本发明涉及一种电缆,特别是一种防爆电缆。
背景技术
目前,使用的电缆在抗拉压的设计上一般都是一层,采用单一的钢丝层或单一的钢带层,承受极限外力差,电缆易损坏。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种新的电缆,结构简单,能有效地延长在高温下连续运行的时间。
本发明解决问题的技术方案是:一种防爆电缆,包括缆芯、护套、抗拉压层,抗拉压层设置双层,外层为钢丝层,内层为钢带层,在钢丝层与钢带层间设置阻燃耐温层。
钢丝层和钢带层的钢丝和钢带都为镀锌钢丝和镀锌钢带。
本发明的有益的效果是,结构简单,承受极限外力能力强,不易损坏,能有效地延长电缆在高温下连续运行的时间,确保供电安全。

具体实施方式
一种防爆电缆,包括缆芯2、护套9、抗拉压层,抗拉压层设置双层,外层为钢丝层8,内层为钢带层6,在钢丝层8与钢带层6间设置阻燃耐温层7,缆芯2由四股设有保护层4的金属导体3及阻燃填充料1构成,缆芯2外套有内护套5,内护套5外设置钢带层6,钢带层6外套设阻燃耐温层7,阻燃耐温层7外套设钢丝层8,钢丝层8外设阻燃护套9,钢丝层8和钢带层6的钢丝和钢带都为镀锌钢丝和镀锌钢带。
Claims (2)
1.一种防爆电缆,包括览芯、护套、抗拉压层,其特征是:抗拉压层设置双层,外层为钢丝层,内层为钢带层,在钢丝层与钢带层间设置阻燃耐温层。
2.按照权利要求1所述的防爆电缆,其特征是:钢丝层和钢带层的钢丝和钢带都为镀锌钢丝和镀锌钢带。
