Abstract
The invention discloses a method for household gateway management business, which comprises the following steps that: a household gateway establishes a comparison table of all business management items and corresponding marks; the household gateway matches the received mark and the mark stored in the comparison table after receiving a mark which is transmitted by a user terminal and corresponds to a business management item; and the household gateway implements the business management item corresponding to the received mark after determining that the received mark is matched with the mark stored in the comparison table. The invention also discloses a device for the household gateway management business. When the method and the device are used, the household gateway can manage the implemented businesses, and no remote business platform is needed for management, thereby improving the use experience of the user.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a service management technology in a home gateway, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for managing services by a home gateway.
Background
The home gateway is a junction device connecting an operator network and a user home network, can be installed in a user home, and plays a crucial role in the home network.
At present, services that a user can enjoy through a home gateway are mostly managed or controlled remotely by a service platform existing in a network. Specifically, after the user opens the usage right of some services, if the user wants to close the usage for a certain period of time, the user must make corresponding configuration modification on the service platform through the service provider. Thus, when a certain service is popular or the configuration modification of the service by the user is frequent, a lot of time is needed for the user and the service provider to modify the configuration of the implemented service, which not only consumes much time, but also is very inconvenient to manage, and affects the use experience of the user.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the main objective of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus for managing services by a home gateway, which can simply and conveniently manage implemented services in the home gateway.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
the invention provides a method for managing services by a home gateway, wherein the home gateway is provided with a comparison table comprising all service management items and corresponding identifiers thereof; the method further comprises the following steps:
after receiving the identification corresponding to the service management item sent by the user terminal, the home gateway matches the received identification with the identification in the comparison table stored by the home gateway;
and after the received identification is determined to be matched with the identification in the comparison table stored by the home gateway, the home gateway executes the service management item corresponding to the received identification.
In the above scheme, before setting the look-up table, the method further includes: the home gateway loads the service program to obtain the service which can be realized.
In the above scheme, the setting comparison table specifically includes: and setting a set of management items corresponding to each service, and setting an identifier corresponding to each management item one to one.
In the above scheme, the service management item is: open traffic, close traffic, or query traffic.
In the above scheme, the method further comprises: and after the received identification is determined not to be matched with the identification in the self-stored comparison table, the home gateway does not perform any operation.
The invention also provides a device for managing the service by the home gateway, which comprises the following steps: the device comprises a setting module, a matching module and an execution module; wherein,
the setting module is used for setting all the service management items and the comparison tables of the corresponding identifications;
the matching module is used for matching the received identification with the identification in the stored comparison table after receiving the identification corresponding to the service management item sent by the user terminal;
and the execution module is used for executing the service management item corresponding to the received identifier after the received identifier is determined to be matched with the identifier in the stored comparison table.
In the above scheme, the apparatus further comprises: and the storage module is used for storing the identification corresponding to the service management item in the comparison table.

According to the method and the device for managing the services by the home gateway, after receiving the identification corresponding to the service management item, the home gateway matches the received number with the identification in the comparison table stored by the home gateway, and executes the service management item corresponding to the received identification after determining the matching.
In addition, when the comparison table is set, each service can be set to correspond to a set of related management items, and each management item is provided with an identifier corresponding to each management item one to one, so that the home gateway can correctly manage each realized service, and further meet the requirements of users.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
The method for managing the service by the home gateway of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, comprises the following steps:
step 100: the home gateway sets a comparison table comprising all service management items and corresponding identifications thereof;
here, the look-up table includes: management items of all services realized by the home gateway and an identifier corresponding to each management item; when setting the comparison table, it may be set that each service has a corresponding set of management items, and each management item is provided with an identifier corresponding to the management item one to one.
For example, the identifier may be a number, such as: the number corresponding to the opening of the instant hot line service is 01001, and the number corresponding to the closing of the instant hot line service is 01002; where "01" denotes an immediate hotline service, the last bit denotes the corresponding management item, i.e.: indicating on or off.
Step 101: after receiving the identification corresponding to the service management item sent by the user terminal, the home gateway matches the received identification with the identification in the comparison table stored by the home gateway;
here, the service management item may be: opening, closing or modifying services, and the like;
generally, a user terminal has all service management items consistent with a home gateway and an identifier corresponding to each management item, and if a user needs to manage a realized service, the identifier corresponding to the management item of the service can be input to the home gateway through the user terminal; wherein the user terminal may be: a telephone, or computer, etc.;
the home gateway can know the service management item corresponding to the identifier through the identifier corresponding to the service management item.
Step 102: after determining that the received identification is matched with the identification in the comparison table stored by the home gateway, executing a service management item corresponding to the received identification by the home gateway;
here, if the received identity does not match the identity stored by itself, the home gateway does not perform any operation.
In the above process, before the home gateway sets the lookup table, the method further includes: the home gateway loads the existing service program; here, after the home gateway finishes loading the service program, the service that can be realized, that is, the service can be used.
The first embodiment is as follows:
in this embodiment, the service implemented by the home gateway is an immediate hotlining service, and the home gateway has a management item including an executable immediate hotlining service and a number corresponding to each management item, where the management item of the immediate hotlining service includes starting the immediate hotlining service, closing the immediate hotlining service, and querying the immediate hotlining service, a number corresponding to starting the immediate hotlining service is set to 01001, a number corresponding to closing the immediate hotlining service is set to 01002, and a number corresponding to querying the immediate hotlining service is set to 01003.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for managing services by a home gateway in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step 201: and the user A sets the account number of the user B frequently contacted in a certain period of time as the destination hotline number through an interface provided by the home gateway.
Step 202: when a user A needs to start the instant hotline service, 01001 is input into the home gateway;
here, the user terminal of the user a has the same management items of all services as the home gateway and the number corresponding to each management item, and the number corresponding to the instant hotline service to be started is 01001 by querying.
Step 203-204: after receiving the 01001, the home gateway matches the 01001 with a number stored by the home gateway; after the received number is determined to be matched with the number stored by the user, executing the operation of starting the instant hot line service;
here, if the home gateway does not match the 01001 number, no operation is performed;
after the instant hotline service is started, when a user A wants to call a user B, the call can be realized only by off-hook without inputting an account number of the user B.
Step 205: when a user A needs to close the instant hot line service, 01002 is input into the home gateway;
here, in the time after the instant hotline service is started, if the user a needs to contact with the account numbers of other users, the account numbers of other users need to be input after the user a goes off the phone, and at this time, the instant hotline service needs to be closed;
the user a has the same management items of all services as the home gateway and the number corresponding to each management item, and the number corresponding to the service for closing the instant hotline is 01002 through query.
Step 206: after receiving the 01002, the home gateway matches the 01002 with the number stored by the home gateway, and executes an operation of closing the instant hotline service after determining that the received number is matched with the number stored by the home gateway, thereby ending the current processing flow;
after the operation of closing the instant hotline service is executed, the fact that the instant hotline service is closed is indicated, and if the user A needs to restart the instant hotline service, the steps 201 to 204 are executed again;
if the home gateway does not match the 01002 number, no action is taken.
In the above process, the user a may also query the instant hotline service, and similarly, the user terminal of the user a inputs 01003 to the home gateway; after receiving the 01003, the home gateway matches the 01003 with the number stored therein, and after determining that the received number matches the number stored therein, executes an operation of inquiring the instant hotlining service, so that the user a can know whether the user a starts the instant hotlining service according to the heard ring tone.
In this embodiment, the user a can autonomously implement management of the hotline service through the home gateway according to the call status of the user in the current time period, so as to meet the current requirements of the user a, and the operation is simple and convenient.
Example two:
in this embodiment, the service implemented by the home gateway is a do-not-disturb service, and the home gateway has management items including executable do-not-disturb service and a number corresponding to each management item, where the management items of the do-not-disturb service include: the method comprises the steps of starting the no-disturbance service, closing the no-disturbance service and inquiring the no-disturbance service, wherein the number corresponding to the starting the no-disturbance service is set to be 02001, the number corresponding to the closing the no-disturbance service is set to be 02002, and the number corresponding to the inquiring the no-disturbance service is set to be 02003.
The method for managing the implemented service by the home gateway in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, includes the following steps:
step 301: when the user A does not want to answer any incoming call within a period of time, the user A inputs the 02001 to the home gateway through the user terminal of the user A;
here, the user terminal of the user a has the same management items of all services as the home gateway and the number corresponding to each management item, and the number corresponding to the activation of the disturbance-free service is 02001 by querying.
Step 302-303: after receiving the 01002, the home gateway matches the 01002 with a number stored by the home gateway; after the received number is determined to be matched with the number stored by the user, the operation of starting the disturbance-free service is executed;
here, if the home gateway does not match the 01002 number, no operation is performed;
after the do-not-disturb service is started, if an incoming call exists, no prompt is given.
Step 304: when the user A needs to close the disturbance-free service, inputting 02002 to the home gateway;
here, the user terminal of the user a has the same management items of all services as the home gateway and the number corresponding to each management item, and the number corresponding to the turn-off disturbance-free service can be obtained as 02002 through query.
Step 305: after receiving the 02002, the home gateway matches the 02002 with a number stored by the home gateway, and executes operation of closing the disturbance-free service after determining that the received number is matched with the number stored by the home gateway, and ends the current processing flow;
after the operation of closing the do-not-disturb service is executed, the fact that the do-not-disturb service is closed is indicated, and if the user A needs to open the do-not-disturb service again, the steps 301 to 303 are executed again;
if the home gateway is not matched with the number of 02002, no operation is performed;
in the process, the user A can also inquire the no-disturbance service, and input the x 02003 to the home gateway in the same way; after receiving the 02003, the home gateway matches the 02003 with the number stored by the home gateway, and executes the operation of inquiring the disturbance-free service after determining that the received number is matched with the number stored by the home gateway, so that the user A can know whether the disturbance-free service is opened or not according to the heard ring tone.
In this embodiment, the user can autonomously realize the management of the disturbance-free service through the home gateway according to the current state of the user, so that the current requirement of the user is met, and the operation is simple and convenient.
In order to implement the foregoing method, the present invention further provides a device for managing services by a home gateway, as shown in fig. 4, the device includes: a setting module 41, a matching module 42 and an execution module 43; wherein,
a setting module 41, configured to set a comparison table including all service management items and corresponding identifiers thereof;
the matching module 42 is configured to match the received identifier with an identifier in the stored comparison table after receiving the identifier corresponding to the service management item sent by the user terminal;
and the executing module 43 is configured to execute the service management item corresponding to the received identifier after determining that the received identifier matches with the identifier in the stored comparison table.
In practical application, after determining that the received identifier matches with an identifier in the stored comparison table, the matching module 42 sends the service management item corresponding to the received identifier to the executing module 43; correspondingly, after receiving the service management item sent by the matching module 43, the executing module 43 may determine that the received identifier matches with the identifier in the stored comparison table, and then execute the service management item corresponding to the received identifier.

and after the received identification is determined to be matched with the identification in the comparison table stored by the home gateway, the home gateway executes the service management item corresponding to the received identification.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to setting the look-up table, the method further comprises: the home gateway loads the service program to obtain the service which can be realized.

6. An apparatus for managing services by a home gateway, the apparatus comprising: the device comprises a setting module, a matching module and an execution module; wherein,
the setting module is used for setting all the service management items and the comparison tables of the corresponding identifications;
the matching module is used for matching the received identification with the identification in the stored comparison table after receiving the identification corresponding to the service management item sent by the user terminal;
and the execution module is used for executing the service management item corresponding to the received identifier after the received identifier is determined to be matched with the identifier in the stored comparison table.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising: and the storage module is used for storing the identification corresponding to the service management item in the comparison table.
