Abstract
The invention discloses a mobile telephone terminal supporting a resource configuration file and a network configuration method. The mobile telephone terminal has a resource configuration file resolving and storing function for configuring resources of the mobile telephone terminal. The network configuration method comprises the following steps: after starting up, communicating and interacting with a mobile phone network control server and checking whether a mobile phone terminal user updates the resource configuration file or not; if a resource configuration list which is updated by a user and from the mobile phone network control server is received, updating the resource configuration file; and if the user changes the resource configuration locally, updating a local resource configuration file according to a configured parameter and transmitting updated resource configuration information to the mobile phone network control server. The terminal and the method have the advantages of upgrading a mobile phone into a resource which can be controlled or configured by the user through Internet, providing configuration for mobile phone services, providing a service for controlling a lost mobile phone to lock and always displaying loss statement information and providing a service for controlling a person under guardianship to only use the mobile phone within the permitted time and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mobile communication, in particular to a mobile phone terminal supporting a resource configuration file and a network configuration method.
Background
In the current wireless broadband mobile communication field, especially the development of the third generation mobile communication, the mobile phone terminal enters the wireless broadband application field. Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a mobile phone terminal which can be set by a network and a method for carrying out network configuration on a resource configuration file of the mobile phone terminal. The invention can make user manage and control various resources and functions of mobile phone terminal through internet.
The invention has the general technical concept that a mobile phone network control server is established and connected with a mobile communication core network, a mobile phone is communicated and interacted with the mobile phone network control server after being started, whether a mobile phone terminal user updates or changes a resource configuration file is checked, if the user changes the resource configuration file, the resource configuration file is updated after a changed or updated configuration item is obtained from the mobile phone network control server, and the resource in the mobile phone terminal is set and controlled according to a resource configuration list in the latest resource configuration file; if the user updates the mobile phone resource configuration file in the mobile phone network control server, the mobile phone network control server transmits the resource configuration list updated by the user to the mobile phone of the user, and the mobile phone of the user sets and controls the resource in the mobile phone terminal according to the resource configuration list in the latest resource configuration file.

if the authorized user locally changes the resource configuration, updating the local resource configuration file according to the configured parameters, transmitting the locally updated resource configuration to the mobile phone network control server, and updating the resource configuration file of the user by the mobile phone network control server.
The communication interaction refers to communication interaction based on short messages or communication interaction based on an IP data network; the communication content is described by encrypted XML, and the XML is an abbreviation of Extensible Markup Language, namely, Extensible Markup Language.
The communication interaction further comprises communication interaction for an IP data network, and a TCP/IP communication protocol is adopted.

d. if the mobile phone network control server receives the updated resource configuration uploaded by the authorized user, updating the resource configuration file of the user; and if the mobile phone network control server receives the updated resource configuration uploaded by the unauthorized user, storing the updated resource configuration information in an alarm information list of the user.
The user account comprises a primary account and a sub account, the primary account user can change resource configuration and setting in the mobile phone, the mobile phone with the sub account is controlled by the primary account, and the sub account can only change the configuration and setting of resources which are allowed to be changed by the primary account in the mobile phone.
The invention has the following technical effects:

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a system structure in which a mobile phone can be configured by a network configuration, wherein:
the mobile phone network control server 100 is composed of a computer database server system, and is interconnected with a mobile communication core network through a data network, preferably, the communication protocol adopts an HTTP protocol, and the communication content adopts XML description;
the mobile phone network control server 100 is interconnected with the mobile phone terminal through a data network via a mobile communication core network, and the communication protocol adopts a protocol specified by a telecom operator;
the internet computer 110 is interconnected with the mobile phone network control server 100 through an internet data network, the communication protocol adopts an HTTP protocol, and the communication content adopts XML description.
A network settable mobile phone terminal comprising the functions of:

The functions of the mobile phone terminal that the network can set are realized by a client program installed on the mobile phone terminal, or by a support system integrated in the mobile phone terminal.
The resources include, but are not limited to, call out, incoming call ringing, short message editing, short message sending, mail editing, mail sending, mail receiving, multimedia message editing, multimedia message receiving, multimedia message sending, call recording, short message recording, multimedia message recording, mail recording, short message center address, multimedia message center address, call blacklist, short message blacklist, internet browser, camera, lock keyboard, operation password, smart card, phone book, storage file.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an example network structure in which a mobile phone can be configured by a network. Wherein,
the mobile phone terminal a is a network settable mobile phone terminal;
the mobile phone terminal a is interconnected with the handset network control server 100 through a mobile communication core network, preferably, the communication protocol employs TCP/IP protocol, and the communication content employs XML description.
The method for carrying out network configuration on the resource configuration file of the mobile phone terminal comprises the following steps:
A. the user uses account number and cipher on the internet computer 110 to access the mobile phone network control server 100 on the internet, browses the resource allocation of the mobile phone controlled by the user, and modifies the resource allocation of the mobile phone terminal a controlled by the user;
B. the mobile phone network control server 100 transmits the resource configuration list updated by the user to the mobile phone terminal a;
C. the mobile phone terminal a receives the updated mobile phone resource configuration list from the mobile phone network control server 100, updates the resource configuration file, configures the resources in the mobile phone according to the resource configuration list in the latest resource configuration file, and controls the resource module according to the configured parameters.
The method for updating the local resource configuration file by the mobile phone terminal comprises the following steps:
a. after the mobile phone terminal A is started, logging in a mobile phone network control server 100 through a user account and a password;
b. the mobile phone terminal A and the mobile phone network control server 100 are communicated and interacted, the consistency check of the resource configuration file is carried out, if the resource configuration file is inconsistent, the mobile phone terminal A downloads the resource configuration file from the mobile phone network control server 100, the resource configuration file is stored as a latest resource configuration file, the resource in the mobile phone terminal A is configured according to a resource configuration list in the latest resource configuration file, and the resource module is controlled according to the configured parameters;
c. the user of the mobile phone terminal A changes the resource configuration on the mobile phone terminal A, and the mobile phone terminal A updates the local resource configuration file according to the configured parameters and transmits the locally updated resource configuration to the mobile phone network control server 100;
d. if the mobile phone network control server 100 receives the updated resource configuration uploaded by the authorized user, updating the resource configuration file of the user; if the mobile phone network control server 100 receives the updated resource configuration uploaded by the unauthorized user, the updated resource configuration information is stored in the alarm information list of the user.
The user account comprises a primary account and a sub account, the primary account user can change resource configuration and setting in the mobile phone, the mobile phone with the sub account is controlled by the primary account, and the sub account can only change the configuration and setting of resources which are allowed to be changed by the primary account in the mobile phone.
In order to facilitate a further understanding of the invention, reference will now be made in detail to specific examples.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is an example of XML description of uploading a resource configuration of a mobile phone part according to the first embodiment.

after starting up, the mobile phone terminal communicates with the mobile phone network control server, checks whether the mobile phone terminal user updates or changes the resource configuration file, if the user changes the resource configuration file, the mobile phone network control server updates the resource configuration file after obtaining the changed or updated configuration items, configures the resources in the mobile phone terminal according to the latest resource configuration list in the resource configuration file, and controls the resource module according to the configured parameters;
if receiving a resource configuration list updated by a user from a mobile phone network control server, updating a resource configuration file, configuring resources in the mobile phone terminal according to the resource configuration list in the latest resource configuration file, and controlling a resource module according to the configured parameters;
if the authorized user locally changes the resource configuration, updating the local resource configuration file according to the configured parameters, transmitting the locally updated resource configuration to the mobile phone network control server, and updating the resource configuration file of the user by the mobile phone network control server.
2. The network configurable mobile phone terminal according to claim 1, wherein said communication interaction is a short message based communication interaction or an IP data network based communication interaction; the communication content is described by encrypted XML, and the XML is an abbreviation of Extensible Markup Language, namely, Extensible Markup Language.
3. The network configurable mobile telephone terminal of claim 1, wherein said communication interaction further comprises communication interaction for an IP data network using TCP/IP communication protocol.
4. The network configurable mobile phone terminal according to claim 1, wherein said mobile phone network control server is formed by a computer database system interconnected with the mobile phone terminal through a mobile communication core network for storing a mobile phone resource profile of a user of the mobile phone terminal, for providing WEB or WAP or client server services for changing the mobile phone resource profile to the user.
5. The network configurable mobile phone terminal of claim 1, wherein said handset network control server is further interconnected with the internet to provide an interface service for a user to browse or change the configuration of handset resources through an internet computer.
6. The network configurable mobile phone terminal according to claim 1, wherein the functions of the network configurable mobile phone terminal are implemented by a client program installed on the mobile phone terminal or by a support system integrated in the mobile phone terminal.

The network configurable mobile phone terminal of claim 1, wherein said resources include, but are not limited to, call out, incoming call ringing, text message editing, text message sending, mail editing, mail sending, mail receiving, multimedia message editing, multimedia message receiving, multimedia message sending, call recording, text message recording, multimedia message recording, mail recording, text message center address, multimedia message center address, call black and white list, text black and white list, internet browser, camera, lock keyboard, passcode, smart card, phone book, and/or storage file.
8. A method for network configuration of a resource profile of a mobile phone terminal, comprising the steps of:
A. a user accesses a mobile phone network control server on the Internet by using an account and a password, browses the resource configuration of a mobile phone controlled by the user, and modifies the resource configuration of a target mobile phone controlled by the user;
B. the mobile phone network control server transmits the resource configuration list updated by the user to the target mobile phone;
C. the target mobile phone receives the updated mobile phone resource configuration list from the mobile phone network control server, updates the resource configuration file, configures the resources in the mobile phone according to the resource configuration list in the latest resource configuration file, and controls the resource module according to the configured parameters.
9. A method for updating a local resource configuration file by a mobile phone terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. after the mobile phone is started, logging in a mobile phone network control server through a user account and a password;
b. the mobile phone is communicated and interacted with the mobile phone network control server, the consistency check of the resource configuration file is carried out, if the resource configuration file is inconsistent, the mobile phone downloads the resource configuration file from the mobile phone network control server, the resource configuration file is stored as a latest resource configuration file, the resource in the mobile phone is configured according to a resource configuration list in the latest resource configuration file, and the resource module is controlled according to the configured parameters;

d. if the mobile phone network control server receives the updated resource configuration uploaded by the authorized user, updating the resource configuration file of the user; and if the mobile phone network control server receives the updated resource configuration uploaded by the unauthorized user, storing the updated resource configuration information in an alarm information list of the user.

The method for updating the local resource configuration file by the mobile phone terminal according to claim 9, wherein the user account includes a primary account and a secondary account, the primary account user can change the resource configuration and setting in the mobile phone, the mobile phone with the secondary account is a mobile phone controlled by the primary account, and the secondary account can only change the resource configuration and setting of the mobile phone in which the primary account allows the secondary account to change.
