Abstract

一种数据存储器固定装置,其包括一固定板,用来固定一数据存储器的侧面,所述固定板凸设一锁固部,所述数据存储器固定装置还包括一卡固件及一弹性件,所述卡固件设有一收容槽,所述锁固部收容于所述收容槽,并可滑动地安装于所述卡固件,所述弹性件弹性抵接所述锁固部及卡固件,以对震动起缓冲作用;并且,利用弹性件的弹性变形力,迫使所述固定板对所述数据存储器施加一推力,使数据存储器始终与主板紧密连接,保证了信号传递的稳定性。

数据存储器固定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种数据存储器固定装置。
背景技术
电脑内部通常会安装一个或多个数据存储器,如光驱、硬盘及软驱等,以扩展或加强电脑的功能。所述数据存储器通过磁架固定于电脑的机壳。电脑开启后,数据存储器因高速运转而产生震动,从而,数据存储器与磁架发生碰撞而影响数据存储器的使用寿命。并且,震动的数据存储器会相对于磁架产生位移,有可能使数据存储器的连接端脱离与主板的连接,从而造成电脑的信号不稳定甚至中断,给使用者带来不便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可有效减震以保证信号稳定的数据存储器固定装置。
一种数据存储器固定装置,其包括一固定板,用来固定一数据存储器的侧面,所述固定板凸设一锁固部,所述数据存储器固定装置还包括一卡固件及一弹性件,所述卡固件设有一收容槽,所述锁固部收容于所述收容槽,并可滑动地安装于所述卡固件,所述弹性件弹性抵接所述锁固部及卡固件。
本发明数据存储器固定装置利用所述弹性件对所述锁固部的抵顶,以对震动起缓冲作用。并且,利用弹性件的弹性变形力,迫使所述固定板对所述数据存储器施加一推力,使数据存储器始终与主板紧密连接,保证了信号传递的稳定性。

具体实施方式
请参照图1与图2,本发明数据存储器固定装置用来固定一数据存储器20。数据存储器固定装置包括一卡固件30、一锁固板40、一固定板50、一安装于卡固件30的弹性件60及一扣合件70。
数据存储器20包括一前端面21、一与前端面21相对的后端面22及与前后端面21、22相连接的相对两侧面24。每一侧面24分别开设有若干锁固孔25。后端面22设有一与主板相连接的连接口26。
卡固件30设有一贯其前后侧面的卡槽32,卡槽32的内壁凸伸形成一卡扣部34。卡固件30包括一接合端36。接合端36的内侧面凹陷一收容槽38。收容槽38包括一止挡壁33、自止挡壁33的相对两侧延伸的一顶壁及一底壁(未标号)及位于收容槽38内部的一连接所述顶壁及底壁的侧壁(未标号)。止挡壁33向收容槽38内凸设两相对的凸块380。所述侧壁设有一通孔39贯穿接合端36的内外侧面,且通孔39与收容槽38相连通。接合端36的外侧面平行凸伸两凸耳362,每一凸耳362设有一固定孔364。接合端36设有一大致呈长形的滑动孔366,滑动孔366贯穿收容槽38的顶壁及底壁,并与收容槽38相连通。
锁固板40及固定板50用于夹持固定数据存储器20的两侧面24。锁固板40沿其长度方向间隔开设若干固定孔42。
固定板50沿其长度方向间隔开设若干固定孔52。固定板50的一端向固定板50的内侧倾斜延伸一锁固部54。锁固部54可收容于卡固件30的收容槽38,且锁固部54设有一通孔56。锁固部54的端缘设有一弧形的凹陷面58。
弹性件60包括一大致呈“V”形的固定部65。固定部65的一端延伸一弹性部62。弹性部62的末端弯折形成一折边622。弹性部62的上下侧边分别凸设一抵顶块624。固定部65的另一端延伸一弧形的顶压片66。
扣合件70包括一本体72、一安装于本体72的卡固块76及一弹簧78。本体72的一端间隔延伸相对的两卡榫(未标号),本体72邻近卡榫处设有一贯穿本体72的顶壁及底壁的固定孔722。本体72的另一端设有一收容空间74,以滑动收容卡固块76。收容空间74的内壁凸伸一定位柱742(见图4),以套设弹簧78。固定部72的顶壁及底壁分别设有一与收容空间74相通的滑动槽744。卡固块76末端凸设一卡钩77。卡固块76的两相对端分别凸设一凸柱762,用于滑动收容于滑动槽744内。弹簧78的两端分别抵顶于本体72及卡固块76。
请结合参照图3和图4,组装时,将数据存储器20夹设于锁固板40及固定板50之间,利用若干锁固件90,如螺丝,分别依次穿过锁固板40的固定孔42及固定板50的固定孔52,并锁入数据存储器20的两侧面24的相应锁固孔25,从而将数据存储器20固定于锁固板40及固定板50。弹性件60弹性收容于卡固件30的收容槽38,挤压弹性件60的固定部65,使固定部65穿过卡固件30的通孔39而外露于卡固件30的外侧。弹性件60的抵顶块624的外侧缘分别抵顶于卡固件30的凸块380的内侧缘,弹性部62的折边622抵挡于卡固件30的止挡壁33边缘。固定板50的锁固部54容置于收容槽38内,并使弹性件60的顶压片66弹性抵顶于锁固部54的凹陷面58。固定轴80穿过卡固件30的滑动孔366以及锁固部54的通孔56。此时,固定板50安装于卡固件30的接合端36。并且卡固件30的另一端抵接于锁固板40。顶压片66的弹性变形力作用于锁固部54,并通过固定板50对数据存储器20施加作用力,以迫使数据存储器20的连接口26始终与主板接口(图未示)紧密连接。扣合件70的本体72套设于卡固件30的凸耳362,且本体72的两卡榫可活动伸入一安装于电脑机箱的磁架对应的扣合孔。此时,扣合件70的卡钩77收容于卡固件30的卡槽32,并且,在弹簧78的弹性力的作用下,卡钩77卡扣于卡槽32的卡扣部34。利用固定轴82穿过本体72的固定孔722及卡固件30的固定孔364,将扣合件70固定于卡固件30。
安装于磁架的数据存储器20的前端面21与卡固件30的内侧面具有一定的安装间隙。震动时,数据存储器20带动固定板50向卡固件30的内侧面运动。此时,固定轴80在卡固件30的滑动孔366内滑动。固定板50的锁固部54挤压弹性件60的顶压片66变形,而对数据存储器20的震动起缓冲作用,以达到减震的目的。并且,顶压片66的弹性变形力作用于锁固部54,以迫使数据存储器20的连接口26始终与主板紧密连接,保证了信号传递的稳定性。

Claims (9)

1.一种数据存储器固定装置,其包括一固定板,用来固定一数据存储器的侧面,其特征在于:所述固定板凸设一锁固部,所述数据存储器固定装置还包括一卡固件及一弹性件,所述卡固件设有一收容槽,所述锁固部收容于所述收容槽,并可滑动地安装于所述卡固件,所述弹性件包括一呈“V”形的固定部,所述卡固件设有一与所述收容槽相通的通孔,所述弹性件收容于所述收容槽,所述固定部弹性地穿过所述通孔,所述固定部的两端分别弹性抵接所述锁固部及卡固件。
2.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器固定装置,其特征在于:所述卡固件设有一贯穿所述收容槽的顶壁及底壁的滑动孔,所述锁固部设有一通孔,一固定轴穿过所述滑动孔并固定于所述通孔,所述固定轴可在所述滑动孔内滑动。
3.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器固定装置,其特征在于:所述收容槽包括一止挡壁,所述止挡壁向所述收容槽内凸设两凸块,所述固定部的一端延伸一弹性部,所述弹性部凸设两抵顶块分别止挡于所述对应凸块。
4.如权利要求3所述的数据存储器固定装置,其特征在于:所述弹性部的末端设有一折边,所述折边抵顶于所述止挡壁边缘。
5.如权利要求3所述的数据存储器固定装置,其特征在于:所述弹性件的固定部的另一端延伸一顶压片,所述锁固部设有一凹陷面,所述顶压片弹性抵顶于所述凹陷面。
6.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器固定装置,其特征在于:所述卡固件装设有一扣合件,所述扣合件设有一卡钩,所述卡固件设有一卡扣于所述卡钩的卡扣部。
7.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器固定装置,其特征在于:所述卡固件装设有一扣合件,所述卡固件设有两凸耳,每一凸耳设有一固定孔,所述扣合件包括一本体,所述本体设有一贯穿所述本体的顶壁及底壁的固定孔,一固定轴穿过所述凸耳的固定孔及所述本体的固定孔。
8.如权利要求7所述的数据存储器固定装置,其特征在于:所述本体设有一收容空间,所述扣合件还包括一滑动安装于所述收容空间的卡固块,所述收容空间内凸伸一固定柱,一弹簧套设于所述固定柱,所述弹簧的两端分别抵顶于所述卡固块及所述本体。
9.如权利要求8所述的数据存储器固定装置,其特征在于:所述卡固块凸设一卡钩,所述卡固件设有一收容所述卡钩的卡槽,所述卡槽包括一卡顶于所述卡钩的卡扣部。
