一种形成具有微结构的模内装饰模制品的方法,包括以下步骤:提供一贴附薄膜,其上具有微结构;将贴附薄膜送入模内装饰成型模具,使贴附薄膜的一选定区域贴靠于模穴内;进行合模与射胶;使该贴附薄膜的一选定区域自贴附薄膜上切下;停止射胶;开模取出成型的模制品。亦揭示由所述方法制成具有微结构的模制品,以及应用于该方法具有微结构的薄膜。
Description
技术领域
本发明关于一种于模制品上形成微结构的成型方法及应用该方法所制成的模制品。
背景技术
以射胶形成的模制品目前受到大众广泛使用。为了提醒、说明或装饰的效用,经常还需要在成型的模制品表面增加保护膜。为了对应此种需求,已经开发一种自动化程度高的模内转印(In Mold Roller,IMR)技术被采用。模内转印技术的工艺是有关于:将需印制的花纹先行印刷于薄膜上,从而在薄膜上形成一层带有花纹的油墨层;藉由送膜机将薄膜与塑模的型腔贴合,并进行注塑;注塑后带有花纹的油墨层与薄膜分离。薄膜脱落后,即可得印有花纹的模制品。该技术揭露的薄膜具有离型层与硬化层,且在成型开模时,载体层与离型层从粘着在塑件表面的硬质保护层上剥离,在成型后的塑件与转印后装饰薄膜上的硬化层与油墨层无法切齐,且硬化层的厚度在5微米(5μm)以内,通常经不起比较严重的外力刮伤。经长时间的使用后,硬化层会被磨耗,造成光泽度降低,甚至彩色图案亦会受到磨损。且离型层与载体层经剥离后无法再利用,制作成本偏高。
此外,上述模内转印技术,由于最后须将最上层的载体层与离型层剥离,露出转印后的硬化层与油墨层,其上的硬化层与油墨层无法具有表面的微结构。若模制品表面上能够形成微结构,可具有防止类似指纹或是轻微油污的功效,在视觉上以及触感上亦具有与平面不同的优点。因此,一种可在模制品表面呈现微结构的模内成型装饰的改良方法实属必要。
发明内容
本发明提供一种在模制品表面成型微结构的方法,包括以下步骤:提供一贴附薄膜,其具有微结构;将贴附薄膜送入模内装饰成型模具,使贴附薄膜的一选定区域贴靠于模穴内;进行第一次合模,公模的分模面与母模的分模面之间未接触;对模穴进行射胶;进行第二次合模,使公模的分模面与母模的分模面接触,并使该贴附薄膜的一选定区域自贴附薄膜上切下;充填完成,停止射胶;开模取出成型的模制品。本发明另提供一种运用上述的方法所制成的模制品。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明使用一种模内装饰成型模具对基材进行模内装饰成型,该模内成型模具包括一送膜装置15、一母模25及一公模30。
该送膜装置15包括一对薄膜传送轮及一对导向轮。其薄膜传送轮上具有预先处理的薄膜100,其上具有微结构。请参见图10,显示本发明薄膜层的结构,该贴附薄膜100包括一基体层102、一装饰层104及一黏着层106。其中,该薄膜100整体厚度约0.125毫米以下,较佳的是约0.038毫米。基体层102上预先形成微结构111,微结构111的制作方式可用雷射加工形成于基体层102表面,也可预先制作图样于模仁上,将模仁压印于基体层102表面,或是用一般网版印刷、凹版印刷方式印刷于基体层102表面上。
基体层102一般由聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、定向聚丙烯(OPP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)等一种或两种以上的高分子材料制成的单层膜,或者由选自于前述材料中两种或两种以上制成的积层膜或共聚合物膜。该基体层102的厚度最好是0.01毫米至0.125毫米。
在该基体层102上,形成有可显示图案及色彩等的装饰层104。装饰层104是用油墨涂覆于基体层102上所形成。此外,亦可利用真空蒸镀法、真空溅镀法等提供由铝、铬、铜、镍、铟、锡中一种或一种以上制成的金属膜层作为该装饰层104,这种装饰层104可使模制品表面呈现金属色泽。在本实施方式中,基体层102是透明或者半透明的,用于显现装饰层104的图案及色泽。
该黏着层106具有将该贴附薄膜100与欲射出的模制品基材结合的效果,且最好使用丙烯酸树酯、硝化纤维素树酯、聚胺基甲酸酯树脂、氯化橡胶树酯、氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚合物树酯、聚酰胺树酯、聚酯树酯、环氧树脂、聚碳酸树酯、烯烃树酯、丙烯腈-丁烯-苯乙烯树酯等作为该黏着层106的材料。该黏着层106以便在黏着性及印刷后干燥方面取得较好的综合效果。形成该黏着层106的方法可使用例如凹版印刷、网版印刷及胶版印刷等任一种一般性印刷方法,或者例如喷涂、刷涂等方法。
薄膜传送轮分设于模具上下游,用于牵引薄膜。所述导向轮用于对薄膜的传送方向进行引导。
母模25自具模穴22的一面至相对另一面贯穿开设若干排气槽,用于与抽真空装置相连以将由送膜装置15送入的薄膜吸附于模穴22的内壁。
公模30的分模面上开设一凹槽24,在该公模30的分模面上设有一切割部26。该公模30包括与母模25的模穴22相对应的配合部。配合部大致在其中央位置开设有贯穿公模30的射胶口用于将熔融状态的塑料注入母模25的模穴22内。请参阅图2,可以理解的是,亦可在该母模25的分模面上沿该模穴22周围开设一凹槽24,进而在该模穴22的周围形成一切割部26。
请参阅图5,本发明模内装饰成型方法的第一实施方式包括以下步骤:
步骤S102,提供一贴附薄膜100,其上具有微结构;
步骤S104,使用送膜装置15牵引贴附薄膜100并使贴附薄膜100沿着母模25的分模面送到母模25与公模30之间并将其压制定位于母模25的分模面上。贴附薄膜100的一选定区域贴合在母模25的模穴22的内壁,如图3所示。本较佳实施方式是经由对母模25的模穴22进行抽真空的方法将贴附薄膜100吸附于母模25的模穴22。
步骤S106,进行第一次合模,但此时公模30的分模面与母模25的分模面之间尚未接触。
步骤S108,进行射胶,由公模30侧进行射胶至成型树脂充填总量的90%99.5%,优选方案为99.5%,形成模制品基材;贴附在模穴22内的贴附薄膜100粘着在模制品基材的表面。
步骤S110,进行第二次合模,使公模30的分模面与母模25的分模面之间接触,在第二次合模的同时将剩余的充填量进行射胶充填,同时,在公模30的分模面的挤压下,公模30的切割部26将粘着在模制品基材表面的贴附薄膜100的一选定区域自贴附薄膜100上切下,切下的选定区域与送膜装置15上的贴附薄膜100脱离。
步骤S112,充填完成,停止射胶。
步骤S114,冷却。
步骤S116,开模,将模制品顶出,即可得到表面附着有贴附薄膜100的模制品,且贴附薄膜上具有微结构;同时,送膜装置15将贴附薄膜100位于该成型周期内的部分自公、母模30、20之间移出,并开始下一成型周期。
请参阅图6,本发明模内装饰成型方法的第二实施方式包括以下步骤:
步骤S202,提供一连续的贴附薄膜100,其上具有微结构;
步骤S204,使用送膜装置15牵引贴附薄膜100并使贴附薄膜100沿着母模25的分模面送到母模25与公模30之间并将其压制定位于母模25的分模面上。并使贴附薄膜100的选定区域贴合在母模25的模穴22内,如图3所示。模具设有一切割部26或26’。
步骤S206,进行合模。
步骤S208,进行射胶,将模制品基材成形于模穴22内的贴附薄膜100之上,如图4所示。
步骤S210,利用该模具的切割部26或26’将粘着在模制品基材表面的贴附薄膜100自连续的贴附薄膜切下。
步骤S212,充填完成,停止射胶。
步骤S214,冷却。
步骤S216,开模,将模制品基材顶出,即可得到表面附着有贴附薄膜100的模制品,且贴附薄膜100上具有预先形成的微结构。
上述模内装饰成型方法将贴附薄膜利用送膜装置实现连续送膜,贴附薄膜预先形成微结构,并直接在模内进行射胶与裁切,不仅可以得到着色牢固,表面具有微结构的塑料件,且形成的塑料件与习知技术相较具有硬度提高、不易磨损的特性,而且因为表面呈现与平面不同的凹凸状,进而达到防指纹以及轻微油污的效果。视觉上亦具有与平面不同的美观效果。另外,此种方法亦可以实现连续自动化生产,生产效率提高,进而使成品的质量提高。
请参照图7A、7B,利用上述模内装饰成型方法制成一壳体10,该壳体10包括一基材200及一贴附薄膜100,其贴附薄膜上具有微结构111。该基材200具有一顶面201与一侧缘202围绕该顶面201,该贴附薄膜100贴附于该基材200上,并完全包覆该顶面201。
请参照图8A、8B,利用上述模内装饰成型方法制成另一壳体20,该壳体20包括一基材300及一贴附薄膜500,贴附薄膜500上具有微结构111;该基材300具有一顶面301与一侧缘302围绕该顶面301,该贴附薄膜500贴附于该基材300上,并完全包覆该顶面301及该侧缘302。
其中,微结构111可以是圆锥状、角锥状、圆点凸起等等的图样,图示的形状仅为示意用途,非限定微结构的形状。
请参照图9为沿图7B的9-9剖面线所取的剖视图,该贴附薄膜100包括一基体层102、一装饰层104及一黏着层106。
综上所述,本发明符合发明专利要件,爰依法提出专利申请。惟,以上所述者仅为本发明较佳实施方式,举凡熟悉本案技艺人士,在爰依本案创作精神所作的等效修饰或变化,皆应包含于以下的权利要求内。
Claims (29)
1.一种形成具有微结构的模内装饰模制品的方法,包括以下步骤:
提供具有微结构的贴附薄膜;
将贴附薄膜送入模内装饰成型模具,使贴附薄膜的一选定区域贴靠于模穴内;
进行第一次合模,公模的分模面与母模的分模面之间未接触;
对模穴进行射胶;
进行第二次合模,使公模的分模面与母模的分模面接触,并使该贴附薄膜的一选定区域自贴附薄膜上切下;
充填完成,停止射胶;
开模取出表面具有微结构的模制品。
2.如权利要求1所述模内装饰模制品表面具有微结构的方法,其特征在于:该微结构系以雷射加工、压印、或是凹板印刷方式形成于贴附薄膜上。
3.如权利要求1所述模内装饰模制品表面具有微结构的方法,其特征在于该贴附薄膜的整体厚度约在0.038毫米至0.15毫米之间。
4.如权利要求1所述模内装饰模制品表面具有微结构的方法,其特征在于该贴附薄膜包括一基体层及一黏着层。
5.如权利要求4所述形成具有微结构的模内装饰模制品的方法,其特征在于该贴附薄膜还包括一装饰层,该装饰层位于该基体层与黏着层之间。
6.如权利要求4所述形成具有微结构的模内装饰模制品的方法,其特征在于该基体层是由聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、定向聚丙烯(OPP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)的一种或两种以上的高分子材料制成。
7.一种形成具有微结构的模内装饰模制品的方法,包括以下步骤:
提供一连续的贴附薄膜,其上具有微结构;
将该连续的贴附薄膜送入模内装饰成型模具,使贴附薄膜的一选定区域贴靠于模穴内,其中该模具设有一切割部;
进行合模;
对模穴进行射胶;
利用该模具的切割部将该贴附薄膜的一选定区域自该连续的贴附薄膜上切下;
开模取出具有微结构的模制品。
8.如权利要求7所述模内装饰模制品表面具有微结构的方法,其特征在于该微结构系以雷射加工、压印、或是凹板印刷方式形成于贴附薄膜上。
9.如权利要求7所述模内装饰模制品表面具有微结构的方法,其特征在于该贴附薄膜的整体厚度约在0.038毫米至0.15毫米之间。
10.如权利要求7所述形成具有微结构的模内装饰模制品的方法,其特征在于该贴附薄膜包括一基体层及一黏着层。
11.如权利要求10所述形成具有微结构的模内装饰模制品的方法,其特征在于该贴附薄膜还包括一装饰层,该装饰层位于该基体层与黏着层之间。
12.如权利要求10所述形成具有微结构的模内装饰模制品的方法,其特征在于该基体层是由聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、定向聚丙烯(OPP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)的一种或两种以上的高分子材料制成。
13.一种模制品,系运用权利要求1所述形成具有微结构的模内装饰模制品的方法所制成,其特征在于:模制品表面具有微结构。
14.如权利要求13所述的模制品,其特征在于该贴附薄膜包括一基体层及一黏着层。
15.如权利要求13所述的模制品,其特征在于该贴附薄膜还包括一第一装饰层,该第一装饰层位于该基体层与黏着层之间。
16.如权利要求13所述的模制品,其特征在于该贴附薄膜还包括一第二装饰层,该第二装饰层与微结构位于同一侧。
17.如权利要求14所述的模制品,其特征在于该基体层是由聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、定向聚丙烯(OPP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)的一种或两种以上的高分子材料制成。
18.一种模制品,系运用权利要求7所述在模制品表面成型立体图样的方法所制成,其特征在于:模制品表面具有微结构。
19.如权利要求18所述的模制品,其特征在于该贴附薄膜包括一基体层及一黏着层。
20.如权利要求18所述的模制品,其特征在于该贴附薄膜还包括一第一装饰层,该第一装饰层位于该基体层与黏着层之间。
21.如权利要求18所述的模制品,其特征在于该贴附薄膜还包括一第二装饰层,该第二装饰层与微结构位于同一侧。
22.如权利要求18所述的模制品,其特征在于该基体层是由聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、定向聚丙烯(OPP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)的一种或两种以上的高分子材料制成。
23.一种贴附薄膜,用以贴附于以模内装饰方法所制成的模制品,包括:一基体层以及一黏着层,其特征在于:该基体层具有一微结构。
24.如权利要求23所述的贴附薄膜,其特征在于该贴附薄膜的厚度在0.038毫米至0.15毫米之间。
25.如权利要求23所述的贴附薄膜,该微结构在于基体层的上表面。
26.如权利要求23所述的贴附薄膜,该微结构在于基体层的下表面。
27.如权利要求23所述的贴附薄膜,该贴附薄膜还包括一第一装饰层,该第一装饰层位于该基体层与黏着层之间。
28.如权利要求23所述用于模内成型模制品的表面薄膜,该表面薄膜还包括一第二装饰层,该第二装饰层与微结构位于同一侧。
29.如权利要求23所述的贴附薄膜,其特征在于该基体层是由聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、定向聚丙烯(OPP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)的一种或两种以上的高分子材料制成。
