Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合转印方法,包括以下步骤,首先将调配好的油墨和热转印涂层或者单一混合油墨逐步涂设于水转印纸上,制成水转印花纸;然后将所述水转印花纸上的油墨层和热转印涂层水转印至待贴工件上;再在热转印纸上设置所需的热转印图案;最后将所述热转印纸上的热转印图案热转印至待贴工件上。此复合转印方法通过复合使用水转印和热转印技术,可在对同一个待贴工件转印图案的过程中分别通过热转印和水转印过程来转印变色层和图案层,在转印过程中,水转印过程和热转印过程可交替进行,通过此方法的实施可将以往通过喷涂方式涂设涂层的方法改为通过水转印完成,并能对水转印图案进行二次加工及个性化生产,此复合转印方法用于转印技术领域。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种印刷方法,特别是涉及一种复合转印方法。
背景技术
以往在玻璃和金属的杯体或者金属的工件上进行图案或者字体的印刷多通过热转印方法或者水转印方法来实现。
热转印设备是根据热升华原理工作的,它能在3-5分钟内将所需要的木纹或大理石纹或其他图案快速转印至带有涂层的表面,并可渗透到涂层内部40-60微米。
水转印为比较环保的技术,也是目前最新兴的一种高效印刷制作,大概与他脱离印刷过程中的油墨有关。
水转印利用水的压力和活化剂使水转印载体薄膜上的剥离层溶解转移,基本流程为:膜的印刷:在高分子薄膜上印上各种不同图案;喷底漆:许多材质必须涂上一层附着剂,如金属、陶瓷等,若要转印不同的图案,必须使用不同的底色,如木纹基本使用棕色、咖啡色、土黄色等,石纹基本使用白色等;膜的延展:让膜在水面上平放,并待膜伸展平整;活化:以特殊溶剂(活化剂)使转印膜的图案活化成油墨状态;转印:利用水压将经活化后的图案印于被印物上;水洗:将被印工件残留的杂质用水洗净;烘干:将被印工件烘干,温度要视素材的素性与熔点而定;喷面漆:喷上透明保护漆保护被印物体表面;烘干:将喷完面漆的物体表面干燥。
水转印是引自印刷工艺,利用分子扩散的原理将图案转印到物品上,热转印是通过热溶胶受热转印或者热转印涂层吸收热升华墨水实现转印。可见,热转印需要通过加热器件实现,而水转印仅需借助水。
但是,在热转印技术中,工件上必须通过喷涂或浸涂,涂上涂层,是升华油墨附着的载体,由此导致热转印技术操作复杂,材料浪费严重,且这样的上涂层的方法所上的颜色单调,基本是透明色和变色。而水转印技术适用于批量生产,成品销售,不适合作二次加工,不适合个性化生产。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种综合热转印和水转印技术优点的复合转印方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种复合转印方法,包括以下步骤:
、将所述水转印花纸上的油墨层和热转印涂层水转印至待贴工件上;
、将所述热转印纸上的热转印图案热转印至待贴工件上。
、在所述油墨层上印制热转印涂层,并将所述热转印涂层晾干;
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,油墨层中可选择性添加变色粉或金属粉等中性材料。
本发明的有益效果:此复合转印方法通过复合使用水转印和热转印技术,可在对同一个待贴工件转印图案的过程中分别通过热转印和水转印过程来转印变色层和图案层,在转印过程中,水转印过程和热转印过程可交替进行,通过此方法的实施可将以往通过喷涂方式涂设涂层的方法改为通过水转印完成,并能对水转印图案进行二次加工及个性化生产。
具体实施方式
本发明为一种复合转印方法,包括以下步骤:
、将调配好的油墨和热转印涂层逐步涂设于水转印纸上,制成水转印花纸;
此复合转印方法通过复合使用水转印和热转印技术,可在对同一个待贴工件转印图案的过程中分别通过热转印和水转印过程来转印变色层和图案层,在转印过程中,水转印过程和热转印过程可交替进行,通过此方法的实施可将以往通过喷涂方式涂设涂层的方法改为通过水转印完成,并能对水转印图案进行二次加工及个性化生产。
此方法的实施可使得变色层和图案层的图案能根据需要进行选择设计,从而可以更加灵活的在待测工件上进行图案的转印,且可达到更好的转印图案和变色效果。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,步骤、可与步骤、交换实施顺序。此发明方法中的步骤、主要为实施水转印过程,而步骤、主要为实施热转印过程,在图案转印的过程中,可先实施水转印过程,也可先实施热转印过程,这两种实施方式均在该专利的保护范围内。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,步骤中的油墨和热转印涂层可混合调匀后再印制于水转印纸上。
此复合转印方法中,步骤为制作水转印花纸的过程,此过程中将热转印的涂层贴覆于油墨层上,从而可通过水转印过程完成热转印涂层的贴覆。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,油墨层中可选择性添加变色粉或金属粉等中性材料。变色粉或金属粉等中性材料的选择可根据使用的需求不添加,或者进行添加,添加中性粉末后可使待贴工件具有变色的效果。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,步骤和中的热转印图案可设置为与步骤和中水转印图案的大小和色彩相匹配的图案。热转印和水转印过程施加于同一待贴工件上,故在转印过程中,两次转印的图案设置需相互匹配,以便得到较好的转印效果。
步骤完成后,需将待贴工件放入烤箱,并将烤箱内温度保持在200摄氏度左右,保温30分钟,以使得水转印完成的图案更牢固的贴覆于待贴工件上。而步骤完成后,需将待测工件置于烤箱中,保持180摄氏度左右的温度,并保温约40秒,使得升华油墨充分渗透,从而完成整个转印过程。
当然,本发明创造并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

7.根据权利要求4所述的复合转印方法,其特征在于:所述油墨层中可选择性添加变色粉或金属粉等中性材料。
