Description

用于将一个辅件紧固到一个塑料空心体上的方法
本发明涉及一种用于将一个辅件紧固到空心体的一个壁上的方法，并且具体地由塑料制成的一个燃料储箱(FT)的一个壁上的方法。
在不同种类的车辆上的燃料储箱总体上必须满足与它们被设计用于的用途的类型相关的密封和渗透标准以及它们必须遵循的环境要求。在欧洲以及世界各地，我们目前正经历着对这些要求的相当程度的收紧，这些要求涉及到限制在大气中以及整体上在环境中的污染物排放。
为限制这些排放，特别予以注意的是在储箱内部放置这些辅件(通风管线、阀门、隔板、加强件、等等)，并且以此限制穿过储箱壁的开口的数目，本申请人已经开发了初步模制一个型坯的一种方法，该型坯包括至少一个缝隙，用于在储箱实际模制的过程中将多个辅件引入其中(并且紧固到其上)，并且因此避免了钻出多个开口(具体见申请EP 1 110 697)。
本申请人还已经开发了一种特别的用于这种紧固的方法(原位卡扣铆接，申请WO 2006/008308的主题，其内容为此目的通过引用结合到本申请中)并还开发了多种改进，这些改进对应地是在本发明人名下的国际申请WO 2007/093573及PCT/EP 2008/059042的主题，其内容同样通过引用结合到本申请中。
上述申请WO 2007/093573的目的是提供一种方法，该方法允许一个辅件在一个塑料储箱通过模制的制造过程中结合到其中，在该储箱冷却后当将该辅件紧固到其上时没有产生变形。在该方法中，向该辅件在其多个紧固点中的至少一个处提供一个紧固部件，这样使得尽管该辅件被紧固到该储箱的壁上，但它可以相对于该储箱壁上相对应的紧固点移动。
尽管这种途径使之可能解决由该辅件和该储箱在模制后冷却的过程中的不均匀收缩产生的这些变形，然而本申请人已经观察到在该储箱壁中的一个空心体(当从该储箱的外部看时是凹陷或者凹形的凸凹部，当从该内部看时是凸形的凸凹部)的形成并且在该辅件被禁锢时形成在该位置的右侧。此外，取决于该辅件的几何形状，本申请人同样在某些情况下已经注意到该储箱壁中辅件的至少一个部分处多个材料陷扰珠粒的出现，这不利地影响了上述移动性以及该型坯的均匀性(伴随着从那里产生泄漏的风险)。
因此本发明的目的是提供一种方法，该方法使之可能解决这些问题并且将一个辅件固定到一个空心体上，同时大大限制其壁的变形。
这个目标通过同时关于该储箱壁的其余部分(该区域/面积外面)关于该辅件的其余部分使(放入凸凹部中)该卡扣铆接区域升起而实现。
为此目的，本发明涉及一种方法，该方法用于将一个辅件紧固到一个空心体上，该空心体通过模制一个熔融的塑料型坯而获得，该紧固通过在该型坯的实际模制过程中在一个工具的帮助下卡口铆接而发生，根据该方法，在进行该卡口铆接之前，将该型坯预变形为通过一个拱顶(或者凸凹部，当从该储箱的外部看时它是一个凹形，并且从该内部看时凸形)包围该卡口铆接区域，该卡口铆接区域与该辅件的其余部分相比较时同样在凸凹部(空心体)中。
因此，例如，本申请人已经出人意料地观察到使用3个卡扣铆钉紧固一个辅件的事实，这些卡扣铆钉具有1cm的直径每个定位在具有一个约3cm直径以及1cm高度的拱顶上，使之可能使在该辅件的右侧形成的空心体的深度减少7倍。3个卡扣铆钉的选择起因于为获得一个具有完美等静态(isostatism)紧固的事实，理想地需要的是提供3个紧固点，这些紧固点为部件明确地限定了一个紧固平面，因此避免了一个令人不满意的紧固。
本发明应用到的空心体优选是用于一个机动车辆的旨在装燃料、一种污染控制添加剂或者在该车辆上的任何其他液体的一个储箱。它可以是一种燃料储箱(FT)或者一个脲储箱(脲是一种添加剂，它用于纯化NOx排放气体)。它特别好地适用于FT。
术语“FT”应理解为是指一种不渗透储箱，这种储箱能够在不同的和变化的使用以及环境条件下储存燃料。这种储箱的一个实例是机动车辆装配的储箱。
术语“塑料”是指包括至少一种合成树酯聚合物的任何材料。
任何类型的塑料都可以是适合的。特别适合的塑料属于热塑性塑料的类别。
术语“热塑性塑料”应理解为是指包括任何热塑性的聚合物，包括热塑性弹性体，并且还包括它们的共混物。术语“聚合物”应理解为表示均聚物和共聚物(尤其是二元或三元的共聚物)二者。这类共聚物的实例有(非限制性地)：不规则的共聚物类、直链嵌部分共聚物类、其他嵌部分共聚物类以及接枝共聚物类。
熔点在分解温度之下的任何类型的热塑性聚合物或共聚物都是适合的。具有在至少10摄氏温度上分布的一个熔融范围的合成的热塑性塑料是特别适合的。此类材料的实例包括在它们的分子量中呈现多分散性的那些材料。
具体地讲，有可能使用聚烯烃类、热塑性聚脂类、聚酮类、聚酰胺类以及它们的共聚物类。还可以使用聚合物或共聚物的共混物；类似地还有可能使用带有无机的、有机的和/或天然填充剂的聚合体材料的一种共混物，这些填充剂是(例如，但不限于)：碳、盐类以及其他无机衍生物类、天然的或聚合的纤维类。还有可能使用多层结构，这些多层结构包括堆叠层和结合层，这些层包括以上所说明的这些聚合物或共聚物中的至少一种。
经常使用的一种聚合物是聚乙烯。用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)已经获得了优异的结果。
该储箱的壁可以包括一个单个的热塑层、或者包括两层。有利的是，一个或多个其他可能的附加层可以由液体和/或气体的一种阻挡材料制成的多个层来构成。优选地，阻挡层的性质和厚度被选择为从而使与该储箱的内表面接触的液体和气体的渗透性最小化。优选地，这个层是基于一种阻挡树酯，即不渗透燃料的一种树酯，如EVOH(一种部分水解的乙烯/乙烯基乙酸酯共聚物)。可替代地，该储箱可以经受一种表面处理(氟化作用或磺化作用)，其目的是使该储箱不渗透燃料。
当根据本发明的储箱是一个燃料储箱时，它优选包括一个以基于EVOH的阻挡层，该阻挡层位于这些基于HDPE的外层之间。

在一个型坯已经模制成两件之后，这些件通常对应地形成了该燃料储箱的下壁和上壁，这些壁各自具有一个内表面(指向该储箱的内部)以及一个外表面(指向该储箱的外部)。
用在根据本发明的这个变体的方法中的模具优选包括一个内芯，即一个具有合适的尺寸和形状的部件，它能够在该型坯被定位在模具中时被插入模具的这些空腔之间、并且将储箱内的这些部件紧固到其上而未将型坯的这些边缘焊接(因为该内芯在最终模制该储箱之前必须被拆除，在这一步骤的过程中进行这些型坯部分的焊接)。例如，在专利GB 1 410 215中说明了这样一个部件(内芯)，其内容为此目的通过引用结合在本申请之中。

总体上，通过至少2个固定点优选至少3个将该辅件固定到该储箱壁上，根据本发明在这些固定点之中至少一个是卡扣铆钉，该卡扣铆钉是在原位在该储箱壁的一个拱顶上通过一个孔口(开口)以一个比例在该辅件的凸凹部(与其成一件或者固定到其上)中制造的，所述凸凹部是“空心体”即当与该储箱壁相接触的辅件的表面的其余部分相比较时是凹形的。
这总体上意味着这个(这些)拱顶(在该储箱壁中)以及该辅件中的这些“孔”(其中发生了卡口铆接)是具有小于该辅件的尺寸。
在实际中，所述一个或多个拱顶可以借助于在该模具的这些空腔中的一个凸台进行生产，即具有互补形状的一个凸凹部。
该拱顶的这些尺寸和形状总体上取决于该储箱和该辅件的几何形状，具体地讲在该卡扣铆接孔口的区域中。总体上，该拱顶具有基本上圆形的截面，该拱顶具有几厘米例如从2至5cm的直径以及范围从1至15mm、优选从2至8mm的高度。该卡扣铆接孔口本身优选具有大于1cm甚至至少等于2cm的直径。
在本发明的背景中，术语“辅件”被理解为是指：
·任何功能性的物体或装置，该物体或装置总体上是与在其正常使用或工作的模式中的燃料储箱相关联、并且它与燃料储箱合作以便完成某些有用的功能；或者

此类装置的非限制性的实例是：液体泵、液面计、输送管、在该燃料储箱内部的储存区或隔板、通风装置(阀门、管道、等)、电子单元以及多个加固条。
根据实施依照本发明的方法的一个有利的方式，该辅件事实上是一种预先组装的结构，该结构包括一个支架以及通过任何适合的紧固手段被紧固到其上的一个或多个相同的或不同的装置。这些手段的实例是夹子紧固、螺钉紧固、焊接、等等。同样有利的是使该预先组装的结构支承允许有待连接的额外装置的手段，这些额外装置将有可能随后被紧固。这些手段同样是夹子紧固装置、有盖的孔或圆形形状的用于螺钉紧固的有螺纹的突起、可以焊接的表面区域、等等。在相同的概念中，该辅件可以由一个简单的支架构成，该支架包括用于随后紧固一个或多个装置的适当手段。换言之，该辅件优选地包括一个支架，该支架有用于该燃料储箱的一个或多个功能性装置(并且它可以是该辅件的盖子)的紧固手段，或者直接支承一个或多个这样的装置。
根据本发明，该辅件包括至少一个孔口，该孔口使得能够进行卡扣铆接(冶金学领域中通常的方法，这包括由熔融的材料在原位模制一个铆钉，已经使该熔融的材料经过有待被紧固的部件中的一个孔口溢出并且然后留在那里以便凝固，优选地是在将溢流的部分已在一定程度上弄平之后，以便给予它一个铆钉的形状)。
根据本发明的一个有利的变体，在上述申请PCT/EP 2008/059042中说明的，该或这些卡扣铆接孔口由一个凹形的凸凹部包围。术语“凹形”事实上理解为是指没有盖的一种空心形状，该形状的底部是由围绕该孔口或这些孔口的辅件的一部分形成的。这个凸凹部可以由一个基本上圆柱形的壁构成，该壁基本上垂直于储箱的壁。它可以具有一个连续或不连续的侧壁。它优选是不连续的，或在任何情况中：配备有多个开口，这些开口在该凸凹部上给予一定的活动性(可变形性)和/或允许这些卡扣铆钉的一种视觉检查(例如，在一台摄影机的帮助下：见下文)。
该凸凹部可以包括一个舌形件或隆起物，其目的是要确保夹紧该部件(即，将它紧固到内芯上，例如使用顶起该舌形件的一个小活塞)。使该部件保持(夹紧)非常接近其紧固接片的事实使之有可能确保这个接片完全由该工具控制，并因此与其相对被定位在一个良好的位置中。如果这种夹紧是在距该紧固接片非常远的地方进行，则在该接片与该夹紧点之间的材料的变形之后使该部件的接片不能附接到一个良好的位置上。
在该孔口位于一个紧固接片的(或该辅件的任何其他部分的)一个末端上的情况中，该凹形起伏能够产生在这个接片/部分的壁的一个简单的延伸中。在这个实施方案中，该辅件中的“孔”(用于卡扣铆接的凹形的凹陷总体上与该储箱壁上的拱顶互补)通过使该接片的自由末端相对于该辅件较低的表面升起而获得(那将与该卡扣铆接区域外部的储箱壁相接触)。
在本发明的背景之中，尽管该辅件被紧固到储箱壁上至少一个点处(在这种情况下：通过卡扣铆接)，优选的是它可以相对于该储箱壁上其紧固点活动。
这种活动性可以通过不同方式来获得。在该辅件包括至少一个紧固接片的情况中，它足以确保这是处于一个柔性的舌形件的形式，即一个扁平的(但是它可以被弯曲、折叠、等等)部分具有一个厚度、一个形状和/或一种构成材料，它们在辅件被紧固到该储箱的壁上时相对于该储箱的壁给予该辅件一个相对的活动性。优选地，辅件被紧固到储箱上的这些点中的每一个配备有这样一个柔性的舌形件。
为了大批的和/或大尺寸的目的，根据本发明的一个有利的变体，既通过卡扣铆接又通过焊接将该辅件紧固到该型坯上。最特别优选地，该焊接凭借一个附接的部件或者包括多个焊接平台的连接件发生。有利的是，这些焊接平台具有一个弯曲双唇的形状。该连接件的这些焊接平台必须位于一个位置并且具有多个尺寸为使得在该卡口铆接过程中它们至少部分地熔化并且使该连接件的焊接能够进行。
附图1至3非限制性地展示了本发明。图1和图2展示了同一个辅件的两个不同视图，该辅件旨在用于根据本发明的一个变体的方法，并且图3展示了一个储箱底的示意图，其中固定了另一个辅件。
图1和图2中所表示的辅件是用于一个燃料储箱的量规支架，该量规支架包括一个卡扣铆接孔口5以及定位在一个停止表面7上的多个凸凹部或者多个焊接平台6，该停止表面的目的是限制该辅件穿透进入该熔融的塑料中。如该图中可见的，围绕该孔口5的卡扣铆接区域是由相对于停止表面7后退了1mm，这样使得该卡扣铆接可以与该焊接同时进行，尽管焊接经过该型坯凸凹部(拱顶)中的一个区域发生的事实。在该区域的右侧，该模具的这些空腔(未示出)具有一个凸台，即具有互补形状的凸凹部中的一个区域。
图1和图2中所展示的量规支架被用于支撑一个量规，该量规旨在用于一个鞍状储箱的一个第二储袋。由此，它装备有一个文氏管12，该文氏管旨在通过一个过滤器13吸收该口袋底部中的燃料，该过滤器装备有多个齿并且它是由一个部件与其一起模制的(优选通过注塑模制)。这种几何形状的优点是这些齿的高度可以容易地与该口袋的底部的几何形状相适配，该量规和该文氏管旨在用于该口袋。为此，给该注塑模制模具装备一个移动的和/或可互换的部件是足够的。
图3中所表示的辅件8是一个涡旋罐，该涡旋罐包括一个泵-量规模块(未示出)。使用多个卡扣铆钉9将该辅件固定在一个FT 10的底壁上，这些卡扣铆钉是由实际的壁10形成的铆钉并且这是在多个拱顶10’的右侧，这些拱顶已经在一个凸台的帮助下模制成了，该凸台存在于该模具的空腔中，该模具被用于从一个熔融的塑料型坯模制FT。
这些孔口位于柔性紧固接片11上，通过这些孔口形成了这些卡扣铆钉9。

Claims (10)

1.用于将一个辅件紧固在一个空心体中的方法，该空心体通过模制一个熔融的塑料型坯而获得，这种紧固通过在该型坯的实际模制过程中在一个工具的帮助下进行卡口铆接而发生，根据该方法在进行该卡口铆接之前，将该型坯局部变形为使得通过一个拱顶(或凸凹部，当从该储箱的外部看时这是凹形的，并且当从该内部看时这是凸形的)包围该卡口铆接区域，该卡口铆接区域与该辅件的其余部分相比较同样是在凸凹部(空心体)中。
2.根据前一项权利要求所述的方法，其特征在于该型坯是由两个单独的件构成的，这两个单独的件起源于同一个挤出的管状型坯，该管状型坯被沿着直径上相对的两条线经过其整个长度而切割。
3.根据前一权利要求所述的方法，其特征在于该型坯是使用一种模具来模制的，该模具包括多个空腔以及一个内芯，并且在于它包括以下这些步骤：
1)将该型坯引入这些模具空腔中；
2)将该内芯引入该型坯的内部，所述内芯首先已经装配了该辅件及其连接件；
3)关闭该模具，这样使得这些空腔与该内芯形成密封接触；
4)通过经由该内芯吹气和/或在这些空腔后面施加一个真空将该型坯压靠这些空腔上；
5)使用一个附接在该内芯上的装置通过卡扣铆接将该辅件紧固到该型坯上；
6)打开该模具取回该内芯；并且

5.根据以上权利要求中的任一项所述的方法，其中该拱顶具有一个基本上圆形的截面，该拱顶具有2至5cm的直径以及1至15mm的高度。

7.根据以上权利要求中的任一项所述的方法，其特征在于该辅件可以相对于其在该储箱上相对应的紧固点来移动。
8.根据以上权利要求中的任一项所述的方法，其特征在于将该辅件既通过卡扣铆接又通过焊接紧固到该型坯上。
9.根据前一项权利要求所述的方法，其特征在于该焊接凭借一个附接的部件或者包括多个焊接平台的连接件发生。
10.根据前一项权利要求所述的方法，其特征在于这些焊接平台具有一个弯曲双唇的形状。
