Abstract

本发明公开一种液晶显示装置,其包括一前壳、一后壳、一液晶显示模组。该液晶显示模组包括液晶面板与背光模组。该后壳包括一底板及一与该底板一体成型且垂直相连的侧壁结构,该侧壁结构与该底板界定一具有开口的空间,该空间收容该液晶面板与该背光模组,该侧壁结构向该空间内延伸一延伸部,该延伸部支撑该液晶面板的边缘,该背光模组直接位于该底板上,该前壳与该后壳共同收容该液晶显示模组。该液晶显示装置元件数量较少,减少了原料与制造成本,减少了产品重量,缩小了产品薄度与体积。

液晶显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液晶显示装置。
背景技术
近年来,液晶显示装置因体积轻薄、占用空间小、辐射小等优点,逐渐占据了显示产品的主流,而普遍应用于超薄型电视的显示器,笔记本电脑的显示屏幕等等。液晶显示装置通常包括一液晶显示模组与收容该液晶显示模组的前后壳体。该前后壳体内部起到保护液晶显示模组,外部增加产品美感的装饰作用。
请参阅图1,是一种现有技术液晶显示装置的立体分解图。液晶显示装置1包括一前壳3、一后壳5和一液晶显示模组7。该前壳3与该后壳5收容该液晶显示模组7。
该液晶显示模组7包括一前铁框11、一液晶面板12、一胶框13、层叠设置的光学膜片15、导光板16、反射片17、设置在导光板侧面的光源14和一后铁框19。该胶框13的侧壁向内延伸一中空的延伸部103,该延伸部103将该胶框13内部间隔出两个空间,一空间收容该液晶面板12,另一空间收容该层叠设置的光学膜片15、导光板16、反射片17及设置在导光板16侧面的光源14,该后铁框19与该胶框13卡合共同收容该光学膜片15、导光板16、反射片17及光源14。该前铁框11与该胶框13卡合共同收容该液晶面板12。该前壳3与该后壳5共同收容该液晶显示模组7。
由上述可见,液晶显示装置1使用了较多收容与固持元件,如胶框13和后铁框19导致液晶显示装置1厚度较厚,不能满足近年来广大消费者对电子类产品的轻薄化需求,液晶显示装置的轻薄化发展趋势也迫在眉睫。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术液晶显示装置厚度较厚不能满足消费者对产品更轻薄化需求的技术问题,有必要提供一种轻薄化的液晶显示装置。
一种液晶显示装置,其包括一前壳、一后壳、一液晶显示模组。该液晶显示模组包括液晶面板与背光模组。该后壳包括一底板及一与该底板一体成型且垂直相连的侧壁结构,该侧壁结构与该底板界定一具有开口的空间,该空间收容该液晶面板与该背光模组,该侧壁结构向该空间内延伸一延伸部,该延伸部支撑该液晶面板的边缘,该背光模组直接位于该底板上,该前壳与该后壳共同收容该液晶显示模组。
与现有技术相比,该液晶显示装置利用在后壳的底板上设置侧壁结构和延伸部来取代后铁框和胶框,在保证原有功能不变的情况下,有效的减少了液晶显示装置的元件数量,减少了原料与制造成本,减少了产品重量,缩小了产品薄度与体积。

具体实施方式
请参阅图2,是本发明液晶显示装置第一实施方式的立体分解图。该液晶显示装置2包括一前壳40、一后壳80及一液晶显示模组20。该前壳40与该后壳80卡合或者螺丝锁固后形成一收容空间(未标示)收容该液晶显示模组20。
该后壳80包括一底板84、一与该底板84垂直相接的侧壁结构(未标示),该侧壁结构由首尾相连的四侧壁82组成。该封闭的四侧壁82与该底板84配合围成一大体呈矩形的具有一开口的空间(未标示)。该空间的体积与该液晶显示模组20的体积基本相同。该侧壁82在距底板84一定距离的位置向该半封闭的空间里延伸一延伸部83。该延伸部83垂直该侧壁82且呈“回”形。如果液晶显示装置2的尺寸较大,则该底板84可以为金属件,该侧壁82的材料可以为塑料,并且该侧壁82与该底板84可以采用模内成型技术成为一体结构。如果液晶显示装置2的尺寸较小,该底板84与该侧壁82均可以为塑料件。
该液晶显示模组20包括一遮光胶带29、一液晶面板21及一背光模组23。该背光模组23包括多片光学膜片24、一导光板26、一条形灯管25及一反射片27。该导光板26与反射片27的厚度与该延伸部83到该底板84的距离基本相同。该光学膜片24的厚度略小于该延伸部83的厚度。该导光板26包括一入光面261,一与该入光面261相邻的出光面263,及一与该出光面263相对的底面265。
请一并参阅图3与图4,图3是图2所示液晶显示装置2的部分组装图,图4是图3沿IV IV的截面示意图。施加外力使该四侧壁82弹性形变,该空间稍有增大,因此,即使有延伸部83的阻挡,该反射片27、导光板26、条形灯管25仍可组装入该延伸部83内侧。该反射片27设置在该底板84上,该导光板26的底面263邻近该反射片27设置,条形灯管设置在该导光板26的入光面261一侧,该光学膜片24设置在该导光板26的出光面263一侧,且该光学膜片24的边缘抵触该延伸部83的边缘,该液晶面板21设置在该延伸部83外侧,其由延伸部83支撑其底部边缘,该遮光胶带29贴附该侧壁82顶部与该液晶面板21的边缘,进而固定该液晶面板21。该前壳40与该后壳80共同收容并固定该液晶显示模组20,该遮光胶带29与该前壳40相邻。
相较于现有技术,本发明省略了前铁框利用遮光胶带代替来固定液晶面板,利用在后壳上设置侧壁结构来取代后铁框和胶框,在保证原有功能不变的情况下,有效的减少了液晶显示装置的元件数量,减少了原料与制造成本,减少了产品重量,缩小了产品薄度与体积。
请参阅图5,是本发明液晶显示装置第二实施方式的立体分解图。本发明第二实施例与第一实施例基本相同,其不同在于:液晶显示装置3的导光板36的一侧面具有多个凸出的第一卡角367、光学膜片34的一侧面具有多个凸出的第二卡角347,后壳380的延伸部383具有与导光板36第一卡角367及光学膜片34第二卡角347相对应的多个缺口387,组装时,该多个缺口387可让该导光板36的多个第一卡角367通过,使该导光板36进入,同时该多个缺口387收容该光学膜片34的第二卡角347,利用卡角的收容关系定位该光学膜片34,又可防止导光板36组装错误。
本发明更有其他实施方式,如在半封闭的侧壁与该底板内侧设置反射层,进而省略反射片,侧壁向空间内延伸一底台,底台顶部支撑液晶面板,底台底部与底板内侧相连,此时,空间略小,导光板体积也随之略小,则该导光板的厚度与该延伸部到该底板的距离基本相同。底台具有一方形缺孔,缺孔大小与导光板第一卡角及光学膜片第二卡角相对应。组装时,该侧壁不用形变即可收容导光板,该缺孔收容该导光板第一卡角及光学膜片第二卡角。再如,延伸部可以为在侧壁中部延伸的二个延伸条,该二个延伸条的位置可以相对设置也可以连邻设置。延伸部可以为在侧壁中部延伸的三个呈“ㄇ”形的延伸条。另外,四侧壁可以不首尾相互连接。液晶面板可以为强化玻璃,增加强度,防止由于没有前铁框而造成的破损。

Claims (10)

1.一种液晶显示装置,其包括一前壳、一后壳、一液晶显示模组;该液晶显示模组包括液晶面板与背光模组;其特征在于:该后壳包括一底板及一与该底板一体成型且垂直相连的侧壁结构,该侧壁结构与该底板界定一具有开口的空间,该空间收容该液晶面板与该背光模组,该侧壁结构向该空间内延伸一延伸部,该延伸部支撑该液晶面板的边缘,该背光模组直接位于该底板上,该前壳与该后壳共同收容该液晶显示模组。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:该延伸部垂直该侧壁延伸,该背光模组包括多片光学膜片、一导光板、一光源及一反射片,该导光板与该反射片的厚度与该延伸部到该底板的距离基本相同。
3.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:在半封闭的侧壁与该底板内侧设置反射层。
4.如权利要求3所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:该背光模组包括多片光学膜片及一导光板,该导光板的厚度与该延伸部到该底板的距离基本相同。
5.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:该导光板具有一第一卡角,该光学膜片具有第二卡角,该侧壁向该空间内延伸一底台,该底台顶部支撑该液晶面板,底台底部与底板内侧相连,底台具有一方形缺孔,缺孔收容导光板第一卡角及光学膜片第二卡角。
6.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:该底板为金属件,该侧壁为塑料件。
7.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:该侧壁结构包括四侧壁,该四侧壁可以为首尾相连与首尾不相连结构中其中的一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:该液晶显示装置进一步包括一遮光胶带,其贴附该侧壁顶部与该液晶面板的边缘,该遮光胶带与该前壳相邻。
9.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:该延伸部可以为由该侧壁延伸出的二个、三个、四个中的一种。
10.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于:光学膜片侧面具有多个凸出的卡角,后壳的延伸部具有与光学膜片第三卡角相对应的多个缺口,用以收容该光学膜片的多个第三卡角。
