Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
One of the core ideas of the embodiment of the invention is that a part of the original display screen area is divided as a comparison or reference display area, and the comparison or reference display area can be freely displayed and hidden and has two modes:
firstly, the method comprises the following steps: a comparison mode, namely, a comparison display area and a main display area equally divide the whole display area, and synchronously perform scrolling and page turning actions;
II, secondly: a reference mode, i.e. the reference display area is smaller than the main display area, the scrolling and page turning actions are also independent;
the user can conveniently and quickly refer to and compare the same book or different books by using the portable electronic book reading device provided by the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of an embodiment of a method for processing data by an electronic book reading device of the present invention is shown, including:
step 101, receiving a mode selection command; that is, a mode selection command triggered by the user through the portable electronic book reading device is received. The selectable modes include a normal reading mode, an alignment mode, and a reference mode. Wherein the normal reading mode may be set as a default reading mode.
Step 103, setting a comparison or reference starting page;
the method comprises the following steps:
if the comparison mode selection command is received in step 101, setting a comparison start page;
if the reference mode selection command is received in step 101, the reference start page is set.
105, dividing the whole display area into a main display area and a comparison display area, or the main display area and a reference display area;
the step may specifically be:
if the comparison mode selection command is received in step 101, entering a comparison mode, and dividing the whole display area into a main display area and a comparison display area which are equal in size;
if the reference mode selection command is received in step 101, the reference mode is entered, and the entire display area is divided into a main display area and a reference display area with different sizes, wherein the space of the main display area is larger than that of the reference display area.
Step 107, in the comparison mode, simultaneously executing a scrolling or page turning action on the contents of the main display area and the comparison display area;
step 109, in a reference mode, selecting the main display area or the reference display area as a current active area; and executing a scrolling or page-turning action on the content in the current active area.
The method specifically comprises the following steps:
if the current active area is the main display area, executing a rolling or page turning action on the content of the main display area according to the received rolling or page turning instruction;
and if the current active area is the reference display area, executing a rolling or page turning action on the content of the reference display area according to the received rolling or page turning instruction.
The steps are not simultaneous, and mainly depend on what the mode selection command received in step 101 is, if the received command is a command for executing the comparison mode, the steps execute the corresponding specific operation in the comparison mode; if the received command is a command for executing the reference mode, the steps execute the corresponding specific operation in the reference mode.
Another preferred implementation of the method embodiment of the present invention is that step 103 may further include:
substep S1, setting the current display page as a comparison start page or a reference start page;
and a substep S2, acquiring the book name and page number information of the electronic book input by the user, and setting a comparison starting page or a reference starting page.
In the embodiments of the present invention, the alignment mode is defined as: comparing the display area with the main display area to equally divide the whole display area, and synchronously executing scrolling and page turning actions in the two display areas;
the reference pattern is defined as: the reference display area and the main display area are divided into the whole display area, the reference display area is smaller than the main display area, and the scrolling and page turning actions are independently performed in the two display areas respectively.
While, for purposes of simplicity of explanation, the foregoing method embodiments have been described as a series of acts or combination of acts, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated ordering of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently with other steps in accordance with the invention.
