本发明公开了一种桂花保健饮料,所用主要原料的重量比是:桂花10-15份、黄豆5-10份、构枸杞子12-18份、桂圆肉3-6份、蜂蜜5-10份以及纯净水适量。本发明的桂花保健饮料,具有桂花香味,酸甜适中,清爽无异味。它由全天然成份组成,含有丰富的维生素,可以加速人机体对乙醇的氧化功能,减轻乙醇人体的危害,消除或降低由乙醇所致人体出现的各种不适、毒性状态。

技术领域
本发明属非酒精饮料,特别是一种桂花保健饮料。
背景技术
目前对具有醺酒及保健功能的非酒精饮料都是用中药及蔬菜汁液制成。有的使用中药种类较多,有的制备方法比较复杂。据统计,约有1亿入有饮酒习惯,且每年因酒精中毒者达千万人以上,对于酒精中毒以及副作用,目前尚缺乏行之有效的解救办法。当前也有出售一“醉醒,,汤济,它们只起到醒酒的药用,而不能用保健饮料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有醒酒和保健作用的饮料。
本发明的任务是用如下方式实现的:一种桂花保健饮料,所用主要原料的重量比是:桂花10-15份、黄豆5-10份、枸杞子12-18份、桂圆肉3-6份、蜂蜜5-10份以及纯净水适量。
本发明的桂花保健饮料,还可加入适量人体所需维生素B1或维生素B2或维生素B6或维生素C中的一种或者几种。
本发明的桂花保健饮料,具有桂花香味,酸甜适中,清爽无异味。它由全天然成份组成,含有丰富的维生素,可以加速人机体对乙醇的氧化功能,减轻乙醇人体的危害,消除或降低由乙醇所致人体出现的各种不适、毒性状态。
本发明的桂花保健饮料是这样制造的:将原料挑拣,对桂花、黄豆、枸杞子、桂圆肉选择无霉变、无虫蛀、无杂质、无泥土的干燥品。然后将桂花、黄豆、枸杞子、桂圆肉分别用清水清净后,分别用等量的开水各浸泡30分钟至1小时,再将它们分别蒸煮20-30分钟,其中黄豆也可不蒸煮。再将浸泡或蒸煮的液体分别过滤,去掉固体渣。将过滤后的四种液体混合均匀,然后加入蜂蜜,再混合搅拌成饮料原液,对配制好的饮料原液进行超高温瞬时灭菌,进行罐装。罐装后的成罐饮料,按规定进行消毒,一般采用常规的巴氏消毒法即可。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
取桂花10份、黄豆5份、枸杞子12份、桂圆肉3份、蜂蜜5份以及纯净水适量。
加工方法:将原料挑拣,对桂花、黄豆、枸杞子、桂圆肉选择无霉变、无虫蛀、无杂质、无泥土的干燥品。然后将桂花、黄豆、枸杞子、桂圆肉分别用清水清净后,分别用等量的开水各浸泡30分钟至1小时,再将它们分别蒸煮20-30分钟,其中黄豆也可不蒸煮。再将浸泡或蒸煮的液体分别过滤,去掉固体渣。将过滤后的四种液体混合均匀,然后加入蜂蜜,再混合搅拌成饮料原液,对配制好的饮料原液进行超高温瞬时灭菌,进行罐装。罐装后的成罐饮料,按规定进行消毒,一般采用常规的巴氏消毒法即可。
实施例2:
取桂花15份、黄豆10份、枸杞子18份、桂圆肉6份、蜂蜜10份以及纯净水适量;另取适量维生素B1或维生素B2或维生素B6或维生素C中的一种或者几种。
加工方法同实施例1相同。

1.一种桂花保健饮料,其特征在于所用主要原料的重量比是:桂花10-15份、黄豆5-10份、枸杞子12-18份、桂圆肉3-6份、蜂蜜5-10份以及纯净水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桂花保健饮料,其特征在于还可加入适量人体所需维生素B1或维生素B2或维生素B6或维生素C中的一种或者几种。
