一种包装缓冲复合材料，其包括外层面纸、底层面纸、夹芯纸Ⅰ、夹芯纸Ⅱ、瓦楞纸芯、蜂窝纸芯，还设有木塑发泡材料层，所述木塑发泡材料层位于外层面纸和夹芯纸Ⅰ之间，夹芯纸Ⅰ和夹芯纸Ⅱ之间为蜂窝纸芯，底层面纸和夹芯纸Ⅱ之间为瓦楞纸芯；木塑发泡材料层、瓦楞纸芯和蜂窝纸芯高度相同。本发明兼有瓦楞纸板、蜂窝纸板和木塑发泡材料的优点,具有对环境污染少、强度高、抗压性能好、缓冲性能好、防潮保温等优点。可用作工业品的防震内衬，电子产品、家具的运输包装，还可用于潮湿环境产品（如水产品）的包装运输，高级商品内装物的包装。

Description

一种包装缓冲复合材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装材料，尤其是涉及一种包装缓冲复合材料。
背景技术
目前，常用的包装缓冲材料有泡沫塑料、瓦楞纸板、蜂窝纸板等。
泡沫塑料包装材料在包装材料中占据很大比重，品种主要有EPS、EPE、EVA、EPP等发泡塑料和气垫塑料薄膜。这些材料缓冲性能好，防水防潮，价格低廉，但它们不能降解，对环境造成严重“白色污染”。
瓦楞纸板具有强度高、缓冲性能好、加工性良好、成本低、没有包装公害、取材便利、生产工艺成熟等优点。但也存在一些缺点，如表面较硬，柔软性差，回弹性差，难形成三维曲面，耐潮湿性能差；过载复原性较差，在包装高级商品时不能直接接触内装物的表面，使内装物与缓冲纸板之间出现相对移动而损坏内装物表面等。
蜂窝纸板是把无数个空心立体六角形，用胶接方法连接成一个整体受力件，所以蜂窝纸板抗压性能好；蜂窝纸板的蜂窝结构增加了可压缩性，使其具有良好的缓冲性能，蜂窝芯越厚，吸收冲击能量越大，缓冲性能越好；但蜂窝纸板存在对某些产品表面产生磨损，湿度影响大，过载复原性差，加工较难，不好模切，垂直方向缓冲性能差，比瓦楞纸板贵等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有塑料发泡包装缓冲材料、瓦楞纸板、蜂窝纸板存在的缺点，提供一种兼有塑料发泡包装材料、瓦楞纸板、蜂窝纸板优点，强度高、抗压性能好、缓冲性能好、防潮保温性能好的包装缓冲复合材料。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：其包括外层面纸、底层面纸、夹芯纸Ⅰ、夹芯纸Ⅱ、瓦楞纸芯、蜂窝纸芯，还设有木塑发泡材料层，所述木塑发泡材料层位于外层面纸和夹芯纸Ⅰ之间，夹芯纸Ⅰ和夹芯纸Ⅱ之间为蜂窝纸芯，底层面纸和夹芯纸Ⅱ之间为瓦楞纸芯；木塑发泡材料层、瓦楞纸芯和蜂窝纸芯高度相同。
所述瓦楞纸芯的形状可以是GB/T 6544-2008标准规定的V、U或UV楞型，瓦楞纸芯界面结构可以是GB/T 6544-2008标准规定的A、B、C、E、F、G、N或O楞型。
所述蜂窝纸芯形状可为正六边形或菱形。
木塑发泡材料(WPC)是将有机纤维素填料如木材、糠壳、竹屑、豆类、亚麻、稻秆、玉淀粉和坚果硬壳等以粉状、纤维状和刨花等形态作为增强物或填料加入到热塑性或热固性塑料中进行复合得到的功能材料，又称环保木、防水木等。由于WPC产品中95%以上可以使用再生材料，因此，在国外，WPC更多地被称之为再生塑木(Recyded Plastic Lumber，简称RPL)。所选用塑料可以是新料，也可以是回收塑料，添加的植物纤维资源丰富，价格低廉，可回收利用，可降解处理，而且又具有密度低、有弹性、在加工过程中对设备磨损小等特点。其性能兼有塑料与木材的优点，具有密度低、耐腐蚀、耐吸水性、耐候性、防潮、防晒、硬度高等特点。
本发明所用木塑发泡材料可以但不限于是聚乙烯（PE）、聚丙烯（PP）、聚苯乙烯（PS）、聚氯乙烯（PVC）等木塑发泡材料，泡孔结构宜为闭孔，孔径宜为0.5~5mm。
所述面纸可采用牛皮纸，瓦楞纸芯、蜂窝纸芯及夹芯纸可采用瓦楞原纸。
所用胶黏剂可为传统瓦楞纸板用的淀粉胶，可以用辊筒涂胶。
本发明之包装缓冲复合材料，由于瓦楞纸芯、蜂窝纸芯和木塑发泡材料层都可降解或回收再利用，对环境污染少。木塑发泡材料层中分布的无数个小气泡，可以抵抗外来的强大冲击，而且恢复性强。同时，木塑发泡材料层耐吸水性和防潮，可以克服瓦楞纸板和蜂窝纸板耐潮湿性差的缺点，拓展该材料的运用范围。瓦楞纸板的强度高、缓冲性能好；蜂窝纸板的抗压性能好。因此，本发明兼有兼有塑料发泡包装材料、瓦楞纸板、蜂窝纸板的优点，而在很大程度上克服了它们的缺点。
本发明之包装缓冲复合材料可用作工业品的防震内衬，电子产品、家具的运输包装，还可用于潮湿环境产品（如水产品）的包装运输，高级商品内装物的包装。

参照图1，本实施例包括外层面纸1、底层面纸7、夹芯纸Ⅰ3、夹芯纸Ⅱ5、蜂窝纸芯4、瓦楞纸芯6，还设有木塑发泡材料层2，所述木塑发泡材料层2位于外层面纸1和夹芯纸Ⅰ3之间，夹芯纸Ⅰ3和夹芯纸Ⅱ5之间为蜂窝纸芯4，底层面纸7和夹芯纸Ⅱ5之间为瓦楞纸芯6；木塑发泡材料层2、蜂窝纸芯4和瓦楞纸芯高度相同。
木塑发泡材料层2，是PE、PP、PVC或PS木塑发泡材料，泡孔结构为闭孔，孔径0.5~5mm。
瓦楞纸芯6形状是GB/T 6544-2008标准规定的V、U或UV楞型，瓦楞纸芯6界面结构是GB/T 6544-2008标准规定的A、B、C、E、F 、G 、N 或O 楞型。
蜂窝纸芯4形状为正六边形。
外层面纸1和底层面纸7采用牛皮纸，瓦楞纸芯6、蜂窝纸芯4、夹芯纸Ⅰ3和夹芯纸Ⅱ5采用瓦楞原纸。

1. 一种包装缓冲复合材料，包括外层面纸、底层面纸、夹芯纸Ⅰ、夹芯纸Ⅱ、瓦楞纸芯、蜂窝纸芯，其特征在于，还设有木塑发泡材料层，所述木塑发泡材料层位于外层面纸和夹芯纸Ⅰ之间，夹芯纸Ⅰ和夹芯纸Ⅱ之间为蜂窝纸芯，底层面纸和夹芯纸Ⅱ之间为瓦楞纸芯；木塑发泡材料层、瓦楞纸芯和蜂窝纸芯高度相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装缓冲复合材料，其特征在于，瓦楞纸芯的形状是GB/T 6544-2008标准规定的V、U或UV楞型，瓦楞纸芯界面结构可以是GB/T 6544-2008标准规定的A、B、C、E、F、G、N或O楞型。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的包装缓冲复合材料，其特征在于，所述蜂窝纸芯形状为正六边形或菱形。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的包装缓冲复合材料，其特征在于，所述木塑发泡材料是聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯或聚氯乙烯木塑发泡材料，泡孔结构宜为闭孔，孔径宜为0.5~5mm。
