Abstract
本发明涉及吹塑成型的热塑树脂容器的底座构形。已经发现,在预制件吹塑成型时使相邻腿和脚之间的肋有更大的范围,由于肋有较大宽度,从而成比例地加厚了预制件材料厚度,这样,在底座结构的高应力区提供了较大强度,其结果减少了应力裂纹损坏。
Description
本发明一般涉及吹塑成型的热塑树脂容器的新颖、实用的改进,具体涉及这种容器底座构形。
多少年来,已在生产一些容器,主要是瓶子,它们底座构形以半球形为主,但它带有凸起,形成多个止于脚的腿,在这些腿之间的底座构形部分为肋的形式,这种底座构形的一个严重问题是产生应力裂纹及断裂,应力裂纹是当施加的压力超过临界值时在底座产生的。通过使施加的压力低于临界值,可以消除应力裂纹的产生,从而也可消除断裂的产生,根据本发明,底座构形的改进是通过使肋条横截面加至最大,从而,当施加一个例如内压的力时,在肋条上产生低的应力。
本发明特别涉及热塑性树脂吹塑容器,用于封装碳酸饮料。这种底座构形的基本要求是:能耐受内部压力,能耐受降落冲击,具有竖立的稳定性,具有可吹塑性,并且重量轻。
在有内压情况下,内部负荷的主要部分由肋条承载,为了把最大的应力水平保持在极限内,肋条的断面必须加至最大,并且避免肋条和脚结合处出现尖锐的突然过渡,同时脚的形状和尺寸应该是可吹
塑的。考虑到可允许的总的底表面积,可吹塑的脚的形状及尺寸,所要求的竖立稳定性以及所要求的底座及脚的最低点之间的高度差,作为对比,过去用六个腿六个脚,如果腿的数目减至5个,则肋的截面积可更容易地增加,达到本发明的优点。通过限制所使用的腿的数目,底座构形提供给肋的面积可以增加,肋有更多空间的一个必然结果是,肋的厚度(因此其截面积)对任何构形而言可更容易地增加。
由于内部负载的主要部分由肋承载,可以肯定,如果肋构成得比其邻近的腿侧壁厚的话,底座用最小量的材料,即可满足其所需达到的功能。
这样,根据本发明,提供了一种吹塑成型的热塑树脂容器,其底座构形的底部平面轮廓整体呈圆形,包括5个绕底座径向分布的中空腿,每一腿始于容器本体底的圆周,止于圆形底平面轮廓的径向向内的一个脚,并且,邻近的每一个腿被径向延伸的肋分隔开,其中,每一肋的壁厚大于邻近的腿侧壁的壁厚。
关于本发明的上述的目的及后面将谈到的其他的目的,本发明的性质等,通过参照附图,权利要求书的如下详述,将会更清楚地得到理解。
图1是一个瓶子的立视图,它具有本发明的底座构形。
图2是图1的瓶底座构形的放大底平面视图,但其中使用了六个腿。
图3是图1的瓶底座构形的一个底平面视图,其中仅有五个
腿。
图4是沿图3的4-4线的一个放大局部垂直剖视图,示出通过其中一个腿和一个直径上相对的肋的底座构形。
图5是沿图3的5-5线的一局部放大垂直剖视图,示出其中一个肋的具体构形。
现参照详细的附图,可以看到,图1中是一个惯用型瓶子,其总体以序号10表示,瓶10由热塑树脂(例如PET)制成,且由一个预制品吹塑而成,该预制品包含有一个注射成型的颈口部分12。瓶10有一肩部14,圆柱形本体16,以及一个底座构形18,这种底座构形是本发明讨论的主题。
首先参见示于图2的现有技术中的底座构形,可以看到,图2的底座总体以20表示,具有6个腿和脚的底座构形中的腿和脚的外形为,每一个腿22始于容器本体底的圆周,止于圆形底部平面轮廓的径向向内置位的脚24。每一相邻的腿的外形基本相同,并且被相应的径向延伸的肋26所分隔。一般说来,应力裂缝出现在这些肋或其与腿22相连部分中。
根据本发明,使肋的截面积增大,以使这些区域的应力减至最小。参见图5,可以看到,肋26的厚度Rt明显大于与其相连的腿22的壁厚Rt。肋26的这一厚度增加对底座较大应力区域提供了较高强度。而且,可由图5清楚看出,每一肋26和其相邻的腿22之间的圆角区28,有一增加的厚度。其总效果是,在图3-5中总体标以数
字18的改进的底座构形具有较高的抗应力裂纹能力。
同时还发现,一个腿22和其相应的脚24的合适的构造应该是,要求一个腿所占角范围至少为40°,很明显,如果有6个腿22,则可提供给一个腿22及其相应肋26的角范围为60°,这就限定了肋26的每范围为0°-20°之间。
根据本发明的一个特点,已经发现,如果肋构成得具有较大的角范围,则肋可容易地作成具有较大厚度,并因而具有较大截面积。
由上述,根据本发明的一个实施例,底座构形18的肋26作得比图2所示现有技术有较大的肋宽Rw,如图2、3、5所示。
而且,已经证明,腿22及其相连的脚24的构形可满足底座构形的特定功能要求,因此,图3所示实例中,在维持底座构形18、20中的腿22脚24基本相同的同时,腿的数目减少了一个。这样就提供了较大肋宽Rw,较厚肋壁Rt,从而提供了必需的肋强度,5个腿22是实用的。
我们同时指出,每一腿和相邻肋之间的交线,已如图示是直线和径向的,它也可以是稍弯曲的。
还应指出,从底座构形中心E到一个脚24的远角D的径向距离,大约为中心E到底座构形外圆轮廓C之间距离的0.8倍。
参见图4,可以看到,肋26的纵向剖面为弧形,而在图5中,它们已总体示为扁平形,它们也可以有弧形的横向剖面,以便形成一个半球形的一部分,如果腿22和脚24无特殊要求,上述半球形就是底
座18的自然构形。
尽管这里对仅仅一个最佳实施例的底座构形加以了详示和详述,但一些小的变化可能提出,然而它们不超出本发明权利要求书所限定的本发明实质及范围。
Claims (8)
1、一种吹塑成型的热塑树脂容器,具有一个底座构形,其底部平面轮廓为圆形,有5个沿底座径向分布的中空腿,每一腿终止于圆形底平面轮廓的径向向内置位的一个脚,并且,每一相邻的腿被相应的径向延伸的肋所分隔,其特征在于,每一肋的壁厚大于与之相邻的腿的侧壁厚度。
2、根据权利要求1的容器,其特征在于,在每一腿起始于容器本体底的圆周。
3、根据权利要求1或2的容器,其特征在于,在每一肋和与之相邻的腿之间提供有一圆角区,其厚度大于腿侧壁与邻近部分的厚度。
4、根据权利要求1的容器,其特征在于,所述肋的构形为,基本形成一个半球形的一部分。
5、根据权利要求1的容器,其特征在于,所述每一肋的横截面,基本呈平直形。
6、根据权利要求1的容器,其特征在于,每一腿和与之相邻的肋之间的交线,从底面轮廓看时为稍弯形。
7、根据权利要求1的容器,其特征在于,每一脚具有径向的远角,该远角与底座中心的距离基本为底座构形直径的80%。
8、根据权利要求1的容器,其特征在于,所述每一腿所占角范围至少为40°。
