本发明公开了一种治疗跌打损伤外用药，所述外用药的配方(按重量份配比)为：由大黄20-60，姜黄10-40，文术10-40，以及至少由黄芩5-30，黄柏5-30，乳香5-30，殁药5-30，白芷10-40，虎杖5-30，赤芍10-40，红花5-10，郁金10-40，三棱10-40，合欢皮5-30，碎补10-40，五加皮10-40，伸筋草5-30，制燃铜10-40，海桐皮5-30，独活5-30之中的一种组成，本药物配方准确，疗效好，患者痛苦少，消费的费用低。
Description
技术领域
本发明一般涉及一种中医药药品，特别是一种跌打损伤外用药。
技术背景
在骨科治疗中，一般的软组织损伤，关节损伤、挫伤、骨折在药物配制上仍存在很多不规范的方面，从而导致患者疗程长、痛苦大、治疗费用高。公知的治疗这方面的中药一般都是利用古方“金黄散”或自配的中药研末外用，用于包扎敷用之类，但治疗效果甚微，存在上述所指出的缺点，因此克服这些缺点是必须的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能克服公知技术缺点，缩短疗程，疗效显著的一种跌打损伤外用药。
为实现上述目的，本发明的方案为：一种治疗跌打损伤外用药，所述外用药的配方(按重量份配比)为：由大黄20-60，姜黄10-40，文术10-40，以及至少由黄芩5-30，黄柏5-30，乳香5-30，殁药5-30，白芷10-40，虎杖5-30，赤芍10-40，红花5-10，郁金10-40，三棱10-40，合欢皮5-30，碎补10-40，五加皮10-40，伸筋草5-30，制燃铜10-40，海桐皮5-30，独活5-30之中的一种组成。
根据上述组份，用于外伤肿前期配方为(重量份配比)
大黄20-60 姜黄10-40 文术10-40
黄芩5-30 黄柏5-30 乳香5-30
殁药5-30 白芷10-40 虎杖5-30
赤芍10-40 红花5-10 郁金10-40
三棱10-40 合欢皮5-30。
用于外伤肿后期配方为：(重量份配比)
大黄20-60 姜黄10-40 文术10-40
赤芍10-40 红花5-10 三棱10-40
碎补10-40 五加皮10-40 伸筋草5-30
制燃铜10-40 海桐皮5-30 独活5-30。
上述配方充分地发挥了祖国医学的经典理论，配方中遵循君、臣、佐、使的原理，在外伤肿前期配方中，以大黄为主，活血祛瘀，辅以红花、赤芍、郁金、姜黄、三棱、文术、白芷破血祛瘀，行气散结，止痛，以黄芩、黄柏、虎杖清热燥湿，消肿为佐，合欢皮为使，既能活血消肿，止痛，又能镇静，解郁。
外伤肿后期配方，是在外伤肿前期的基础上加以裁化而成，意在扶正、活血化滞，解郁镇痛，祛风温，通经络，强筋骨。
通过上述配方药的使用，比传统药的治疗效率大大提高，患者的治疗周期大大缩短，减少了痛苦，减轻了经济负担，从而实现了本发明的目的。
下面结合实施例对本发明的方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1，制备外伤肿前期的跌打损伤外用药。
大黄30g 姜黄20g 文术20g
黄芩15g 黄柏15g 乳香15g
殁药15g 白芷20g 虎杖15g
赤芍20g 红花6g 郁金20g
三棱20g 合欢皮15g
将上述配方药研为粉末，封存备用，使用时用醋或淘米水调成糊，敷在纱布上，外包扎于患处。
实施例2，制备外伤肿后期的跌打损伤外用药：
大黄12g 姜黄10g 文术10g
赤芍10g 红花6g 三棱10g
碎补20g 五加皮20g 伸筋草15g
制燃铜20g 海桐皮15g 独活15g
将上述配方药研为粉末，封存备用，使用时用醋或淘米水调成糊，敷在纱布上，外包扎于患处。
本发明的治疗跌打损伤外用药在实践中产生了良好效果，现举以下几个案例说明：
案例1，四川省南部县兴盛乡二村八社李××，左侧外踝因外伤致周围组织肿胀，X光显示，左侧外踝骨折，未见分离移位，即用活血化瘀之喷剂及古方“金黄散”药末包扎两月余，患者外伤处周围组织仍肿胀，护痛，后在本申请人处就治，用本发明的药物治疗两个疗程(10天)就痊愈。
案例2，兴盛小学女教师李××，下楼梯时不慎致右脚舟骨骨折，X光显示未见分离移位，在县级中医院骨科内服外包扎治疗四十多天，外伤处周围组织仍肿胀、疼痛，行动困难，在申请人处用本发明的配方药治疗四个疗程(二十天)周围肿胀组织消散，就无疼通，行动自如了。
案例3，兴盛乡五村二社赵××，因睡觉脱衣服时不慎致右肩关节脱位，经个体医生关节复位，内服药物治疗月余，患处活动仍受限，疼痛，不能负重，使用本发明的药物两个疗程(十天)即痊愈。
本发明的药物自研制成功以来，已成功治疗五十多例，有效率在95％以上，实践证明，本药物配方准确，疗效好，患者痛苦少，消费的费用低，是一个有益的发明。

1.一种治疗跌打损伤外用药，其特征在于：所述外用药的配方(按重量份配比)为：由大黄20-60，姜黄10-40，文术10-40，以及至少由黄芩5-30，黄柏5-30，乳香5-30，殁药5-30，白芷10-40，虎杖5-30，赤芍10-40，红花5-10，郁金10-40，三棱10-40，合欢皮5-30，碎补10-40，五加皮10-40，伸筋草5-30，制燃铜10-40，海桐皮5-30，独活5-30中的一种组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗跌打损伤外用药，其特征在于：用于外伤肿前期配方为(重量份配比)
大黄20-60 姜黄10-40 文术10-40
黄芩5-30 黄柏5-30 乳香5-30
殁药5-30 白芷10-40 虎杖5-30
赤芍10-40 红花5-10 郁金10-40
