Abstract
具有绝缘涂层的铝带材。属涂覆有功能性涂料的金属材料。其特征是由基材底层和绝缘涂层专用涂料面层组成。面层的组份和重量配比为:溶剂型聚脂树脂55-65%;饱和聚脂树脂15-25%;助剂4-8%;催化剂0.5-1.5%;消光剂0.5-1.5%;流平剂0.4-0.8%;其余加溶剂至100%;溶剂型、饱和聚脂树脂化学组成均为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯;溶剂是丁醚溶剂或丁醇溶剂或溶剂汽油;助剂是不饱和脂肪酸聚氨酰胺盐和酸性聚脂构成;催化剂是高聚合物载体催化剂;消光剂是以活性羟甲基构成;流平剂以聚硅氧烷-聚醚共和物构成。经试用于电解电容器外壳冲压成型后仍然具有良好的绝缘性能,面层膜的绝缘电阻达1.1-1.5兆欧,面层膜在250℃×1分钟的条件下测试,未出现变色、分层,气泡。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于涂覆有功能性涂料的金属材料,特别是一种具有绝缘涂层的铝带材。
背景技术
现有的用于电工电子的铝带材,如用于冲压成型的电解电容器外壳的铝带材,由于其表面没有涂覆绝缘涂层,因而在加工电解电容器外壳时,只有先冲压成型,然后再对其内表面涂覆绝缘涂层,因此加工工序多、工艺复杂,生产成本高。由此可见,研究并制造一种表面涂覆有绝缘涂层并具有高指标延伸率和高抗拉强度的铝带材是必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,研究并设计一种表面涂覆有绝缘涂层并具有高指标延伸率和高抗拉强度的铝带材。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种具有绝缘涂层的铝带材,其特征是由铝带材基材底层和铝带材绝缘涂层专用涂料面层组成。
所述铝带材绝缘涂层专用涂料面层的组份和重量配比为:溶剂型聚脂树脂55-65%;饱和聚脂树脂15-25%;助剂4-8%;催化剂0.5-1.5%;消光剂0.5-1.5%;流平剂0.4-0.8%;其余加溶剂至100%;
所述铝带材绝缘涂层专用涂料的组份是:所述溶剂型聚脂树脂、饱和聚脂树脂化学组成均为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯;所述溶剂是丁醚溶剂或丁醇溶剂或溶剂汽油;所述助剂是化学组成为不饱和脂肪酸聚氨酰胺盐和酸性聚脂溶液溶剂组成的碳氢化合物;所述催化剂是高聚合物载体催化剂;所述消光剂是以活性羟甲基构成的消光剂;所述流平剂是化学组成为聚硅氧烷-聚醚共和物的流平剂。
所述铝带材绝缘涂层专用涂料面层的厚度为:9±1μm;
所述铝带材绝缘涂层专用涂料面层的绝缘电阻不小于1±0.1兆欧;
所述铝带材绝缘涂层专用涂料面层的工艺流程为:脱脂→水洗→干燥→辊涂绝缘涂层专用涂料→烘烤固化涂膜,烘烤固化涂膜的固化温度:230±10℃,烘烤固化涂膜的固化时间90±20秒。
本发明实施得到具有绝缘涂层的铝带材,经试用显示了如下有益效果:
经采用脱脂→水洗→干燥→辊涂→烘烤固化涂膜的辊涂工艺流程,对延伸率不小于15%,抗拉强度达75-110牛顿/平方毫米的电解电容器外壳的专用铝带材的表面,进行膜厚8-10微米的涂覆,经温度220-240℃、时间85-95秒的固化,在使用于电解电容器外壳冲压成型后仍然具有良好的绝缘性能,测试得到面层膜的绝缘电阻达1.1-1.5兆欧,面层膜在250℃×1分钟的条件下测试,未出现变色、分层,气泡。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施细节说明如下:如图1所示,一种具有绝缘涂层的铝带材,其特征是由铝带材基材底层1和铝带材绝缘涂层专用涂料面层2组成。
所述铝带材绝缘涂层专用涂料面层2的组份和重量配比为:溶剂型聚脂树脂55-65%;饱和聚脂树脂15-25%;助剂4-8%;催化剂0.5-1.5%;消光剂0.5-1.5%;流平剂0.4-0.8%;其余加溶剂至100%。
实施例1所述铝带材绝缘涂层专用涂料面层2优选的组份和重量配比为:溶剂型聚脂树脂55%;饱和聚脂树脂25%;助剂4%;催化剂1.5%;消光剂0.5%;流平剂0.4%;其余加溶剂至100%。
实施例2所述铝带材绝缘涂层专用涂料面层2优选的组份和重量配比为:溶剂型聚脂树脂65%;饱和聚脂树脂15%;助剂8%;催化剂0.5%;消光剂1.5%;流平剂0.8%;其余加溶剂至100%。
实施中上述原料:溶剂型聚脂树脂是韩国SK化学工业公司产ES100S、410S、510S聚脂树脂的混合物;饱和聚脂树脂是台湾长兴化工业有限公司产5058-R-40树脂;溶剂是山东石大胜华化工股份有限公司产丁醚溶剂或丁醇溶剂或溶剂汽油;助剂是德国BYK公司产BYK助剂;催化剂是美国格雷斯公司产B料催化剂;所述消光剂是美国格雷斯公司产C809消光剂;流平剂是德国迪高公司产F300流平剂。
采用脱脂→水洗→干燥→辊涂→烘烤固化涂膜辊涂工艺流程,对延伸率不小于15%,抗拉强度达75-110牛顿/平方毫米的电解电容器外壳的专用铝带材的表面,进行膜厚8-10微米的涂覆,经温度220-240℃、时间85-95秒的固化,即成为本发明的具有绝缘涂层的铝带材。
Claims (6)
1.一种具有绝缘涂层的铝带材,其特征是由铝带材基材底层(1)和铝带材绝缘涂层专用涂料面层(2)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有绝缘涂层的铝带材,其特征是所述铝带材绝缘涂层专用涂料面层(2)的组份和重量配比为:溶剂型聚脂树脂55-65%;饱和聚脂树脂15-25%;助剂4-8%;催化剂0.5-1.5%;消光剂0.5-1.5%;流平剂0.4-0.8%;其余加溶剂至100%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有绝缘涂层的铝带材,其特征是所述铝带材绝缘涂层专用涂料的组份是:所述溶剂型聚脂树脂、饱和聚脂树脂化学组成均为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯;所述溶剂是丁醚溶剂或丁醇溶剂或溶剂汽油;所述助剂是化学组成为不饱和脂肪酸聚氨酰胺盐和酸性聚脂溶液溶剂组成的碳氢化合物;所述催化剂是高聚合物载体催化剂;所述消光剂是以活性羟甲基构成的消光剂;所述流平剂是化学组成为聚硅氧烷-聚醚共和物的流平剂。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有绝缘涂层的铝带材,其特征是所述铝带材绝缘涂层专用涂料面层(2)的厚度为9±1μm。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有绝缘涂层的铝带材,其特征是铝带材绝缘涂层专用涂料面层(2)的绝缘电阻不小于1±0.1兆欧。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有绝缘涂层的铝带材,其特征是铝带材绝缘涂层专用涂料面层(2)的工艺流程为:脱脂→水洗→干燥→辊涂绝缘涂层专用涂料→烘烤固化涂膜,烘烤固化涂膜的固化温度:230±10℃,烘烤固化涂膜的固化时间:90±20秒。
