Abstract

本发明为一种风力机风压式变桨装置,属于风力机领域。本装置叶片绞接在轮毂上形成风轮系统和控制桨距的双滑块多连杆机构。风轮装在发电机的回转轴上,储能弹簧与回转轴同轴,其前端由钢丝绳与叶片相联。本装置由于在风力机起动前桨叶处于大攻角状态,便于风力机起动;该变桨装置使风力机输出特性稳定,风力机运转安全;该变桨装置机械传动系统结构简单,减少了制造成本。

本发明专利为一种风力机风压式变桨装置,属于风力机领域。
背景技术
目前在小型风力机上使用的变桨装置一般为离心变桨或电控变桨。离心变桨中转速的调控是一个正反馈调控,随着风速增加,只能使功率的增加变缓;不能完全达到控制的目的;而电控变桨中有执行元件,又有测控元件,结构很复杂,在小型风力机上使用非常不经济。
发明内容
为了克服现有风力机变桨装置结构复杂、变桨效率低的不足,本发明专利特提出一种新的风能转换装置——风力机风压式变桨装置。
本发明专利风力机风压式变桨装置主要由储能弹簧、钢丝绳、轮毂、叶片、回转轴、连杆机构等组成。其结构是叶片绞接在轮毂上形成风轮系统和控制桨距的双滑块多连杆机构。风轮装在发电机的回转轴上,储能弹簧与回转轴同轴,其前端由钢丝绳与叶片相联。
本风力机风压式变桨装置的工作过程为:随着自然风速的增大,风轮扫掠面所受的风的正压力也随着增大,当风速大于额定风速时,风压克服弹簧的阻力,促使风轮沿着风向水平移动,在风轮水平移动时,通过固定在轮毂和桨叶上的连杆,改变桨叶的安装角,使桨叶变桨,降低升力,达到限速的目的;当风速变小时,弹簧克服风压,风轮向上述相反的方向(来流方向)移动,通过连杆使桨叶反向变桨,保持风轮转速,提高风能利用率。
本风力机风压式变桨装置,在风力机起动前桨叶处于大攻角状态,便于风力机起动;该变桨装置使风力机输出特性稳定,风力机运转安全;该变桨装置机械传动系统结构简单,减少了制造成本。

具体实施方式:实施例(见图1)
本发明专利风力机风压式变桨装置主要由储能弹簧1、钢丝绳2、轮毂3、叶片4、回转轴6、连杆机构6等组成;叶片4绞接在轮毂3上形成风轮系统和控制桨距的双滑块多连杆机构。风轮装在发电机7的回转轴5上,储能弹簧1与回转轴5同轴,储能弹簧1的自由端与叶片4的根部通过钢丝绳2联接。

1.本发明专利为一种风力机风压式变桨装置,它主要由储能弹簧、钢丝绳、轮毂、叶片、回转轴、连杆机构构成;叶片绞接在轮毂上形成风轮系统和控制桨距的双滑块多连杆机构;风轮装在发电机的回转轴上,储能弹簧与回转轴同轴,其前端由钢丝绳与叶片相联。
