Abstract
一种用户设备接入方法及系统和网络接入设备,该方法包括:接收来自用户设备的第一随机接入信道消息,向所述用户设备发送第二随机接入信道消息,所述第二随机接入信道消息中包含传输时间间隔绑定设置信息;接收用户设备基于所述设置信息指示的模式传输的第三随机接入信道消息。本发明有效地节省了随机接入的时间;并且在UE功率受限的情况下,可以采用TTI绑定模式发送第三RACH消息,提高了UE的随机接入率。
