本发明涉及具有端面的垫圈、螺栓或螺母,该端面面向工件并且在其上设置有增加摩擦系数的轮廓。
背景技术
在自动化工业中,由于更高的运载性能和更高的要求,可用于连接构件的构造空间变得越来越小并且要被传输的力不断增大,问题变得越来越常见。在这种环境下,一些连接件(诸如支杆、推杆、横向振动吸收器等)主要通过横向力而工作。按照公式FC=FT/μT,为了能够吸收更大的横向力(FT),需要更大的夹紧力(FC)或更高的摩擦系数(μT)。
更高的夹紧力仅能够通过更大的螺栓预应力来实现。因此,这只能通过更大的螺栓尺寸或通过将螺栓拧入至达到螺栓材料的屈服点为止来实现。如果没有用于更大螺栓的空间并且将螺栓拧入至达到屈服点为止是不安全的话,唯一剩下的选择是增加摩擦系数。
在现有技术中,在某些类型的应用(诸如滑轮等)中通过额外的构件(诸如金刚石盘)进行了这种尝试。然而,因为相对昂贵的构件以及额外的组件,这种解决办法是昂贵并复杂的。
发明内容
基于现有技术,本发明的目的是在不需要那种必须在组装过程中插入的额外构件的情况下增加摩擦系数。
根据本发明,该目的是通过按照本发明将面向各个工件的垫圈、螺栓和螺母的端面设置为具有特定轮廓来实现的。在这种情况下,作为轮廓的突点或肋部不能实现期望的结果。为了实现所述目的,本发明因此首先选择了具有同心环形的环绕缘部的端面作为轮廓。
通过与现有技术中已知的全部形状相比较,根据本发明的这种特殊的形状迄今为止可以吸收最大的横向力。本发明的另一个额外的优点是其提供百分之一百防水的连接。这是经常需要的,因为举例来说,在冬天与融雪剂结合的水可能在垫圈、螺母或螺栓的材料(钢)与工件的材料(现在通常是铝)之间因为电化序而引起严重的腐蚀。因此,在使用一对具有不同电化学特性的材料时,本发明特别有利。
根据本发明的用于垫圈、螺栓或螺母的轮廓由于正配合而将理论摩擦系数增加到使得可以传递极高的横向力。事实上可以实现1的理论摩擦系数。取决于表面,在现有技术中通常实现0.1到0.3的摩擦系数。在这种情况下,绝对的防水连接是本发明的另外的优点。
因为其环形对称性,根据本发明的轮廓可以直接应用到或者模压到螺栓、螺母或沉头铆钉螺母的端面上。此外,也可以根据本发明将根据本发明的轮廓应用到垫圈上,并且随后将该垫圈与普通螺栓、螺母或沉头铆钉螺母一同使用,或者直接通过滚压、焊接或粘接将相应的垫圈连接到各个连接构件。
根据本发明的在端面上的同心环形环绕缘部刺入工件的基础材料,并在此处通过正配合来传递大的横向力。
在这种情况下,特别优选地使得端面的位于环绕缘部内侧的区域被设置为比外侧区域进一步相对于工件凹入,并且比端面与工件之间的接触表面的理论零点进一步相对于工件凹入。以此方式,可以确保缘部总是首先刺入并且完全进入工件的基础材料(通常是铝或其他轻金属)。这确保了正配合、防水性以及高的横向力传递能力。
此外,特别优选地以使得环状面的表面距离工件的距离从外侧向内侧增大的方式,使得位于缘部外侧的端面区域从外侧朝向缘部锥形地渐变,即,随着从外侧向内侧而远离工件地倾斜。
已经发现对于锥形渐变表面相对于工件的平面的倾斜来说,1.5到2.5°的角度是特别合适的,这是因为其提供了最优方式的坚固性。

图1是根据本发明的垫圈10的截面图,该截面是沿着旋转轴线所取的。该垫圈10包括在安装垫圈10时面向工件的端面12。如通过图2和图3更清楚地看到的,同心环形缘部(web)14连接到该端面12。
如可以从图2特别清楚地看到的,端面12在环形缘部14内的区域16被设置为相对于工件凹入,优选地比缘部凹入0.2到0.4mm。
如可以通过图2的细节图更清楚地看到,端面12在环状缘部14外侧的区域18以使得在工件与垫圈10的表面之间的距离从外侧朝向腹梁14增加的方式相对于工件的平面倾斜1.5到2.5°。
如可以从图2的细节图清楚地看到,缘部14具有形状为倒圆的V字形截面,其倒圆点20指向工件。缘部14的侧翼22、24以80°到90°的角度彼此接近。
本发明在这里已经通过垫圈的方式进行了说明。按照在这里对于垫圈描述的相同方式,本发明当然也可以实施在螺母或沉头铆钉螺母的相应端面或者实施在螺栓的头部的下侧上的相应端面,其中在每种情况下面向工件的相应端面被相应地构造。
根据本发明的垫圈也可以在未固定的状态下使用,或者以滚压、焊接或粘接的方式结合到相应的连接构件。
自然地,如果在制造过程中将相应的轮廓直接应用到螺母、沉头铆钉螺母或螺栓的端面上,根据本发明的端面的轮廓可以特别成本有效地制造。
Claims (6)
1.一种垫圈(10)、螺栓或螺母,其包括面向工件的端面(12),其特征在于所述端面(12)具有同心、环状的环绕缘部(14),并且所述端面(12)的位于所述环绕缘部(14)外侧的区域(18)从外侧朝向所述缘部(14)锥形地渐变,并且随着从外侧向内侧而远离所述工件地倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垫圈(10)、螺栓或螺母,其特征在于,所述端面(12)的位于所述环绕缘部(14)内侧的区域(16)被设置为相对于所述工件凹入。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的垫圈(10)、螺栓或螺母,其特征在于,锥形地渐变的所述区域(18)相对于所述工件的平面的倾斜度是1.5到2.5°。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的垫圈(10)、螺栓或螺母,其特征在于,所述缘部(14)具有形状为倒圆的V字形的截面,其倒圆点(20)朝向所述工件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的垫圈(10)、螺栓或螺母,其特征在于,所述缘部(14)的侧翼(22、24)一同形成80到90°的角。
6.根据权利要求2所述的垫圈(10)、螺栓或螺母,其特征在于,所述端面(12)的位于所述缘部(14)内侧的区域(16)被设置为比所述缘部凹入0.2到0.4mm。
