纤维毡自动定位头
技术领域
本发明涉及通过施加连续的纤维毡而能构造所有类型部件、优选大型结构部件的装置和方法,其中连续的纤维毡一个接一个的堆积直到形成所需的厚度。本发明给出这种用于纤维毡自动定位的头,其克服了基本使用人工加工的传统方法的缺点。
背景技术
在不同的领域,例如建筑领域,使用大型的预制结构部件,其通常由增强混凝土、预压混凝土、钢和/或类似物构造,所述部件因此具有一定重量而不好运输和处理。
因此,开始在这些预制构件的构造中使用其他类型的材料,如纤维和树脂混合物,从而使得部件重量较之由混凝土和钢制得的部件比较轻而且更加容易处理。
然而,在预制构件构造中使用这种类型的材料缺乏生产合格品的有效方式,实施过程基本上是手工的,因此最后很难保证要制造部件的设计特征的一致性。
发明内容
根据本发明,描述了用于纤维毡在大表面上自动定位的头,该头可用于制造大型结构部件,也可用于制造任何其他类型的部件,尽管在前者中该头在使用中具有更大的益处。这种自动定位与传统的手工方法相比确实有利,既是因为制造上的大大简化和提速,也是因为由此得到部件的完成质量和一致性。
本发明的头有三个不同的区:纤维毡的切割区、浸渍区和定位区。头将所述纤维毡自动地施加到相应的模具或心轴上,保证所得到部件的质量和一致性。另外,这通过重复过程得到,其比迄今为止所知道的手工制造更加快速简单。
纤维毡从相应的卷轴上施加到头的正确入口,后者包括嘴结构,其使毡排列在上面一组拉毡的辊的入口处,使毡朝向切割和浸渍区传递。纤维毡从这个区传递到位于该切割和浸渍区后面的另一组较低的辊。该第二组辊使纤维毡保持合适的作用张力。
在浸渍区,头包括在纤维毡内浸渍树脂的增压喷嘴。
在切割区设置有切割工具,例如举例来说交互或旋转刀片系统、超声波切割系统或类似的系统,其在横向切割纤维毡。
纤维毡一旦浸渍,其通过较低一组辊直到到达定位区,定位区包括至少一个压力辊。根据可行的实施例,可以设想一个摇杆上装有两个压力辊;因此,这两个辊中的一个或另一个根据该摇杆占据的位置而作用。因此,当头沿着前进的方向移动的时候,其中一个辊作用;并且当头向相反方向移动时,另一个辊作用,使得纤维毡在头前进和后退时都能定位。从一个辊到另一个辊的改变自动进行,不需要操作者的干预。
供给纤维毡的卷轴设置在相应的卷轴支架上,卷轴支架包括调节松卷速度的控制器。
利用本发明的头部,可以因此由纤维毡自动成型部件,从而能够利用所述材料的轻质及强度特征。另外,大尺寸的结构部件可以用这种头装置制造,由此获得这样成型的结构部件所带来的在运输和处理方面的益处。

具体实施方式
根据本发明,提供一种用于制造所有类型的部件、尤其是制造大型结构部件中用于定位纤维毡2的头1。头1可以执行自动操作,相对传统的手工方法,更加快速、准确、优质且均一。
头1包括施加纤维毡所必需的树脂浸渍毡2的浸渍区4;将纤维毡定位到模具或心轴表面的定位区5;和一旦定位后可以在毡2的延伸末端切割该毡2的切割区3。
头1还包括各组单独的辊(A和B),其在从头1的入口到朝向模具或心轴的相应表面上定位区的出口的路径的不同点传递和控制纤维毡2的张力。
这两组A和B辊分别位于切割区3的前面和浸渍区4的后面。每组辊A或B由两个相对的辊6和7形成,其中辊6与推进气缸8连接,而另一个辊7是驱动辊并且为此具有带有速度控制的电动机9。
位于上部并且标为A的这组辊(6和7)将毡2向切割区3和浸渍区4传递;而位于下部并且标为B的辊(6和7)保持毡2上具有适合的张力。因此这些组辊(A和B)可以根据操作者的意愿调节纤维毡2向定位区5传输的速度。
切割区3包括切割工具10,例如举例来说交互或旋转刀片系统、超声波切割系统或类似的系统,其通过线性移动装置11而在横向方向移动。
在切割工具10的前面和后面设置固定毡2的组件,该组件由与推进气缸13连接的压制板12构成,该推进气缸将毡2压靠在固定结构14,将毡固定以进行切割;因此这些压制板12当切割工具10操作时占据前进位置,并且当切割工具停止时在后退位置。固定结构14包括为切割工具10实现移动功能的相应部件。
浸渍区4包括在侧壁带有盖15的腔并具有浸渍元件16,该浸渍元件的喷嘴17定向成朝向毡2所穿过的该区。这些喷嘴17与成组的泵18相连,该泵提供通过喷嘴17注射来浸渍毡2的树脂和催化剂。树脂和催化剂在它们相应的混合器中混合均化。
带有排出系统的托盘19位于前面所述的腔的下部。这些盘19相对水平面有一定的倾斜,并且他们的作用是收集施加到毡2的多余的树脂和催化剂。
这些托盘19通过腔的所述侧盖15置入,因此容易对头1进行清洗。
在纤维毡2的定位区5,头1包括至少一个辊21,通过该辊纤维毡2上的压力被作用到施加表面上,该辊21为此目的具有作用在其末端的推进气缸20。因此可以调节所述压力辊21的高度和其在毡2定位期间在模具或心轴表面作用的力。
根据一个可选的实施方式,设想有两个压力辊21安装在一个摇杆22上;因此根据该摇杆22所占据的位置,这两个辊21中的一个或另一个作用。因此,当头1向前进的方向移动时,两个辊21中的一个作用;并且,在向后退的方向移动时另一个起作用,使得纤维毡2在头1前进和后退时都定位。通过外部控制,从一个辊到另一个的改变自动发生,而不需要操作者的干预。
关于头1的入口,设想设置具有旋转驱动齿轮电动机的卷轴支架(未示出),因为这是施加毡或片材的常规方式,从而可以在所述的卷轴支架上放置至少一个供应纤维毡2的卷轴。
为了控制纤维毡2从卷轴支架到头1的供应,要将纤维毡2的张力保持恒定,设想卷轴支架中设置用于测量供应毡2的卷轴直径的系统以及脱卷电动机的转数控制机构,尽管也可以使用任何其它可以实现相同功能的传统控制方式。

Claims (9)

1.一种纤维毡自动定位头,其特征在于,包括:用施加纤维毡所必需的树脂浸渍定位的纤维毡(2)的浸渍区(4)、将纤维毡(2)定位到模具或心轴的相应表面上的定位区(5)、和一旦定位后可以在毡的延伸末端切割毡(2)的切割区(3),还包括各组驱动辊和压力辊(A和B),它们传递毡(2)和控制毡(2)从入口朝向定位区(5)到出口的路径中不同点的张力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纤维毡自动定位头,其特征在于,切割区(3)和浸渍区(4)相邻设置,并且这两组辊(A)和(B)分别位于切割区(3)的前面和浸渍区(4)的后面。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的纤维毡自动定位头,其特征在于,每组辊(A)或(B)由两个相对的辊(6和7)形成,其中辊(6)与推进气缸(8)连接,而另一辊(7)是驱动辊和传导辊并且为此具有速度控制的电动机(9),以便调节毡(2)向定位区(5)的传输速度。
