本发明公开一种导流式磁团聚磁选分离框,分离框具有矿浆入口,在所述矿浆入口处设置有矿物导向板,所述矿物导向板具有矿浆导向面和磁团聚矿物导向面,所述矿浆导向面与水平面的夹角B为6度—10度,所述磁团聚矿物导向面与所述水平面的夹角大于0度、小于90度。本发明的导流式磁团聚磁选分离框能够有效地降低矿浆进入分离框时初始速度,使得磁性矿物能够充分进行磁团聚,磁性矿物和非磁性矿物分离比较彻底。

导流式磁团聚磁选分离框
技术领域
本发明涉及一种磁选矿分离装置,特别涉及一种导流式磁团聚磁选分离框。
背景技术
中国专利文献CN101920223A公开了一种超导磁选分离装置,包括螺线管式超导磁体,还包括主驱动轮和从动轮,环形闭合的筛网式输送带绕在主驱动轮和从动轮上,筛网式输送带的承载面为分离框内的筛网,且筛网式输送带中有一部分穿过所述超导磁体的室温孔,还有一部分位于超导磁体外部。这种超导磁选分离装置,是利用矿浆中的磁性颗粒在磁场中磁化磁团聚后形成颗粒大于筛网网眼和远大于非磁性颗粒的特性,将磁性颗粒与非磁性颗粒筛分分离,可实现连续生产,大大提高了分离效率,同时采用螺线管式超导磁体,所以背景磁场强度高,分选效果好,可以处理弱磁性材料和细小矿粉,可用于铁矿石中富铁矿、贫铁矿、尾矿以及赤泥中铁矿石的提取分选,分选效率高,且能够分选的矿粉颗粒度小。
然而由于筛网在超导磁体室温孔工作区内网面是水平设置,与矿浆以及喷淋水的流动方向垂直,因此存在如下缺陷:(1)筛网工作面积最小,易堵塞而影响分离效果;(2)矿浆和喷淋水自由落体的落差大,其冲击力对筛网破坏大,筛网易损坏;(3)自由落体的冲击力易使略大于筛眼的团聚颗粒受冲击力作用可穿过筛网,降低了分离效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够有效地降低矿浆进入分离框时初始速度,使得磁性矿物能够充分进行磁团聚,磁性矿物和非磁性矿物分离比较彻底的导流式磁团聚磁选分离框。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
导流式磁团聚磁选分离框,分离框具有矿浆入口,在所述矿浆入口处设置有矿物导向板,所述矿物导向板具有矿浆导向面和磁团聚矿物导向面,在超导磁体室温孔内时所述矿浆导向面与水平面的夹角B为6度—10度,所述磁团聚矿物导向面与所述水平面的夹角大于0度且小于90度。
上述导流式磁团聚磁选分离框,在所述分离框内且位于所述矿物导向板下方设置有分离筛。
上述导流式磁团聚磁选分离框,所述分离筛与所述水平面的夹角A为45度~60度。
上述导流式磁团聚磁选分离框,所述矿浆导向面与水平面的夹角B为7度~9度,所述磁团聚矿物导向面与所述水平面的夹角为30度~60度。
上述导流式磁团聚磁选分离框,所述矿浆导向面与水平面的夹角B为8度,所述磁团聚矿物导向面与所述水平面的夹角为45度。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的导流式磁团聚磁选分离框减小了浆料和喷淋水落差,通过导向板的导流作用能够有效地降低矿浆进入分离框时初始速度,使得磁性矿物能够充分进行磁团聚,磁性矿物和非磁性矿物分离比较彻底。

具体实施方式
结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明:
如图1所示,是导流式磁团聚磁选分离框在超导磁体室温孔内时的状态,被链条9拖动进出超导磁体室温孔的分离框具有矿浆入口1,还有喷淋管7以向分离框喷喷淋水8,在所述矿浆入口1处设置有矿物导向板2,所述矿物导向板2具有矿浆导向面3和磁团聚矿物导向面4,所述矿浆导向面3与水平面5的夹角B为8度,所述磁团聚矿物导向面4与所述水平面5的夹角为45度。
在所述分离框内且位于所述矿物导向板2下方设置有分离筛6。所述分离筛6与所述水平面5的夹角A为50度。
在超导磁体室温孔内时,矿浆和喷淋水是先喷淋到矿物导向板2上,再沿矿物导向板2的矿浆导向面3改变方向流向分离框内,从而降低了矿浆和喷淋水冲向分离筛6的速度,减少冲击力避免对分离筛6的破坏和影响分离效果。而在分离框转动到超导磁体下方时,分离框倒悬时,分离框内分离出的磁性颗料会沿矿物导向板2的磁团矿物导向面4滚落出来。
本实施例的导流式磁团聚磁选分离框能够有效地降低矿浆进入分离框时初始速度,使得磁性矿物能够充分进行磁团聚,磁性矿物和非磁性矿物分离比较彻底。并且,倾斜设置的分离筛6有利于矿物在所述分离筛6上自上而下滚动,从而有利于磁性颗粒在分离筛上磁团聚,以及有利于非磁性矿物从分离筛的筛孔掉落到分离框的底部,并且磁团聚后的磁性矿物滚落到所述分离筛临近所述分离框底部的地方,不会影响矿物从所述分离筛6上方继续加入并进行磁团聚和非磁性矿物的分离。同时倾斜的分离筛6与比平设置相比增大了其有效工作面积,单位面积处理量减少,有利于提高使用周期的提高分离效果。优选所述分离筛6与框子底面的夹角A为45度~60度,可以很好地实现磁团聚以及非磁性矿物与磁团聚后的矿物之间的分离,并且分离比较彻底,能够连续工作一周以上而不发生分离框底部孔洞的堵塞,而且也不发生所述分离筛6筛孔的堵塞。筛面上的磁团聚矿物在地磁场区,会因重力自行部分脱落;为了保证可靠起见,在磁体下方,通过分离框底部的孔洞,设置冲击气流(或水流),迫使其落下。在其下设置一耐磨不锈钢槽,收集落下的矿物。
在其它一些实施例中,所述矿浆导向面3与水平面5的夹角B可以为6度—10度之间的任意数值,所述磁团聚矿物导向面4与所述水平面5的夹角可以为大于0度、小于90度之间的任意数值;优选所述矿浆导向面3与水平面5的夹角B为7度~9度,所述磁团聚矿物导向面4与所述水平面5的夹角为30度~60度;更为优选的是所述矿浆导向面3与水平面5的夹角B为8度,所述磁团聚矿物导向面4与所述水平面5的夹角为45度;这样能够使得矿浆通过所述矿浆导向面3落到所述分离筛6上时具有最佳速度,所述磁团聚矿物导向面4与所述水平面5的夹角为45度时使得分离框内积聚的磁团聚矿物能够沿所述磁团聚矿物导向面4顺利地排出分离框。

1. 导流式磁团聚磁选分离框,其特征在于,分离框具有矿浆入口(1),在所述矿浆入口(1)处设置有矿物导向板(2),所述矿物导向板(2)具有矿浆导向面(3)和磁团聚矿物导向面(4),在超导磁体室温孔内时所述矿浆导向面(3)与水平面(5)的夹角B为6度—10度,所述磁团聚矿物导向面(4)与所述水平面(5)的夹角大于0度、小于90度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导流式磁团聚磁选分离框,其特征在于,在所述分离框内且位于所述矿物导向板(2)下方设置有分离筛(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的导流式磁团聚磁选分离框,其特征在于,所述分离筛(6)与所述水平面(5)的夹角A为45度~60度。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的导流式磁团聚磁选分离框,其特征在于,所述矿浆导向面(3)与水平面(5)的夹角B为7度~9度,所述磁团聚矿物导向面(4)与所述水平面(5)的夹角为30度~60度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的导流式磁团聚磁选分离框,其特征在于,所述矿浆导向面(3)与水平面(5)的夹角B为8度,所述磁团聚矿物导向面(4)与所述水平面(5)的夹角为45度。
