Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,其包括一灯头、一连接至灯头的灯壳、若干收容在灯壳内的发光二极管及一固定在灯壳上并盖住发光二极管的灯罩,该灯壳与灯头之间以及灯壳与灯罩之间为密封连接。本发明的发光二极管灯具具有良好的防护能力,可使用多种不同场合的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯具,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
作为一种新兴的光源,发光二极管凭借其发光效率高、体积小、重量轻、环保等优点,已被广泛地应用到当前的各个领域当中,大有取代传统光源的趋势。
某些环境较为复杂的场所(例如户外及湿度大或粉尘严重的区域)对于灯具的防护性有一定的规定,要求所使用的灯具具有相应的防尘防水等级,以保证灯具在恶劣的环境下仍可以正常的使用。另外,发光二极管有别于其它光源,其特性决定了它的使用环境要求比传统的光源更为严格。因此,如何提升发光二极管灯具的防护等级,使之能在较为恶劣的环境中使用,乃当前尚待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种可在恶劣条件下使用的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯头、一连接灯头的灯壳、收容于灯壳内的发光二极管模组及一连接灯壳并盖住发光二极管模组的透光灯罩,灯壳与透光灯罩之间以及灯壳与灯头之间均为密封连接,从而形成一容置发光二极管模组的密闭腔室。
与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具在其灯头与灯壳之间以及灯壳与灯罩之间均采用密封连接,可确保收容在灯壳内的发光二极管与外界环境隔绝。因此,本发明的发光二极管灯具防护等级较高,可适应多种恶劣环境的需求。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,示出了本发明的发光二极管灯具。该发光二极管灯具包括一灯头10、一与灯头10连接的灯壳20、一收容于灯壳20内的发光二极管模组30、一盖住发光二极管模组30的透光灯罩40及一将灯罩40固定于灯壳上20的压圈50。
该灯头10包括一灯帽12及一连接至灯帽12顶部的灯颈14。该灯帽12为一标准的E27金属灯帽,其可与现有的通用灯具接口匹配连接,以为发光二极管模组30提供电流。该灯颈14呈一中空的漏斗形,其较小的一端用于插入灯帽12顶部以将灯颈14固定于灯帽12上,其较大的一端向内凸伸有三凸肋140,以供螺杆60锁入。
请一并参阅图34,该灯壳20由金属材料一体成型,其包括一筒体22及若干自筒体22外周面辐射出的鳍片24。该筒体22为中空状,其底部至中部的口径为一恒量,其中部至顶部的口径随着高度的增加而渐增。一隔板26形成于筒体22中部以将筒体22内部分隔为上下两个内腔220、222。该筒体22的底部开设一与下内腔222连通的环形凹槽224(如图3),用于收容一垫圈70。该筒体22的底部的剩余部分抵接于灯颈14的顶面,从而将垫圈70夹置在二者之间,以对灯壳20与灯头10间进行密封。该筒体22在其下腔体222的内周面上分别向内凸伸出连接隔板26底部的三凸块28,这些凸块28与灯颈14的凸肋140相互对齐,以供螺杆60穿过。一驱动模组80收容于筒体22的下内腔222中,用于对灯帽12输入的电流进行调节并将调节后的电流输入给发光二极管模组30。该驱动模组80在其基板(未标号)的周缘开设有与灯颈14的三凸肋140对应的三缺口(未标号)。该隔板26用于承载发光二极管模组30,并同时将发光二极管模组30工作所产生的热量通过筒体22传输到鳍片24上。三螺杆60依次穿过灯壳20的隔板26及三凸块28并最终锁入灯颈14的三凸肋140内,从而将灯壳20固定于灯颈14上。筒体22的顶部开设一与上内腔220隔开的环形凹槽226,用于收容另一垫圈72。这些鳍片24均布于筒体22的外周面上,以将热量快速地散发至空气中。四矩形凸台29自筒体22的外周面水平向外凸出,每一凸台29连接二相邻鳍片24的顶部并与筒体22的顶部齐平。这些凸台29用于给螺丝62提供支撑作用,使其能稳固地穿设在灯壳20上。隔板26还开设有导线穿孔(图未示),以供连接该驱动模组80及发光二极管模组30的导线穿过。
该发光二极管模组30包括一电路板32、若干固定于电路板32上的发光二极管34及若干分别包覆这些发光二极管34并装设于电路板32上的透镜36。该电路板32通过螺丝64锁固于灯壳20的隔板26上,以将整个发光二极管模组30收容于筒体22的上内腔220中。
该灯罩40呈圆形,其由透光材料所制成。该灯罩40的外径大于凹槽226的外径并小于灯壳20的外径。灯罩40被压圈50抵压在灯壳20顶部而与筒体22共同挤压另一垫圈72,由此,灯罩40与灯壳20之间亦被密封起来,以将灯壳20上内腔220与外界环境隔绝。
该压圈50由二内外同心环52、56及四连接该二同心环52、56的凸起54所构成。外同心环56的高度与凸起54的高度相等并大于内同心环52的高度。该四凸起54分别与灯壳20的四凸台29对齐,其用于供穿过灯壳20凸台29的螺丝62锁入,从而将压圈50固定在灯壳20顶部。该内同心环52通过一缓冲垫90抵压灯罩40的周缘,以将灯罩40固定于压圈50及灯壳20之间。该缓冲垫90呈环形,其用于对灯罩40起一缓冲作用,以防止压圈50的压力过大而造成灯罩40损坏。
由于本发明的灯具在与形成上下内腔220、222有直接关联的各个分离的部件之间(即灯壳20与灯罩40之间以及灯壳20与灯头10之间)都设有垫圈70、72,收容于灯壳20中的发光二极管模组30可被很好地与外界隔绝开,从而有效防止外界的水汽或者粉尘进入灯具内。因此,本发明的发光二极管灯具的防护等级较高,可适应多种恶劣环境的特殊需求。
此外,由于采用了标准灯帽12,本发明的发光二极管灯具可与目前通用的灯具接口连接,应用范围较广。
并且,由于驱动模组80被隔设于下内腔222中,其工作时产生的热量可被隔板26所阻挡而不会直接散发至上内腔220中以致于影响发光二极管模组30的工作温度,因此,通过将发光二极管模组30与驱动模组80分隔设置,可有效地避免驱动模组80散发的热量对发光二极管模组30的干扰,以确保发光二极管模组30的正常运作。

Claims (12)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:包括一灯头、一连接灯头的灯壳、收容于灯壳内的发光二极管模组及一连接灯壳并盖住发光二极管模组的透光灯罩,灯壳与透光灯罩之间以及灯壳与灯头之间均为密封连接,从而形成一容置发光二极管模组的密闭腔室。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:灯壳与灯罩之间以及灯壳与灯头之间均设有垫圈。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:灯壳包括一筒体及若干自筒体外周面延伸的鳍片。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该筒体设有一将其内部分隔为上下内腔的隔板,发光二极管收容于上内腔中,一驱动模组收容于筒体的下内腔中。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:上内腔的口径自下至上逐渐增大,下内腔的口径自下至上保持恒定。
6.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:筒体的顶部及底部分别开设二凹槽,二垫圈分别收容于二凹槽内。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:开设于筒体顶部的凹槽与上内腔隔开,开设于筒体底部的凹槽与下内腔连通。
8.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其还包括一固定至灯壳并抵压灯罩的压圈,其特征在于:该压圈与灯罩之间设有一缓冲垫。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:灯壳还包括若干形成于筒体顶部的凸台,每一凸台连接二相邻的鳍片。
10.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该压圈包括一内环、一外环及若干连接内环及外环的凸起,若干固定件穿过灯壳的相应凸台而锁入这些凸起中。
11.如权利要求1或2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该灯头包括一灯帽及连接灯帽的灯颈,该灯帽为一可与通用灯具接口匹配的标准灯帽。
12.如权利要求11所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:灯颈具有若干向内凸伸的凸肋,若干固定件穿过灯壳而锁入这些凸肋中。
