The first electrode, the second electrode and the organic light emitting layer form a light emitting device and are arranged between the second substrate and the liquid crystal layer to serve as a light source of the reflective liquid crystal display device. Meanwhile, the second electrode serves as a common electrode for controlling the liquid crystal layer.
