本申请涉及一种治疗白癜风的中药擦剂。现有的治疗白癜风的药物只能缓解表面症状，疗效不理想，且停药易复发，患者如长期药物维持，容易产生抗药性。本产品的组成包括：蛇床子、艾叶、红花、土槿皮、石榴皮、何首乌、牵牛子、马齿苋，其重量为：蛇床子140-160g、艾叶50-70g、红花70-90g、土槿皮70-90g、石榴皮90-110g、何首乌90-110g、牵牛子90-110g、马齿苋140-160g，将所述的中草药粉碎成粒度0.2-6mm，用75％乙醇，按渗漉法制备，渗漉液再用75％乙醇稀释至3300ml，混匀，分装。本发明用于白癜风的治疗。
Description
技术领域：
本发明涉及一种治疗白癜风的中药擦剂。
背景技术：
白癜风是世界性疑难病，称“不死的癌症”。近几年来发病有逐年增加的趋势。其主要症状为多发于人体头面部、颈部、四肢、腰腹等部位。初起为白色斑点，久而蔓延成斑片，小(点、片)状白斑，表面光滑，不脱屑，无痛痒，病程长，毛孔闭塞。患者虽不疼不痒，但影响人体美观，危害人的身体健康，使患者痛不欲生。无论病灶大小都十分痛苦，严重影响病人正常的生活和工作。
目前国内治疗本病的药物多以补骨脂素、激素等为主，主要有以下几种：
1、补骨脂素：由于本类外用药物刺激性较大，因此进行期白斑忌用，以免由于诱发同形反应而使皮损扩大甚至泛发全身。一般适用于静止期和消退期的白癜风患者。可引起皮损处较严重的红斑与水疱反应，还可引起头晕、恶心等全身反应。毒副作用有食欲减退、贫血、白细胞减少及中毒性肝损害。糖尿病、肝脏病和对光敏感的疾病(如卟啉病、红斑狼疮等)患者禁用。此外，还可导致眼损伤和皮肤癌，应注意眼睛的保护，避免强烈的紫外线照射。
2、糖皮质类固醇激素：较其它给药方法不良反应大，临床使用应持慎重态度。糖皮质类固醇激素皮损内局部注射易导致皮损局部萎缩。应注意长期外用糖皮质类固醇激素引起的局部皮肤萎缩、产生耐药性、毛细血管扩张、痤疮、粉刺、毛囊炎、毳毛增粗、增多，甚至经皮吸收导致全身性副作用的发生。
3、微量元素：治疗白癜风作用机理不详，可能是由于重金属与皮肤中的巯基结合，赋予酪氨酸酶活性，促进黑素形成。该药仅适用于暴露部位的小面积白斑，缺点是注射时疼痛和注射后导致的局部皮肤萎缩，因此经7～8次注射后还不见新生的色素斑点时，应终止治疗。
4、单胺氧化酶抑制剂：儿茶酚胺能使离体蛙皮的肤色变淡，而单胺氧化酶制剂能抑制交感神经末梢处儿茶酚胺的代谢。应用该类制剂治疗阶段型白斑获效。对肝脏的药物代谢酶也有抑制作用，这类药物的副作用较多，可产生中枢兴奋。诱使精神病发作，有肝脏毒性，引起体位性低血压。
5、白蚀丸：因白蚀丸的组方中包含了黄药子等有一定毒性的药物，以提高治疗效果。主要成分为补骨脂、何首乌、灵芝、丹参、红花、牡丹皮、降香、紫草、黄药子、甘草等14味。有关白蚀丸的病例报告共8例，其中严重病例报告有肝损害7例。典型病例：患者，男，24岁，因患白癜风在医生指导下服用白蚀丸2.5g，日三次，20余天后出现食欲不振，厌油腻。经肝功能检查，结合病史诊断为药物性肝炎，停用白蚀丸，入院治疗，给予甘利欣、阿拓莫兰、诺宁等药物治疗，14天后查肝功能正常，出院。鉴于白蚀丸可引起肝损害，建议患者必须在医师指导下使用，严格掌握适应症和禁忌症。使用过程中，严格控制剂量和疗程，避免超剂量、长期服用；同时，在治疗过程中注意肝功能监测。儿童、老年人及哺乳期妇女慎用；孕妇、肝功能不全患者禁用。
以上各类药物只能缓解表面症状，疗效不理想，且停药易复发，患者如长期药物维持，容易产生抗药性。而手术治疗白癜风又不适合年龄大及合并有其它器官疾病的患者，术后容易复发并激起并发症，引起其它器官疾病，所以发明一种标本兼治的中药治疗此病已成为广大患者的热切期盼。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗白癜风的中药擦剂，疗效显著，且痊愈后不易复发，患者不再需要长期使用药物维持，不产生抗药性。避免了手术治疗的痛苦，以及激起并发症引起得其它器官疾病。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现：
治疗白癜风的中药擦剂，其组成包括：蛇床子、艾叶、红花、土槿皮、石榴皮、何首乌、牵牛子、马齿苋，其重量为：蛇床子140-160g、艾叶50-70g、红花70-90g、土槿皮70-90g、石榴皮90-110g、何首乌90-110g、牵牛子90-110g、马齿苋140-160g，将所述的中草药粉碎成粒度0.2-6mm，用75％乙醇，按渗漉法制备，渗漉液再用75％乙醇稀释至3300ml，混匀，分装即得。
有益效果：
1.申请人认为，白癜风的发病原因是体热或血热，外受风湿，风湿侵入皮肤，导致局部气血失调，经络不通，血不荣肤，气滞，毛窍闭塞，故形成白癜风。本发明方法则以调理气血失调，兼清热、活血、通经络、扶正固本，及促进表皮代谢、开毛窍、行气血、平衡阴阳、疏通经络、活血化瘀、祛风除湿、清热解毒、养荣生肌、增强机体免疫力，通经络标本兼治。辨证施治、专病专药、配伍精当。本发明由名贵天然中药，精心配伍而成，药物利用度更高、疗效更显著。
2.本产品是一种外用擦剂，治疗期间应用效果好，疗效显著，且痊愈后不易复发，患者不再需要长期使用药物维持，不产生抗药性。避免了手术治疗的痛苦，及激起并发症引起得其它器官疾病。
3.本产品不含任何激素、补骨脂等添加剂，无任何毒副作用的优点。
4.本发明药物经试验证明安全无毒，对治疗白癜风具有显著的疗效，其毒理学和药效学实验资料如下：
皮肤刺激实验：对家兔皮肤的刺激强度属无刺激性。皮肤变态反应实验：致敏率0％，致敏强度属极轻微度。
长期毒性试验：分别以0.9g/kg，给大鼠皮肤擦药，每日三次，连续60天，试验结果表明，受试大鼠的一般状态、行为活动及饮食情况与对照组无明显差别；血液学、肝功能、肾功能及脏器系数与对照组比较均无明显差别，表明长期使用本发明药物是安全的。
5.进行患者疗效试验如下：150例白癜风患者在哈尔滨献臣皮肤病专科医院根据病情的程度，临床应用本药品的患者分成3组，每组50人。
50例白癜风患者患病在1年以内，患处在5cm2以内。在哈尔滨献臣皮肤病专科医院临床应用4个月，治疗效果见表：

患者的临床表现：患处发于患者头面部、颈部、四肢、腰腹等部位。初起为白色斑点，久而蔓延成斑片，虽不疼不痒，但影响人体美观，危害人的身体健康，使患者痛不欲生。
医疗效果评定的标准：有效：1、病灶处的颜色经指压后明显改变。为血液运行和经络舒通的标志。2、汗毛孔张开，颜色变浅或患处发红发粉。3、病灶逐渐缩小。4、颜色逐渐改变。5、病灶上出现色素岛，色素岛逐渐增多，增密。痊愈：皮肤患处为正常肤色。
统计结果：有效98％，痊愈80％，无效2％。
结果表明：本发明药物可明显治疗白癜风。
具体实施方式：
实施例1：
治疗白癜风的中药擦剂，其组成包括：蛇床子、艾叶、红花、土槿皮、石榴皮、何首乌、牵牛子、马齿苋。其重量为：蛇床子140-160g、艾叶50-70g、红花70-90g、土槿皮70-90g、石榴皮90-110g、何首乌90-110g、牵牛子90-110g、马齿苋140-160g，将所述的中草药粉碎成粒度0.2-6mm，用75％乙醇，按渗漉法制备，渗漉液再用75％乙醇稀释至3300ml，混匀，分装即得。
使用方法：
用纱布或脱脂棉，沾少量药液，在患处轻轻按摩擦拭(这样有助于药物的吸收)，冬季使用时最好能将药水烫一烫，以便充分发挥药效。每天擦药2-3次，任何时间外用均可，患处每天擦药时间至少2小时。注意保持擦药部位的干燥。擦药时不要太用力，以免造成皮肤损伤。
