本发明提供了增压器连接板的焊接夹具,涉及增压器的制造领域,其定位方便、准确度高,焊接的角度稳定,确保后续的装配。包括底板、连接板、销轴、限位块,其特征在于:所述底板的径端安装有外凸定位件,所述连接板的中心套装于所述底板的中心座内、底部配合装于所述外凸定位件,所述中心座上安装有带折角的定位板,所述定位板的一边装于所述中心座的直线凹槽内,所述定位板两边所成的角度即为所述限位块的倾斜角度,所述限位块套装于所述销轴上端,所述销轴下端套装于所述连接板的销轴定位孔内,所述定位板的另一边贴合所述限位块。

技术领域
    本发明涉及增压器的制造领域,具体为增压器连接板的焊接夹具。
背景技术
现有的增压器的连接板,需要焊接通过销轴焊接带有角度的限位块,由于限位块的角度是固定的,因此在焊接的时候需要限位块定位后再焊接,现在人工操作定位,其定位准确动差,导致焊接的角度易产生偏差,影响后续的装配。 
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了增压器连接板的焊接夹具,其定位方便、准确度高,焊接的角度稳定,确保后续的装配。
增压器连接板的焊接夹具,其技术方案是这样的:其包括底板、连接板、销轴、限位块,其特征在于:所述底板的径端安装有外凸定位件,所述连接板的中心套装于所述底板的中心座内、底部配合装于所述外凸定位件,所述中心座上安装有带折角的定位板,所述定位板的一边装于所述中心座的直线凹槽内,所述定位板两边所成的角度即为所述限位块的倾斜角度,所述限位块套装于所述销轴上端,所述销轴下端套装于所述连接板的销轴定位孔内,所述定位板的另一边贴合所述限位块。
其进一步特征在于:所述定位板的一边开有长孔槽,所述螺钉贯穿所述长孔槽后紧固于所述中心座,所述螺钉的头部压紧所述定位板一边的上端面。
采用本发明的结构后,连接板通过底座定位后,限位块套装于销轴,限位块的角度通过定位板固定,其定位方便、准确度高,焊接的角度稳定,确保后续的装配。

具体实施方式
见图1、图2,其包括底板1、连接板2、销轴3、限位块4,底板1的径端安装有外凸定位件5,连接板2的中心套装于底板1的中心座6内、连接板2的底部配合装于外凸定位件5,中心座6上安装有带折角的定位板7,定位板7的一边装于中心座6的直线凹槽8内,定位板7的一边开有长孔槽9,螺钉10贯穿长孔槽9后紧固于中心座6,螺钉10的头部压紧定位板7一边的上端面,定位板7两边所成的角度即为限位块4的倾斜角度,限位块4套装于销轴3上端,销轴3下端套装于连接板2的销轴定位孔11内,定位板7的另一边贴合限位块4。

1.增压器连接板的焊接夹具,其包括底板、连接板、销轴、限位块,其特征在于:所述底板的径端安装有外凸定位件,所述连接板的中心套装于所述底板的中心座内,底部配合装于所述外凸定位件,所述中心座上安装有带折角的定位板,所述定位板的一边装于所述中心座的直线凹槽内,所述定位板两边所成的角度即为所述限位块的倾斜角度,所述限位块套装于所述销轴上端,所述销轴下端套装于所述连接板的销轴定位孔内,所述定位板的另一边贴合所述限位块,所述定位板的一边开有长孔槽,螺钉贯穿所述长孔槽后紧固于所述中心座,所述螺钉的头部压紧所述定位板一边的上端面;所述中心座的直线凹槽设于所述中心座的直径方向,在所述直线凹槽的中心位置开有螺孔,所述开有长孔槽的所述定位板的一边卡装于所述直线凹槽内,所述螺钉贯穿于所述直线凹槽。
