Abstract
为了将显示装置或电脑保持器固定在机动车的内部中,本发明提出一种保持器,该保持器具有伸缩杆、吸持元件以及摩擦元件。优选地,该保持器通过气压弹簧夹紧在机动车的内部空间中,以用作可逆的保持器。

本发明涉及一种保持器(Halterung),尤其地用于在机动车中的固定。
背景技术
在机动车中常常出现这样的问题,即,将日常需要的附加的装置(如电脑、显示屏以及其它物品)可靠地固定在乘客车厢中。在行驶和制动时产生加速度,该加速度可使保持器从其固定处断裂,并且因此对这种类型的保持器提出特别的要求。此外,可为有利的是,提出这样的保持器,即,其可应用在不同的机动车中。最终该保持器应可简单地安装,而不必在机动车的乘客车厢中进行明显的改动。
发明内容
由此引出本发明的目的,即,提出一种保持器,该保持器可简单且可靠地安装在不同的机动车中。
该目的利用这样的保持器实现,即,该保持器具有伸缩杆,在该伸缩杆的一个端部处布置有吸持元件,并且在伸缩杆的另一端部处布置有摩擦元件。
吸持元件使以下成为可能,即,以简单的方式将保持器固定在挡风玻璃的内侧处。伸缩杆使以下成为可能,即,在长度上调整保持器,该长度相应于挡风玻璃和机动车的底板区域之间的间距。在机动车的底板区域中,保持器具有摩擦元件,利用该摩擦元件可以简单的方式将保持器固定在机动车的底板覆盖件(Bodenbelag)处。
由此可能的是,以简单的方式利用吸持元件将保持器固定在挡风玻璃处并且如此远地放出(ausfahren)伸缩杆,即,保持器锚定在底板中。
出人意料地,试验结果显示出,这种类型的保持器具有足够的强度,以用于即使在机动车的碰撞测试时也将例如电脑可靠地保持在机动车中。为此将电脑、罩壳或为电脑而构造的支撑面固定在伸缩杆处,由此,伸缩杆用作电脑的保持器。
有利的是,吸持元件具有至少一个吸盘(Saugnapf)。这种类型的吸盘例如用于运输窗玻璃。在当前的情况中,使用两个相对的吸盘是适宜的。然而,根据对吸盘的要求和吸盘的质量也可使用例如四个吸盘。尤其有利的是,吸盘具有操纵杆,该操纵杆使以下更为容易,即,以已知的方式将吸盘固定在光滑的面处。
为了使保持器在机动车的底板处的固定的简单且可逆的(reversible)的可行性成为可能,建议的是,摩擦元件具有至少一个针(Nadel)。针垫是有利的,利用该针垫可将固定在伸缩杆的下端部处的摩擦元件以简单的方式固定在机动车底板的织物的表面处。
通过以下方式实现了尤其简单地将保持器安装在机动车的内部中,即,伸缩杆具有至少一个气压弹簧(Gasdruckfeder)。可在气压弹簧夹紧的状态中运输保持器并将保持器安装在机动车中。通过松开在气压弹簧处的闭锁机构,伸缩杆伸长直至摩擦元件贴靠在机动车底板处。有利的是,气压弹簧施加限定的力,利用该力将摩擦元件压到机动车底板处。
为了吸收(abfangen)冲击且平衡倾斜的面,建议的是,在吸持元件的吸盘和伸缩杆之间布置橡胶元件。
尤其地,为了使多个吸盘与伸缩杆相连接并且为了使得吸盘和伸缩杆之间的相对的运动性成为可能,建议的是,在吸持元件的吸盘和伸缩杆之间布置连接杆。
连接杆可以简单的方式铰接地与伸缩杆相连接。由此以改进的方式建议,连接杆可旋转运动地布置在伸缩杆处。
一种有利的实施变型方案设置成,伸缩杆具有用于限制其长度的锁止装置。一方面,该锁止装置可将推拢(zusammenschieben)到最小长度上的伸缩杆保持在该位置中。然而另一方面,这样的锁止装置也是可能的,即该锁止装置将伸缩杆固定在特定的长度中。
一种尤其实用的实施形式设置成,伸缩杆具有气压弹簧。该气压弹簧将解锁的伸缩杆放出到其最大长度中。在此,如此确定伸缩杆的长度尺寸,即,在达到伸缩杆的最大长度之前,在机动车的内部中的保持器将摩擦元件压到机动车的底板处。这使得制造带有特别的压紧力的气压弹簧是可能的,该压紧力尤其良好地适合用于将保持器固定在机动车内部中。
为了平衡振动、公差以及不平度建议,在伸缩杆和摩擦元件之间布置橡胶元件。优选地,该橡胶元件构造成围绕伸缩杆放置的环。
对于实用的应用有利的是,摩擦元件具有布置在针之前的手指保护件。显然地,可利用设有针的摩擦元件刮擦(verkratzen)机动车的内空间。因此,优选地设置有带有大量孔的板,该板以这种方式布置在针之前,即,不存在由针引起的损伤风险,并且在应用保持器时在将保持器固定在机动车中时,针可延伸穿过板,以使得保持器锚定在机动车的底板中。
这通过以下方式以简单的方式实现,即,手指保护件相对于针的位置可变化。例如,同样可克服弹簧的力将手指保护件压向针,以使得针延伸穿过手指保护件,并且在卸载的状态中,手指保护件以保护的方式布置在针之前。

具体实施方式
图1显示了保持器1,该保持器1基本上由伸缩杆2、吸持元件3以及摩擦元件4组成。
吸持元件3具有两个并排布置的吸盘5和6,该吸盘5和6分别通过橡胶元件7,8与连接杆9相连接。
连接杆9可旋转运动地固定在伸缩杆2的上端部10处。匹配(tailliert)杆用作连接杆,其以这种方式与伸缩杆2相连接,即,可将力从吸盘5,6处传递到伸缩杆2上。为此,对于连接杆带有锁紧元件(Sicherungselement)(未显示)的叉头起作用。
伸缩杆具有两个可伸缩地置于彼此之中的铝管12,13,带有活塞杆15的气压弹簧14布置在铝管12,13之内。气压弹簧14和活塞杆15以这种方式彼此作用,即,利用气压弹簧14和活塞杆15以限定的力使铝管12和13彼此分离地运动。
利用螺栓16,17将引导元件18布置在外铝管12处,该引导元件18围绕内铝管13延伸。该引导元件18在其下端部处具有环绕的槽19,该槽19用作锁止钩。
在内铝管13的下端部处以这种形式布置有锁止钩20,即,在铝管12和13被推入到彼此中时该锁止钩与槽19共同作用并且在该处卡锁。
锁止钩20具有手柄21以用于松开锁止,手柄21使锁止钩20从槽19中松开,以使得伸缩杆通过气压弹簧14作用到活塞杆15和外铝管20上的压力而伸长。
在内铝管13的下端部处,下部的管闭合件(Rohrabschluss)22通过橡胶元件23与保持板24相连接。为此,螺栓25使保持板24压靠管闭合件22。
在保持板24中安置有36个针26,其尖端向下指向。因此,该保持板24作为带有大量针的可运动地支承的盘起作用,该盘固定在伸缩杆的下端部处。
为了避免由针26带来的损伤,在针26的尖端的区域中布置有作为孔板的手指保护件27。该手指保护件27可克服弹簧(未显示)而压靠保持板24,以使得针26穿过板27的孔28伸出。可通过滚花螺栓(Radelschraube)29,30调整手指保护件27相对于保持板24的位置,并且销31用于手指保护件27相对于保持板24的引导,销31在盲孔32中导引。
图2显示了吸盘5如何通过橡胶元件7与连接杆9以及伸缩杆2处于连接中,而借助于操纵杆33可夹紧吸盘5。
在使用保持器1时,首先利用操纵杆3和吸盘5,6将保持器1固定在机动车的挡风玻璃的内侧处。紧接着,松开锁止钩20,以使得伸缩杆通过气压弹簧14的压力伸展到其最大长度。以这种方式确定该最大长度的尺寸,即,手指保护件27的板与机动车的底板空间中的橡胶衬底达到贴靠。通过松开滚花螺栓29和30,带有针26的保持板24以这种方式压在机动车的底板覆盖件处,即,针26锚定在机动车的底板的毛毡式的织物的覆盖件中。
当由此将保持器1稳定地固定在机动车中时,可将装置(如电脑保持器或显示装置)固定在伸缩杆的任意位置处。
Claims (12)
1.一种保持器,尤其地用于在机动车中的固定,所述保持器带有伸缩杆,在所述伸缩杆的一个端部处布置有吸持元件,并且在所述伸缩杆的另一端部处布置有摩擦元件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保持器,其特征在于,所述吸持元件具有至少一个吸盘。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保持器,其特征在于,所述摩擦元件具有至少一个针。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的保持器,其特征在于,所述伸缩杆具有至少一个气压弹簧。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的保持器,其特征在于,在所述吸持元件的吸盘和所述伸缩杆之间布置有橡胶元件。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的保持器,其特征在于,在所述吸持元件的吸盘和所述伸缩杆之间布置有连接杆。
7.根据权利要求6所述的保持器,其特征在于,所述连接杆可旋转运动地支承在所述伸缩杆处。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的保持器,其特征在于,所述伸缩杆具有用于限制其长度的锁止装置。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的保持器,其特征在于,所述伸缩杆具有气压弹簧。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的保持器,其特征在于,在所述伸缩杆和所述摩擦元件之间布置有橡胶元件。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的保持器,其特征在于,所述摩擦元件具有布置在针之前的手指保护件。
12.根据权利要求11所述的保持器,其特征在于,所述手指保护件相对于针的位置可变化。
