Abstract
本发明公开了一种防漏气型沼气池,包括沼气池体,沼气池体上设有进料口、出料口和沼气出口,沼气池体内上部为贮气室,下部为发酵室,所述沼气池体的贮气室内壁上设有用于密封沼气的密封层;本发明在贮气室内壁上设置密封层,利用密封层的气密性和耐腐蚀性,防止沼气池在产生、使用和贮存沼气过程中漏气,提高沼气池的气密性和使用寿命;可利用现有的粪便池、化粪池或废旧沼气池为池体,在其内壁上设置密封层,将其改造为本发明的防漏气型沼气池,因地制宜,成本低,施工便捷,不为建池再烦恼,不另占地方。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种沼气池,具体涉及一种防止沼气泄漏的沼气池。
背景技术
沼气是有机物质在厌氧环境中,在一定的温度(10C°以上)、浓度(6%)和酸碱度(PH值6—7)下通过微生物发酵作用,产生的一种可燃气体,为防止沼气泄漏造成人员中毒和环境破坏,沼气池需要完全气密封。传统的水泥沼气池或玻璃钢沼气池使用几年后因沼液对池壁的腐蚀,池壁会产生微小的裂纹,气密性降低,寿命缩短。
因此,需要对现有的沼气池进行改进,防止其在产生、使用和贮存沼气过程中漏气,提高沼气池的气密性和使用寿命。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种防漏气型沼气池,防止其在产生、使用和贮存沼气过程中漏气,提高沼气池的气密性和使用寿命。
本发明的防漏气型沼气池,包括沼气池体,沼气池体上设有进料口、出料口和沼气出口,沼气池体内上部为贮气室,下部为发酵室,所述沼气池体的贮气室内壁上设有用于密封沼气的密封层。
进一步,所述密封层为沼气膜,所述沼气膜为PVC膜、HDPE膜、PE膜或EVA膜中的任意一种;
进一步,所述沼气膜与贮气室内壁之间还设有保护层,所述保护层为土工布或丙纶防水布;
进一步,所述密封层为水泥砂浆与防水材料的混合层;
进一步,所述出料口为水压间;
进一步,所述密封层下边与进料口和出料口下口平齐。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明在贮气室内壁上设置密封层,利用密封层的气密性和耐腐蚀性,防止沼气池在产生、使用和贮存沼气过程中漏气,提高沼气池的气密性和使用寿命;可利用现有的粪便池、化粪池或废旧沼气池为池体,在其内壁上设置密封层,将其改造为本发明的防漏气型沼气池,因地制宜,成本低,施工便捷,不为建池再烦恼,不另占地方。

具体实施方式
以下将参照附图,对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述。
图1为本发明实施例1的结构示意图,如图所示,本发明的防漏气型沼气池,包括沼气池体6,沼气池体6上设有进料口2、出料口1和沼气出口4,沼气池体6内上部为贮气室3,下部为发酵室5,所述沼气池体6的贮气室3内壁上设有用于密封沼气的密封层8。
本发明利用密封层8的气密性和耐腐蚀性,防止沼气池在产生、使用和贮存沼气过程中漏气,提高沼气池的气密性和使用寿命,所述密封层8可以为沼气膜、水泥砂浆与防水材料的混合层或其它气密性材料,只要能达到密封效果即可。
所述沼气膜为PVC膜、HDPE膜、PE膜或EVA膜中的任意一种,根据池体内的尺寸,焊接、粘接成一体;这些塑料膜耐腐蚀性及气密性良好,可使沼气池达到很好的密封效果。为了避免粗糙池壁对沼气膜的破坏,所述沼气膜与贮气室3内壁之间最好设置保护层7,所述保护层7为土工布或丙纶防水布,它与沼气膜结合后,不仅增大了沼气膜的抗拉强度和抗穿刺能力,而且由于其表面粗糙,增大了接触面的摩擦系数,有利于保护层7及密封层8的稳定。
本实施例中,所述出料口1为水压间;设置水压间可增大沼气池的贮气容积和有效控制沼气压力。
本实施例中,所述密封层8下边与进料口2和出料口1下口平齐,密封层8高度一般为沼气池体6高度的二分之一至三分之二。
本发明不仅适用于新建沼气池,也可在现有粪便池、化粪池或废旧沼气池的基础上因地制宜的改造,成本低,施工便捷。
图2为本发明实施例2的结构示意图,如图所示,实施例2与实施例1的区别仅在于进料口2的设置,实施例2与实施例1的选用根据用户的地理条件而定。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管通过参照本发明的优选实施例已经对本发明进行了描述,但本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以在形式上和细节上对其作出各种各样的改变,而不偏离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围。

1.一种防漏气型沼气池,包括沼气池体(6),沼气池体(6)上设有进料口(2)、出料口(1)和沼气出口(4),沼气池体(6)内上部为贮气室(3),下部为发酵室(5),其特征在于:所述沼气池体(6)的贮气室(3)内壁上设有用于密封沼气的密封层(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防漏气型沼气池,其特征在于:所述密封层(8)为沼气膜,所述沼气膜为PVC膜、HDPE膜、PE膜或EVA膜中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防漏气型沼气池,其特征在于:所述沼气膜与贮气室(3)内壁之间还设有保护层(7),所述保护层(7)为土工布或丙纶防水布。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的防漏气型沼气池,其特征在于:所述密封层(8)为水泥砂浆与防水材料的混合层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防漏气型沼气池,其特征在于:所述出料口(1)为水压间。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的防漏气型沼气池,其特征在于:所述密封层(8)下边与进料口(2)和出料口(1)下口平齐。
