Abstract

一种发光二极管嵌灯,包括一灯壳、收容于灯壳内的发光二极管模组及一灯座,所述灯座枢接于灯壳外且灯壳相对于灯座可转动。本发明中灯座与灯壳枢接,灯具的照射方向通过转动灯壳可以改变,满足特定区域或方向指定照射的需要。

发光二极管嵌灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管嵌灯。
背景技术
发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,简称LED),是一种半导体发光器件,它是利用半导体芯片作为发光器件,在半导体中通过载流子发生复合放出过剩的能量而引起光子发射,直接发出红、蓝等各种颜色的光,发光二极管照明产品就是利用发光二极管作为光源制造出来的照明器具,广泛用于通讯、照明、交通、户外看板等领域。
在室内照明中,一些灯具被设计成嵌入于墙壁或是天花板内,以此获得较佳的整体视觉效果,这些灯具被业界统称为嵌灯。
由于发光二极管工作时会产生大量的热量,为使这些热量及时散发,保证发光二极管正常工作,需在壳体下部加装一散热器,通常散热器与壳体螺锁固定。发光二极管所产生的热量通过散热器散发到空气中,以维持其正常工作温度。
由于壳体与散热器分开设置而通过螺钉连接固定,一方面灯具整体占有空间较大,另一方面安装散热器到壳体上也费力费时,且稳定性不佳。
此外,传统的嵌灯固定在墙壁或是天花板之后,其照明角度无法根据需要进行调整,使用范围较窄。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有紧凑的散热结构、照明角度可调节的发光二极管嵌灯。
一种发光二极管嵌灯,包括一灯壳、收容于灯壳内的发光二极管模组及一灯座,所述灯座枢接于灯壳外且灯壳相对于灯座可转动。
与现有技术相比,本发明灯座与灯壳枢接,灯具的照射方向通过转动灯壳可以改变,满足特定区域或方向指定照射的需要。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
图1至图6揭示本发明一较佳实施例的发光二极管嵌灯,其包括一灯壳10、收容于灯壳10内的发光二极管模组20、与灯壳10连接的灯座30及固定于灯壳10外侧的一电源适配器40。
所述灯壳10由导热性能良好的铝、铜等金属材料一体形成,其包括一圆盘形的底座12,底座12外侧壁相对设有一对定位孔120,底座12底部内凹设有一圆柱形的收容槽122,收容槽122侧周壁的边缘设有环槽124,一穿线孔126贯穿底座12中心,围绕穿线孔126间隔设有三个螺孔128。若干散热片14由底座12上表面垂直向上延伸,每一散热片14呈半圆形,其厚度由灯壳10的中央向两侧逐渐增加,其大小由灯壳10的相对侧边向中央逐渐增加,最外侧的散热片14设有一对间隔并列的固定孔140。
所述发光二极管模组20包括一圆形电路板22、圆形板状透镜24及杯状的反光罩26。所述电路板22对应穿线孔126设通孔220,对应螺孔128设有穿孔222,电路板22的底部围绕通孔220、间隔贴设三个发光二极管224,每一发光二极管224设置于相邻穿孔222之间。所述反光罩26对应发光二极管224罩设其上,以引导发光二极管224发出的光。每一反光罩26的顶部设有一开口260,螺钉90  顺次穿入反光罩26的开口260,穿过电路板22的穿孔222并螺锁在底座12的螺孔128内,将电路板22固定在位于收容槽122内的底座12内表面,反光罩26固定在电路板22上。所述透镜24对应反光罩26设有圆形的孔口240,孔口240的大小对应反光罩26底部开口(未标号)的大小,以便发光二极管224发出的光经透镜24向外照射。透镜24直径大小与底座12的直径大小相当,透镜24的边缘紧配合在底座12的环槽124内,同时将反光罩26夹置于电路板22与透镜24之间。
所述灯座30包括一中空的圆筒状本体32,本体32的内径大于底座12的外径,本体32顶部边缘向上延伸出一对凸耳320,一把手36绕设在凸耳320上,以便将发光二极管嵌灯固定在墙洞内或其他需要固定的地方。本体32的外侧壁相对设有供定位拴60穿过的定位孔300,本体32底部沿其外缘水平向外延伸出一环边34,环边34用来抵靠在墙洞周围的墙体表面。定位拴60顺次穿入定位孔300与底座12的定位孔120,活动连接灯座30与底座12,此时灯座30的内侧壁与底座12外围之间留有活动空间,使底座12相对于灯座30可以通过定位拴60在一定范围内来回转动,即发光二极管模组20相对于灯座30的照射角度在一定范围内通过转动底座12调节。
所述电源适配器40包括一条状的固定板42,螺钉80穿过固定板42并锁合在灯壳10最外侧散热片14的固定孔140内,将电源适配器40固定在灯壳10最外侧的散热片14上。
工作时,发光二极管模组20产生的热量经灯壳10外侧的散热片14直接散发到外部环境,电源适配器40由于设置在发光二极管嵌灯的外部,其产生的热量直接散发到大气中,无需借助散热片14,故散热片14可以完全用来对发光二极管模组20进行散热;发光二极管模组20产生的光经反光罩26、透镜24穿过底座12向外照射。
本发明中,由于灯座30与灯壳10枢接,灯具的照射方向通过转动灯壳10可以改变,满足特定区域或方向指定照射的需要;由于灯壳10一体形成散热片14,避免灯壳10与单个的散热器需要通过螺钉固定,即将传统的单个的灯罩与散热器分别结合的方式用一个单独的元件代替,避免单个灯罩与散热器分别结合带来的繁琐。

Claims (10)

1.一种发光二极管嵌灯,包括一灯壳、收容于灯壳内的发光二极管模组及一灯座,其特征在于:所述灯座枢接于灯壳外且灯壳相对于灯座可转动。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述灯壳底部设有一收容槽,所述发光二极管模组容置于收容槽内并固定于灯壳底表面。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述灯壳包括一体成型的若干散热片。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:还包括一固定于灯壳最外侧散热片的一电源适配器。
5.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述灯壳底部边缘设有一环槽,所述发光二极管模组包括嵌设于环槽内的透镜。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述发光二极管模组包括固定于灯壳底表面的电路板、贴设在电路板上的若干发光二极管及夹置于电路板与透镜之间并罩设发光二极管的反光罩。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述反光罩设有开口,一螺钉穿过开口及电路板锁固在灯壳底表面。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述灯座的本体环绕灯壳周边设置。
9.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述散热片的厚度由灯壳的底部向顶部逐渐变小。
10.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述散热片的尺寸由灯壳的中央向两侧逐渐增加。
