本发明提供了一种含有红景天的卷烟纸,烟草在吸食过程中会产生一定量对人体有害的辅射及过氧化物,目前的卷烟纸对香烟烟气本身及有害物质没有任何影响。本发明提供了一种能很好的解决氧化和辐射问题的卷烟纸,技术方案为:由在卷烟纸生产过程中添加占成品纸重量百分比为1~15%的红景天提取物得到的卷烟纸;也可在卷烟纸生产过程中再添加占成品纸重量百分比为10~15%的粘合剂,制成含有红景天的卷烟纸。本发明所述的卷烟纸能很好的解决氧化和辐射问题,能使吸烟者更加安全,并具有调香、提香、谐香等改善烟草香气和质量的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于造纸技术领域,具体涉及一种卷烟纸。
背景技术
卷烟纸作为一个特殊纸种,在薄页纸中占有较高的地位,同时它作为卷烟辅料,又在卷烟工业中占有一席之地,它与其他卷烟辅料如水松纸、成型纸相比,最主要的特点是卷烟纸不仅仅是烟丝的包裹材料,它还参与卷烟的燃烧,影响烟气的扩散及主流烟气的化学成份,且烟草在吸食过程中会产生一定量对人体有害的辅射及过氧化物,而目前生产的卷烟纸对香烟烟气本身及有害物质没有任何影响。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种能很好的解决氧化和辐射问题的卷烟纸,该卷烟纸有很好的抗氧化作用,能使吸烟者更加安全,并具有调香、提香、谐香等改善烟草香气和质量的作用。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种含有红景天的卷烟纸,是由在卷烟纸生产过程中添加占成品纸重量百分比为1~15%的红景天提取物得到的卷烟纸;优选的,添加占成品纸重量百分比为2~10%的红景天提取物。
为了让加入的红景天不至于在造纸的后续工序有所损失,可以在卷烟纸生产过程中通过施胶机添加红景天提取物,制成含有红景天的卷烟纸。
为了能让红景天更好的承载在卷烟纸上,可以在卷烟纸生产过程中添加红景天的基础上加入10~15%的甲基纤维素,3~8%的粘合剂;优选加入12~14%的甲基纤维素和4~6%的粘合剂。
所述粘合剂为木薯淀粉或瓜尔胶。
有益效果
①红景天中含有红景天甙和甙元酪醇、黄酮类、熊果苷、没食子酸、伞形花办酯、东莨菪素、山萘酚、内酯类化合物、糖类、氨基酸、脂肪酸、挥发油等多种有效成份。其中:红景天甙和甙元酪醇具有抗疲劳、抗缺氧、抗微波辐射、抗毒以及对神经系统和新陈代谢的双向调节作用;黄酮类具有多种生理功能,抗菌、消炎、抗氧化、活血化淤、抗过敏、抗辐射等;熊果苷、没食子酸、伞形花办酯、东莨菪素、山萘酚等具有抗菌消炎作用,同时山萘酚、东莨菪素还有止咳祛痰作用;内酯类化合物具有抗菌、止咳平喘等作用;糖类、氨基酸、脂肪酸等在烟草上具有调节口感、香味等作用;氨基酸是香味物质,在燃烧过程中更是会产生各种不同香型;挥发油不仅是香气物质,更具有多种生理功效和疗效。利用在卷烟纸生产过程中添加有红景天提取物的卷烟纸包裹烟丝,能很好的解决氧化和辐射问题,将烟气中的过氧化物降低3/4以上,使吸烟者更加安全,并具有调香、提香、谐香等改善烟草香气和质量的作用。
②采用本发明所述的卷烟纸包裹烟丝,不引入新的有害物质,参与燃烧后不产生异味和有害物质。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步介绍。
实施例1
在卷烟纸生产过程中添加占成品纸重量百分比为1%的红景天提取物。
实施例2
在卷烟纸生产过程中添加占成品纸重量百分比为15%的红景天提取物。
实施例3
在卷烟纸生产过程中添加占成品纸重量百分比为2%的红景天提取物,10%的甲基纤维素和3%的木薯淀粉。
实施例4
在卷烟纸生产过程中添加占成品纸重量百分比为10%的红景天提取物,15%的甲基纤维素和8%的瓜尔胶。
实施例5
在卷烟纸生产过程中添加占成品纸重量百分比为4%的红景天提取物,12%的甲基纤维素和4%的瓜尔胶。
实施例6
在卷烟纸生产过程中添加占成品纸重量百分比为8%的红景天提取物,14%的甲基纤维素和6%的木薯淀粉。
本发明在卷烟纸生产过程中添加有红景天提取物的卷烟纸和未添加红景天的卷烟纸进行燃烧对比,未检出新的有害物质。
Claims (5)
1.一种含有红景天的卷烟纸,其特征在于:是由在卷烟纸生产过程中通过施胶机添加占成品纸重量百分比为1~15%的红景天提取物,10~15%的甲基纤维素和3~8%的粘合剂得到的卷烟纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有红景天的卷烟纸,其特征在于:在卷烟纸生产过程中添加占成品纸重量百分比为2~10%的红景天提取物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的含有红景天的卷烟纸,其特征在于:在卷烟纸生产过程中添加占成品纸重量百分比为12~14%的甲基纤维素和4~6%的粘合剂。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的含有红景天的卷烟纸,其特征在于:所述的粘合剂为木薯淀粉或瓜尔胶。
5.根据权利要求3所述的含有红景天的卷烟纸,其特征在于:所述的粘合剂为木薯淀粉或瓜尔胶。
