Abstract
本发明提供了一种常温脱脂剂,是按重量百分比在一容器内被制成水溶液,其中辛基聚氧乙烯醚14.23%~15.02%,聚乙烯醇400 4.22%~4.4%,十八烷基二甲基氧化铵6.4%~6.51%,不饱和脂肪酸2.83%~2.9%,2-乙基己醇 0.66%~0.79%,三乙醇胺5.33%~5.47%,2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇0.16%~0.21%,其余余量为水。其优点是:1.8℃以上不需要加热,不需要其它辅助设备易于操作,利于环保;不存在设备维修,两种脱脂剂消耗量一样,改用本发明常温脱脂剂一年可节约近20万元。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属表面脱油脂的化学领域,具体是一种常温脱脂剂。
背景技术
机械零部件的表面需要油漆喷涂才能够使之成为一件合格的产品,尤其是汽车的车身,喷涂后才能够使得车身有不同的颜色得以区别;一直以来都是使用普通型的脱脂剂对金属表面脱去油脂,但是普通型的脱脂剂存在几大缺点:A.需要加温,消耗能源,污染环境,比如2个脱脂槽加热功率共140kw,加热时间一天按4h算,140kw×4h=560kw.h,560kw.h×1.00元/天=560元/天,560元/天×300天=168000元/年,再者加热后的有毒气体会对人体造成伤害,废液还会污染环境;B.增加设备投入;C.增加维修工作量;加热40-60℃,能源消耗;脱脂槽液温度低了,脱脂不干净,技术部要得到控制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了减少能源浪费和不污染环境,特提出一种常温脱脂剂。

有益效果:
本发明常温脱脂剂的优点是:1.8℃以上不需要加热,不需要其它辅助设备易于操作,利于环保;2.不存在设备维修。两种脱脂剂消耗量一样,改用本发明常温脱脂剂一年可节约近20万元。
具体实施方式
本发明制备方法如下:
第一步:按上述重量百分比称取原料。
第二步:在常温下直接在容器内用水搅拌均匀即可。
