Abstract
本发明为一种从含有丙烯酸和丙烯酸二聚体的废油中回收丙烯酸的方法。其具体实施方案是采用加热分解蒸馏装置,将含有丙烯酸和丙烯酸二聚体的废油在常压下升温至110~150℃,进行分解蒸馏,同时加入溶剂工艺水,便于丙烯酸二聚体的分解和丙烯酸的蒸馏。采用本发明可回收废油中80%以上的丙烯酸,使丙烯酸精制系统的丙烯酸总回收率由原来的98.5%提高到99~99.5%,相当于增加产量1%,经济效益显著。
Description
本发明为一种从含有丙烯酸和丙烯酸二聚体的废油中回收丙烯酸的方法。
在丙烯酸的生产过程中,总有一定量的丙烯酸和丙烯酸二聚体以及其它高沸物随废油排出,目前是采用薄膜蒸发器将废油中的丙烯酸、丙烯酸二聚体及阻聚剂对苯二酚一次回收。该方法对阻聚剂对苯二酚的回收效果较好,但由于传热不佳,丙烯酸二聚体分解效果不好,且物料粘稠,易堵塞降液口,仍有一定量的两烯酸和丙烯酸二聚体得不到回收。如一套年产3万吨丙烯酸的生产装置每年约排出650吨废油,其中有50%以上为丙烯酸和丙烯酸二聚体。目前排出的废油仅作为燃料使用,造成极大的浪费。本发明的目的是进一步采用物理方法,使丙烯酸废油中的丙烯酸二聚体分解,并将丙烯酸充分回收。
本发明的技术解决方案是采用加热分解蒸馏的装置,将含有丙烯酸和丙烯酸二聚体的废油在常压下升温至110~150℃,进行分解蒸馏,为降低废油粘度,易于丙烯酸二聚体的分解和丙烯酸的蒸馏,同时还加入溶剂工艺水,工艺水的加入量为废油中丙烯酸和丙烯酸二聚体总重量的1.5~5倍。将分解回收的丙烯酸溶液返回到丙烯酸精制系统中,再将工艺水分离出来。
参照丙烯酸回收工艺流程示意图,对本发明作进一步说明。
经薄膜蒸发器1一次处理后的废油进入贮槽2,用泵6连续地加入到贮槽3内,通过夹套升温至110~150℃,工艺水也经计量后加入贮槽3内,分解蒸馏后得到的丙烯酸溶液返回丙烯酸精制系统,残液连续地排入贮槽4内,再经泵7送往废油贮槽5。

下面提供本发明的几个实施例。
实施例1:取含丙烯酸和丙烯酸二聚体的废油1000克,其组成为,丙烯酸12.79%,丙烯酸二聚体54.25%,苯甲酸3.25%,对苯二酚8.81%,其它20.9%,投入1000毫升蒸馏瓶中,升温至145℃,加入工艺水1500克,当馏出体积为2500毫升时,测得馏出液中,丙烯酸24.51%,丙烯酸二聚体0.3%,残液337.1克,其中丙烯酸9.06%,丙烯酸二聚体11.18%。由此可见,丙烯酸二聚体的分解率为91.35%,丙烯酸的回收率为89.8%。
实施例2:取含有丙烯酸和丙烯酸二聚体的废油1000克,其中丙烯酸12.13%,丙烯酸二聚体43.81%,苯甲酸3.52%,对苯二酚11.55%,投入1000毫升蒸馏瓶中,常压下升温至140℃,加入工艺水1400克,当馏出液为2750毫升时,其中丙烯酸为17.84%,丙烯酸二聚体0.19%,此时残液为423克,其中丙烯酸10.58%,丙烯酸二聚体8.15%,丙烯酸二聚体的分解率为91.2%,丙烯酸的回收率为86.8%。
实施例3:将含丙烯酸废油按80kg/hr连续地投入到贮槽中,通过蒸汽夹套通入6kg/cm2蒸汽,保持贮槽内温度在143℃,将工艺水按140kg/hr连续地加入到贮槽内,将不断馏出的丙烯酸水溶液用泵按180kg/hr返回到丙烯酸精制系统中,测得馏出液组成含丙烯酸22.2%,丙烯酸二聚体0.3%,残液也连续排放到另一贮槽内,用泵送往废油贮罐。该残液中含丙烯酸9.98%,丙烯酸二聚体10.25%。丙烯酸的回收率为90.1%。
实施例4:取含有丙烯酸和丙烯酸二聚体的废油1000克,其中丙烯酸12.29%。丙烯酸二聚体54.15%。苯甲酸3.28%。对苯二酚8.59%,投入
1000毫升蒸馏瓶中。常压下升温至113℃。加入工艺水3300克。当馏出液为5500毫升时,测得馏出液中丙烯酸14.56%。丙烯酸二聚体0.08%。此时残液为418克。其中丙烯酸10.8%。丙烯酸二聚体6.53%。丙烯酸二聚体的分解率为94.1%丙烯酸的回收率为87.7%。
本发明的优点是:设备、工艺简单,易操作,溶剂价廉,来源广泛,采用本发明可回收废油中80%以上的丙烯酸和丙烯酸二聚体,使丙烯酸精制系统的回收率由原来的98.5%提高到99~99.5%一套丙烯酸生产装置采用本发明后,可相当于增加产量1%,经济效益显著。
Claims (1)
1、一种从丙烯酸废油中回收丙烯酸的方法。其特征是:将含有丙烯酸和丙烯酸二聚体的废油在常压下升温至110~150℃。同时加入为丙烯酸废油中丙烯酸和丙烯酸二聚体总重量的1.5~5倍的溶剂工艺水。进行发解蒸馏,将回收的丙烯酸水溶液返回到丙烯酸精制系统中,分离丙烯酸和溶剂工艺水。
