双药剂和喹硫磷乳油的防治效果对比,如下表所示:
试验结果表明,本发明的复配药剂对防治稻纵卷叶螟效果显著,保叶效果达99.8%,较杀虫双药剂高29.63%,较喹硫磷乳油高27.5%;防治效果达100%,较杀虫双药剂高26.58%,较喹硫磷乳油高23.47%。
试验检测防治水稻二化螟的效果,与杀虫双药剂和喹硫磷乳油的防治效果对比,如下表所示:

1.一种防治水稻、林木病虫害的复配药剂,其特征在于,原料的重量百分比组成为:辛硫磷20~40%,氟铃脲0.5~8%,阿维菌素0.02~5%,啶虫脒0.5~10%,韭菜水1~20%,助剂20~77.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治水稻、林木病虫害的复配药剂,其特征在于,所述复配药剂为可溶性液剂、微乳剂或者粉剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治水稻、林木病虫害的复配药剂,其特征在于,所述助剂为乳化剂、助溶剂、防冻剂、稳定剂、增效剂、溶剂和PH值调节剂。
