技术领域
本发明总体上涉及真空调节器。更具体地,本发明针对与医用抽吸和吸出装置一起使用的真空调节器。
背景技术
医用抽吸和吸出装置用于在医疗过程或紧急情况期间去除体液。这些抽吸和吸出装置通常需要调节施加到患者的真空水平。期望的是允许操作者在医疗过程期间控制施加到抽吸工具的真空。本发明提供一种具有多个真空调整范围的真空调节器。每个真空调整范围包括在所选择的真空调整范围的界限内的调整能力。
发明内容
本发明是具有歧管的真空调节器,所述歧管包括入口、真空源连接部和放气孔。调节器茎杆具有计量末端、茎杆主体和调整杆。计量末端选择性地抵靠放气孔定位。真空调整器具有共轴地布置在调节器茎杆的一部分上的调整圈和弹性元件。调整旋钮接合调整杆,以与其共同旋转运动。

具体实施方式
现在参照附图,图1中示出了具有壳体12的抽吸装置10。壳体12大致是完整壳体结构的一半,而另一个壳体部分(未示出)通常是壳体12的互补结构或镜像。将两个半壳体组合来定向和封装抽吸装置10的各种部件。如果期望的话,壳体12可以形成为整体或者由多个部分形成。壳体12提供真空调节器13的相对定位和固定,其中所述真空调节器13包括整体由16指示的真空歧管和整体由18指示的真空范围控制器。壳体还可以定位和固定整体由14指示的抽吸泵。
参照图1和2,真空歧管16包括第一入口20和第二入口22。第一入口20和第二入口22通过具有抽吸泵14、真空监测口26和放气孔(bleed orifice)28的歧管调节器管24连通。在本发明的实施例中,第一入口和第二入口中的任一个是起作用的,而另一个入口闭合。
如图2所示,真空泵入口30在抽吸泵14和第一入口20以及第二入口22中的一个之间提供负压连通。通过真空调节器13来调整和控制例如由入口20吸入的负压强度。进气孔32通过进气阀34与入口30相联,用于选择性的流体连通。进气孔32可以是单个孔或多个孔。进气阀34示出为具有簧片式(reed-type)阀构造,但是可以使用能够从闭合位置到打开位置进行操作以允许抽吸泵14和入口30之间的一般单向流体连通的任何阀结构。

仍旧参照图2和3,真空范围控制器18还包括真空调整器60,所述真空调整器60包括弹性元件68和具有第一螺旋部64和第二螺旋部66的调整圈62。茎杆主体56的外轮廓与通过调整圈62形成的对应形状的孔接合。调整圈62由茎杆主体56支撑,以与其进行相对线性运动和共同转动。第一螺旋部64限定第一真空调整范围,而第二螺旋部限定第二真空调整范围。第一真空调整范围和第二真空调整范围的其中一个调整范围大于另一个调整范围。弹性元件68示出为共轴地布置在茎杆主体56上,但是也可以使用其它方位。弹性元件68提供作用在调整圈62和弹性元件止挡70之间的偏置力。弹性元件止挡70定位在调节器茎杆50的茎杆主体56和调整杆58之间。根据用于抽吸装置10的真空操作的期望范围,第一螺旋部64和第二螺旋部66中所选择的一个抵靠螺旋座72定位,以提供与其相关的真空调整范围。
包括壳体12、真空歧管16和真空范围控制器18的抽吸装置10可以由适于这种装置的任何材料制成。这些材料可以是塑料,诸如聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚醚醚酮(polyetheretherketone,PEEK)、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯或其它合适的塑料材料。可替代地,一些或所有部件可以由金属(诸如铝、不锈钢、黄铜、铜或这些金属与各种其它合金成分结合的的烧结合金)制成。
在操作中,调节器13通过让处于大于真空源负压的正压的流体(诸如处于大气压的空气)通过放气孔28进入而维持歧管16中的真空水平。真空监测口26可以连接至压力传感器(未示出)、控制器(未示出)、印刷电路板(未示出)或其它的显示、控制或监测装置。监测口26提供用于监测、控制该装置的操作情形或以其它方式向使用者报警该装置的操作情形的负压信号。真空范围控制器18的弹性元件68产生使计量末端52从与放气孔28的接合运动所需的阀值力。调整旋钮74接合调整杆58,以与其共同旋转运动,并且使得调整旋钮74接合调整杆58之间具有相对的滑动线性运动。
参照图3,随着调整旋钮74旋转,例如沿箭头方向所示的顺时针方向旋转,调整杆58、茎杆主体56、计量末端52和调整圈62随着调整旋钮74一起旋转。所选择的螺旋部,诸如通过弹性元件68的偏置力而抵靠螺旋座72定位的第二螺旋部66,随着调整旋钮74的旋转而相对于螺旋座72运动。由于第二螺旋部66抵靠螺旋座72运动,因此调整圈62朝向弹性元件止挡70线性地位移,从而压缩容纳在它们之间的弹性元件68。由于弹性元件68在调整圈62和止挡70之间被压缩,因此计量末端52在放气孔28上施加更大的力,从而增大阻止末端52从孔28脱开的力。
由此,计量末端52的这个更大的脱开力需要更强的真空反应力来克服保持放气孔28被阻塞的偏置力。一旦在歧管调节器管24中产生充足的真空水平来克服偏置力,则计量末端52从放气孔28离开,并且空气被吸入到歧管调节器管24中。而且,响应真空水平,调整杆58还可以相对于调整旋钮74自由地轴向运动。以大气压进入的空气减轻由抽吸泵14在第一入口20和第二入口22中所选的一个处产生的负压。
虽然已经参照具体实施例对本发明进行了描述,但是应当理解的是,在不脱离本发明的实质范围的情况下,可以进行各种变化以及用等价物替代其元件。另外,在不脱离本发明的实质范围的情况下,可以进行多种改变以使具体情形或材料适应本发明的教导。因此,本发明并非意在于局限于具体实施例,而是本发明应当包括落入权利要求范围内的所有实施例。

Claims (14)

1.一种真空调节器,所述真空调节器包括:
歧管,所述歧管具有入口、真空源连接部和放气孔;
调节器茎杆,所述调节器茎杆具有计量末端、茎杆主体和调整杆,所述计量末端选择性地抵靠所述放气孔定位;
真空调整器,所述真空调整器具有调整圈和弹性元件,所述真空调整器共轴地布置在所述调节器茎杆的一部分上;以及
调整旋钮,所述调整旋钮与所述调整杆接合,以与所述调整杆共同旋转运动。
2.如权利要求1所述的真空调节器,其中,所述放气孔与大气压力源流体连通。
3.如权利要求1所述的真空调节器,其中,所述计量末端布置在所述歧管内。
4.如权利要求1所述的真空调节器,其中,所述歧管具有多个真空源连接部。
5.如权利要求2所述的真空调节器,其中,所述计量末端抵靠所述放气孔的一部分定位,并相对于所述放气孔运动,以响应所述真空调整器而改变流过所述放气孔的流体流量。
6.如权利要求4所述的真空调节器,其中,响应由真空产生的力,所述计量末端相对于所述放气孔运动,其中所述由真空产生的力反作用于由所述弹性元件产生的力。
7.如权利要求2所述的真空调节器,其中,所述调整圈包括限定第一真空调整范围的第一螺旋部和限定第二真空调整范围的第二螺旋部。
8.如权利要求7所述的真空调节器,其中,所述第一螺旋部提供的调整范围比所述第二螺旋部提供的调整范围大。
9.如权利要求1所述的真空调节器,其中,所述调整圈与所述茎杆主体共同旋转。
10.如权利要求8所述的真空调节器,其中,所述调整圈相对于所述茎杆主体轴向运动。
11.如权利要求1所述的真空调节器,其中,通过所述调整圈沿着所述茎杆主体的相对运动而压缩和展开所述弹性元件。
12.如权利要求1所述的真空调节器,其中,所述弹性元件是螺旋弹簧。
13.如权利要求1所述的真空调节器,其中,所述弹性元件共轴地布置在所述调节器茎杆的一部分上。
