本发明涉及一种能够改善睡眠效果，提高睡眠质量，安心养神的药枕。
背景技术
随着人们生活节奏的逐渐加快，生活压力也越来越大，从而导致人们睡眠质量差，并且很多人都患轻微或者严重的失眠，严重的影响了日常的生活及工作的质量；在无数的失眠患者中，很多人选择药物治疗，吃西药或者中药，西药对身体的损害度远远高于中药，但是对于中药，人们在服用前需要经过繁琐的熬制过程，很不方便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是要克服西药的效果不明显及对人体的副作用，根据中医内病外治的原理，利用中医香薰理疗理论，采用药物缓释技术，通过药物经皮肤渗透和通过呼吸道吸入作用于机体产生的功效，提供一种有效的治疗失眠症，改善睡眠效果，提高睡眠质量，安心养神，对祛斑和刺激头皮生长新发有一定效果的药枕，该药枕非内服药，不用煎煮熬制，方便简单。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明是按如下方式实现的：本发明所述一种改善睡眠的药枕其主要制作方法就是精确按照配方将中草药经过炮制烘焙后，完全精细粉碎装入丝绸包裹里面制作成药包，因为丝绸面料可以让中药粉末更好的散发出来容易被人体接触和被呼吸道吸收；然后将药包放入各种市场容易接受的枕头中就完成了功能性药枕的制作。
本发明所包括的药物的组成成分为：

本发明制备方法如下：
1、对中药进行产地的筛选和比较后采购；
2、采购的药材进行再次精选炮制；
3、药材进行烘焙处理；
4、所有药材按配方计量进行粉碎后混合；
5、分装在丝绸包装袋中。
本发明的积极效果：本发明所述一种改善睡眠的药枕主要疗效是改善睡眠效果，提高睡眠质量，特别是针对35至50岁人群在使用后一般在三到五天能有特别明显效果。此外还有安心养神，对祛斑和刺激头皮生长新发也有一定效果。
