Abstract
本发明涉及一种电池引脚保护结构,其应用于便携式电子装置的电池上,该电池的一端设置引脚端子,所述电池引脚保护结构包括一装配部和一滑板,所述装配部设于电池的引脚端子一侧,所述滑板容置在装配部内并滑动地遮蔽引脚端子。该电池引脚保护结构有效地保护了电池的引脚端子免受氧化、刮伤等危害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护结构,尤其涉及一种电池引脚保护结构。
背景技术
随着无线通信与信息处理技术的发展,移动电话、个人数位助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等各类电子装置竞相涌现,令消费者可随时随地充分享受高科技带来的种种便利。同时,人们对便携式电子装置的性能要求也日益增加,其中电池质量是衡量便携式电子装置性能的重要指标之一。
然而,在便携式电子装置的电池生产、运输及更换使用的过程中,电池的输出引脚经常暴露于外界环境中,容易受到外界空气、水气等腐蚀,从而引起电池引脚氧化、刮伤或短路等。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种能保护电池引脚的电池引脚保护结构。
一种电池引脚保护结构,其应用于便携式电子装置的电池上,该电池的一端设置引脚端子,所述电池引脚保护结构包括一装配部和一滑板,所述装配部设于电池的引脚端子一侧,所述滑板容置在装配部内并滑动地遮蔽引脚端子。
相较于现有技术,该电池引脚保护结构通过在引脚端子的一侧设置一装配部以及滑动容置在装配部内的滑板,使得滑板可遮蔽引脚端子,从而有效地保护了电池的引脚端子免受氧化、刮伤等危害。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,所述电池引脚保护结构100可应用于移动电话、个人数位助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等电子装置(图未示)上,以用于保护所述电子装置上的电池10引脚端子免受刮伤、氧化等危害。本发明较佳实施例的电池引脚保护结构100包括一装配部11和一滑板30,该装配部11设置在电池10上。
电池10为所述电子装置的供电装置。该电池10包括一塑胶外壳12,该塑胶外壳包括一侧面14,侧面14上开设有一凹槽16,该凹槽16的底壁上设置三个引脚端子162,该三个引脚端子162可分别承担电池10负极、温度检测极和正极的作用。
装配部11设置在该电池10的侧面14上,并相邻该凹槽16。该装配部11开设一矩形的开口18及一位于该开口18下面的矩形容置槽188,该容置槽188的宽度大于该开口18的宽度,从而在该开口18两侧分别形成一止挡壁1882。该开口18的一端与该容置槽188的一端相对齐,该开口18的另一端设有一连接部1884。该容置槽188贯通该连接部1884,从而形成一开口端186。
滑板30用以遮蔽引脚端子162,该滑板30包括一体成型的一主体部32及一操作部34。该主体部32为一宽度与开口18宽度大致相当的长方形薄板,其可穿过开口18滑动地容置在容置槽188内,并通过开口端186部分滑入凹槽16内。该主体部32一端的两侧对称地凸设有一圆柱体形的凸柱326,该凸柱326可容置在该止挡壁1882及容置槽188的底壁之间,以防止主体部32从开口18脱出。操作部34凸设于主体部32设有凸柱326的一端上,以便操作者推动该滑板30,此外,该操作部34也可防止滑板30脱离容置槽188。
请参阅图3和图4,当需要保护电池10的引脚端子162时,推动操作部34,使主体部32朝凹槽16的方向滑动,继而使主体部32的一端穿过开口端186并伸入凹槽16内。继续推动操作部34使主体部32遮蔽部分或全部引脚端子162。当滑板30遮蔽全部引脚端子162时,操作部34将抵持于连接部1884。显然,在滑板30滑动过程中,受止挡壁1882及连接部1884的限制,滑板30不会脱离容置槽188。
可以理解,本发明的在开口端186相对的两内侧可分别凸设一卡块,该卡块用于限制凸柱326,此时操作部34可为一形成于主体部32上的凹陷。
可以理解,本发明所述的滑板30部不局限于实施例所述的结构,也可在主体部32相对的两侧开设一滑轨,对应地在装配部11的底壁上开设滑槽以容置所述滑轨。
Claims (7)
1.一种电池引脚保护结构,其应用于便携式电子装置的电池上,该电池的一端设置引脚端子,其特征在于:所述电池引脚保护结构包括一装配部和一滑板,所述装配部设于电池的引脚端子一侧,所述滑板容置在装配部内并滑动地遮蔽引脚端子。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池引脚保护结构,其特征在于:所述装配部开设一开口及一位于该开口下面的容置槽,所述滑板通过该开口滑动地容置在容置槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的电池引脚保护结构,其特征在于:所述电池一端设有一凹槽,所述引脚端子设置于凹槽的底壁上。
4.如权利要求3所述的电池引脚保护结构,其特征在于:所述开口的一端设有一连接部,所述容置槽贯通该连接部,从而形成一开口端,以使所述滑板通过该开口端滑入凹槽。
5.如权利要求2所述的电池引脚保护结构,其特征在于:所述装配部包括位于开口两侧的二止挡壁,所述滑板相对的两侧凸设有一凸柱,所述凸柱被止挡壁限定。
6.如权利要求5所述的电池引脚保护结构,其特征在于:所述滑板包括一主体部及一操作部,所述主体部容置在所述容置槽内,所述操作部凸设于主体部的一端。
7.如权利要求6所述的电池引脚保护结构,其特征在于:所述凸柱凸设于主体部相对的两侧。
