Abstract
一种具有多角度旋转托架的数码相框,包括本体及固定在本体后侧的旋转托架。该旋转托架包括固定架、悬臂及固定底座,该L形悬臂的两端分别通过第一转轴和第二转轴与固定架和固定底座的一端转动连接,该固定架相对于悬臂端卡固于本体上,该固定底座用于将数码相框固定于一平面上,使固定在旋转托架上的本体可空间旋转多个角度。本发明的数码相框,通过可沿两个相互垂直的方向的旋转托架,使固定在旋转托架上的显示屏可在空间多角度旋转,满足用户不同观赏角度的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种数码相框,尤指一种具有多角度旋转托架的数码相框。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,数码相框的应用也越来越广泛,使用数码相框可以方便的显示电子图片,并且具有动态性、实时性等优点,现有技术中揭示的数码相框,只能通过支架支撑摆放在桌面上,或通过卡勾固定在墙壁上,无法实现空间自由旋转,限制使用者观赏电子相片的角度。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种数码相框,该数码相框可空间多角度旋转,满足用户从不同方向观看显示内容的需求。
一种数码相框,包括本体、及固定在本体后侧的旋转托架。该旋转托架包括固定架、悬臂及固定底座,该L形悬臂的两端分别通过第一转轴和第二转轴与固定架和固定底座的一端转动连接,该固定架相对于悬臂端卡固于本体上,该固定底座用于将数码相框固定于一平面上,其中,第一转轴和第二转轴的轴向相互垂直,使固定在旋转托架上的本体可空间旋转多个角度。
本发明的数码相框,通过可沿两个相互垂直的方向的旋转托架,使固定在旋转托架上的显示屏可在空间多角度旋转,满足用户不同观赏角度的需求。

具体实施方式
请参考图1-3,本发明数码相框100大致呈长方形状,其主要包括本体10、及固定在本体10后侧的旋转托架20。该旋转托架20的两自由端可沿两个相互垂直的方向转动,该数码相框100的位置可通过旋转托架20作大角度的调整。
所述本体10包括前盖11、显示屏12及后盖13。前盖11与后盖13配合将显示屏12及电路基板(图未示)固定在本体10内。请一并参考图3,本实施方式中,该后盖13侧边缘设置至少两个第一插孔131,用于配合该旋转托架20的锁紧件26,从而将本体10与旋转托架20固定链接。
请参考图4和图5,所述旋转托架20包括固定架21、旋转部22、悬臂23及固定底座25。该悬臂23的两端分别与该固定架21和该固定底座25的一端转动连接,该固定架21另一端卡固于本体10的后盖13上,该固定底座25用于将数码相框100固定于墙壁或天花板等平面上。
所述固定架21边缘设有与该后盖13的第一插孔131对应的第二插孔211,该锁紧件26顺序的穿过第二插孔211及第一插孔131将固定架21与本体10固定连接,本实施方式中,该锁紧件26呈Z型,穿过该第二插孔211及第一插孔131后,滑动该锁紧件26使其一端卡固在后盖13的内壁上,从而将该固定架21与本体10锁定。所述固定架21的中部延伸出一固定柱212,该固定柱212侧壁上形成有多个条形凸起213,用于固定连接旋转部22。
本实施方式中,所述旋转部22一端设置一容纳腔221,容纳腔221用于容纳该固定柱212,其另一端形成有中空的第一转轴222,该第一转轴222的轴线大致与该旋转部22的轴线垂直。所述容纳腔221内壁上形成与固定柱212上的凸起213配合的凹槽,该固定柱212深入该容纳腔221,使凸起213卡固在容纳腔221内壁的凹槽内以防止固定柱212相对容纳腔221转动及滑出该容纳腔221。其他实施方式中,所述旋转部22的容纳腔221可通过螺纹连接方式固定于该固定柱212上。所述悬臂23呈L形,一端设有第一凹槽231,且贯穿该第一凹槽231两侧形成第一通孔,另一端形成有一中空的第二转轴233,其中第一通孔延伸方向与第二转轴233的轴线垂直且不相交。第一转轴222置于第一凹槽231内,通过第一定位销223顺次穿过该第一通孔及第一转轴222的轴孔,将该悬臂23可旋转的固定在第一凹槽231内。所述固定底座25包括底盘251及连接部252。该底盘251通过螺钉等固定组件固定在墙壁或顶棚上,该连接部252沿底盘251中部延伸,该连接部252自由端配合第二转轴233形成第二凹槽253,贯穿该第二凹槽253两侧壁形成通孔,将第二转轴233插接在第二凹槽253内,通过第二定位销234顺次穿过第二凹槽253的通孔及第二转轴233的轴孔,从而将固定底座25与悬臂23沿第二方向可转动的连接。其中,第二方向与第一方向垂直。
本发明的数码相框100,通过可沿两个相互垂直的方向旋转的旋转托架20,使固定在旋转托架20上的显示屏12可在空间多角度旋转,满足用户不同观赏角度的需求。
Claims (6)
1.一种数码相框,包括本体和固定在本体后侧的旋转托架,其特征在于,该旋转托架包括固定架、悬臂及固定底座,该悬臂的两端分别通过第一转轴和第二转轴与固定架和固定底座的一端转动连接,该固定架相对于悬臂端卡固于本体上,该固定底座用于将数码相框固定于一平面上。
2.如权利要求1所述的数码相框,其特征在于:所述本体包括前盖、显示屏及后盖,前盖与后盖配合将显示屏固定在本体内,其中,后盖的侧边缘设有至少两个第一插孔,用于容纳该旋转托架的锁紧件。
3.如权利要求2所述的数码相框,其特征在于:所述固定架边缘设有与该后盖第一插孔对应的第二插孔,该锁紧件呈Z型,顺序的穿过第二插孔及第一插孔将固定架与本体固定连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的数码相框,其特征在于:所述旋转托架还包括一旋转部,该固定架的中部延伸一固定柱,该固定柱侧壁上形成有多个凸起,用于固定连接该旋转部。
5.如权利要求4所述的数码相框,其特征在于:所述旋转部一端设置一容纳腔,另一端形成中空的第一转轴,该容纳腔内壁上设有与固定柱上的凸起配合的凹槽,该固定柱深入该容纳腔,使凸起卡固在凹槽内以防止固定柱相对转动及滑出该容纳腔。
6.如权利要求5所述的数码相框,其特征在于:所述悬臂一端通过第一定位销与中空的第一转轴配合与固定架转动连接,另一端通过第二定位销与中空的第二转轴配合与固定底座转动连接。
