As can be seen from this embodiment, when temporary management of the fixed terminal 84 is required, by querying a management and control result matched with the current call information from a set management and control policy, the MSC86 in the mobile network can allow or prohibit processing of a call of the mobile terminal according to the management and control result, so that fine management and control of a call initiated by a terminal device according to the management and control result corresponding to the management and control policy are implemented, and a communication network is effectively managed, thereby avoiding a multi-pipe or pipe leakage phenomenon caused by closed rough management and control of the entire network, and improving the satisfaction of network users.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of a network system used in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, the network system includes: a management and control communication platform 91, a called HLR92, a called MSC93, a calling HLR95 and a calling MSC 96; the called HLR92 and the called MSC93 belong to network devices in the called network, and the calling HLR95 and the calling MSC96 belong to network devices in the calling network. Further, the calling network and the called network may be the same type of network or different types of networks, and the embodiment of the present invention is only described for convenience of description to exemplarily illustrate that the calling network and the called network are both mobile networks, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment.
When the calling mobile terminal 97 calls the called mobile terminal 94, the calling mobile terminal 97 reports management and control information to the management and control communication platform 91 through the calling MSC96, where the reported management and control information carries calling information such as a calling number corresponding to the calling mobile terminal 97 as a calling party, a called number corresponding to the called mobile terminal 94 as a called party, a location area where the calling mobile terminal 97 is located, a user level of the calling mobile terminal 97, and the like, the management and control communication platform 91 analyzes the called number of the called mobile terminal 94 as a called party to obtain a mobile number, and then initiates a management and control information query message to the called HLR92 to which the called mobile terminal 94 belongs, the mobile network returns the management and control information corresponding to the called number and the user level of the called number to the management and control communication platform 91 according to the calling level, A set control policy is queried according to call conditions such as a called level, a current location area of a calling party, a current location area of a called party, a call type and a time period, if the current location of the calling mobile terminal 97 belongs to a roaming area and the call condition of the called mobile terminal 94 is consistent with the set control policy, if the control result corresponding to the control policy is call prohibition, the control communication platform 91 sends the control result corresponding to the control policy to the calling MSC96, and the calling MSC96 prohibits call continuation between the calling mobile terminal 97 and the called mobile terminal 94 according to the control result, so that the calling mobile terminal 97 and the called mobile terminal 94 stop calling; if the control result corresponding to the control policy is call barring, the control communication platform 91 sends the control result corresponding to the control policy to the calling MSC96, and the calling MSC96 prohibits continuation of the call between the calling mobile terminal 97 and the called mobile terminal 94 according to the control result, and then the calling mobile terminal 97 and the called mobile terminal 94 stop calling.
As can be seen from this embodiment, when the called mobile terminal 94 needs to be temporarily managed, the management and control result matched with the current call information is queried from the set management and control policy, so that the calling MSC96 in the mobile network can allow or prohibit the call of the mobile terminal according to the management and control result, and realize that the call initiated by the terminal device is finely managed and controlled according to the management and control result corresponding to the management and control policy, and effectively manage the communication network, thereby avoiding the multi-pipe or leakage phenomenon caused by closed rough management and control of the entire network, and improving the satisfaction of network users.
In order to more vividly understand the control policy according to the embodiment of the present invention, the set control policy and the corresponding control result are described in a table form, and the control policy and the corresponding control result according to the embodiment of the present invention may be specifically shown in table 2.

As can be seen from table 2, the management and control policy includes: the initial call level (A, B, C, D, E), the final call level, the initial call location area, the call type, the final call location area, and the communication time, but not limited to those listed in table 2, each user of the calling terminal in the management and control policy corresponds to a user level, the user level includes a user level of the calling terminal and a user level of the called terminal, each call corresponds to a basic condition such as location information (initial call location area, final call location area), call type, and communication time, and therefore, the management and control policy corresponding to the service can be configured through a single or combined management and control policy of basic elements such as location information, call type, and communication time, so as to determine whether the management and control result of the service is put-through, rejected, or put-through. Of course, the above management and control policy and the management and control result are only an exemplary illustration, and the management and control policy described in the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above illustrated management and control policy, as long as the policy for managing and controlling the call request according to the actual call situation is the management and control policy described in the embodiment of the present invention, for example: the management and control policy may be formed by combining one or more of the user level, the location information, the call type, and the communication time, and may specifically be set correspondingly according to an actual network management and control requirement; the control results described in the embodiments of the present invention are not the three types, and as long as the call is controlled according to the control results, the control policies described in the embodiments of the present invention are all the control policies.
In actual communication management, after receiving a task that needs to manage a network in a certain specific area, a communication management and control center configures the management and control task to a management and control communication platform in the form of a management and control policy, where the management and control communication platform starts the management and control task to a network device in a managed area, and when a service request event occurs in a mobile network or a fixed network, the communication network determines, according to a management and control identifier (which is exemplarily described by only a first number and a second number), whether service information corresponding to the service request event is consistent with the management and control policy reported to the management and control communication platform, and if the service request event is consistent with the reported management and control policy, reports the communication event to the management and control communication platform. The management and control communication platform initiates management and control information inquiry (the management and control information may include a position, a user level and the like) to the other party of the communication according to the requirements of the management and control strategy. And when the control information of the other party user is obtained, judging whether the communication needs to be controlled according to a control strategy in a control communication platform, returning the control strategy to the network triggering the call event, and allowing the communication network to perform release, refusal or conditional release service on the communication according to a control result.
In the foregoing embodiment of the present invention, only the current call information initiated by the terminal is taken as an example of the current service information, and the current service information in the embodiment of the present invention may specifically be: originating a voice call, originating a video call, originating a short message, originating another text message or originating a non-text message, terminating a voice call, terminating a video call, terminating a short message, terminating another text message or terminating a non-text message, and forwarding a voice call, forwarding a video call, forwarding a short message, forwarding another text message or forwarding a non-text message; the above list does not constitute a limitation to the embodiment of the present invention, and the technical solutions that can manage and control the service request initiated by the terminal through the set management and control policy are all the technical solutions described in the embodiment of the present invention.
The communication control device and the communication control platform in the embodiment of the invention can be the same equipment when being specifically realized, can also be used as network VIP (very important Person, referred to as VIP) equipment by setting different control strategies, can realize providing differentiated services for users of different levels and enjoying different network resources by setting different control strategies, and provide technical means for differentiated operation of operators.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the embodiments can be implemented by hardware related to program instructions, and the program can be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program performs the steps including the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (16)
1. A network management and control implementation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a management and control request message sent by a first network device, wherein the management and control request message carries current service information of a first terminal accessed to the first network device;
inquiring a control result matched with the current service information from a set control strategy;
and sending the control result to the first network equipment, so that the first network equipment processes the service of the first terminal according to the control result.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the querying a management and control result matching the current service information from the set management and control policy includes:
acquiring a first number of the first terminal and a second number of a second terminal which performs service interaction with the first terminal from the service information;
sending a management and control information query message to second network equipment corresponding to the network type according to the network type to which the second number belongs;
receiving a management and control information response message returned by the second network device according to the management and control information query message, wherein the management and control information response message carries the management and control information of the second number;
and inquiring a control result matched with the current service information from a set control strategy according to the control information of the first number and the second number.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the sending a management information query message to a second network device corresponding to the network type according to the network type to which the second number belongs comprises:
judging the network type of the second number according to a number type table;
if the network type is a mobile network, sending a management and control information query message to a home location register to which the second number belongs, so as to acquire management and control information of the second number;
and if the network type is a fixed network, sending a management and control information query message to end office equipment to which the second number belongs, so as to acquire management and control information of the second number.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the querying a management result matching the first number and the second number from a set management policy according to the management information of the first number and the second number comprises:
inquiring first control information for communication control of the first number according to the first number;
inquiring second control information for communication control of the second number according to the second number;
and inquiring a control result matched with the current service information from a set control strategy according to the first control information and the second control information.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the querying a management and control result matching the current service information from the set management and control policy includes:
inquiring a control result matched with the current service information from a set control strategy according to the control information of the first number; or,
acquiring a second number of a second terminal which performs service interaction with the first terminal from the service information; sending a management and control information query message to second network equipment corresponding to the second number according to the network type of the second number; and receiving a management and control information response message returned by the second network device according to the management and control information query message, wherein the management and control information response message carries the management and control information of the second number, and querying a management and control result matched with the current service information from a set management and control strategy according to the management and control information of the second number.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving the management control request message sent by the first network device further comprises:
and sending a management and control starting task request message to the first network equipment in a management and control area, so that the first network equipment sets a control starting state and a control starting condition according to the management and control starting task request message.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising, after sending the policing result to the first network device:
and sending a management and control task closing request message to the first network equipment in the management and control area, so that the first network equipment cancels the control starting state according to the management and control task closing request message.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 7,
the management and control strategy comprises the following steps: location information of the terminal device, call type, communication time, service type, or user level.
9. An administration communication device, comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive a management and control request message sent by a first network device, where the management and control request message carries current service information of a first terminal accessing the first network device;
the query module is used for querying a control result matched with the current service information from a set control strategy;
and the first sending module is used for sending the control result to the first network device, so that the first network device processes the service of the first terminal according to the control result.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the query module comprises:
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain, from the current service information, a first number of the first terminal and a second number of a second terminal performing service interaction with the first terminal;
a sending unit, configured to send a management and control information query message to a second network device corresponding to the network type according to the network type to which the second number belongs;
a receiving unit, configured to receive a management control information response message returned by the second network device according to the management control information query message, where the management control information response message carries the management control information of the second number;
and the query unit is used for querying a management and control result matched with the current service information from a set management and control strategy according to the management and control information of the first number and the second number.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the sending unit comprises:
the judging subunit is used for judging the network type of the second number according to a number type table;
a first sending subunit, configured to send a management control information query message to a home location register to which the second number belongs if the network type is a mobile network, where the management control information query message is used to obtain management control information of the second number; and/or the second sending subunit is configured to send a management and control information query message to the end office device to which the second number belongs if the network type is a fixed network, so as to obtain management and control information of the second number.
12. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the query unit comprises:
a first inquiry subunit, configured to inquire, according to the first number, first management and control information that manages communication of the first number;
a second query subunit, configured to query, according to the second number, second management and control information that manages communication of the second number;
and the third query subunit is configured to query, according to the first management and control information and the second management and control information, a management and control result matched with the current service information from a set management and control policy.
13. The apparatus of any one of claims 10 to 12, further comprising:
and the second sending module is used for sending a control starting task request message to the first network equipment in a control area, so that the first network equipment sets a control starting state and a control starting condition according to the control starting task request message.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, further comprising:
a third sending module, configured to send a control task closing request message to the first network device in the control area, so that the first network device cancels a control starting state according to the control task closing request message;
and the clearing module is used for clearing the management and control strategy.
15. A network management and control implementation system is characterized by comprising: the system comprises a control communication device and first network equipment;
the management and control communication device receives a management and control request message sent by the first network device, where the management and control request message carries current service information of a first terminal accessed to the first network device, queries a management and control result matched with the current service information from a set management and control policy, and sends the matched management and control result to the first network device, and the first network device processes a service of the first terminal according to the management and control result.
16. The system of claim 15, further comprising: the second network device is connected to the second network device,
the second network device is configured to receive a management and control information query message sent by the management and control communication apparatus, and return a management and control information response message to the management and control communication apparatus, where the management and control information response message carries management and control information of a second number of a second terminal that makes a call with the first terminal.
