Abstract
本发明涉及一种硅酮支架推送系统,包括硅酮支架、单壁气管插管、推送器(6)、推送杆及支架折叠辅助装置(7),所述的推送器(6)由手持部(1)及圆管状的管身(2)组成,手持部(1)为中空圆柱,并通过其顶部倒阶梯形结构与支架折叠辅助装置(7)契合,所述的推送杆由末端封闭的长细圆管(4)及手柄(3)构成,所述的支架折叠辅助装置(7)呈漏斗型外观,底部有倒置梯形结构。所述的推送器(6)的手持部(1)顶端侧面有弧形突出(5)。所述的硅酮支架一端有丝线。所述的推送杆的圆管(4)管身曲率与所述的推送器(6)的管身曲率相同。所述的单壁气管插管为单层的聚氯乙烯材质气管插管。本发明可解决现有技术中支架置入时风险高、技术难度大的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于人体气管支架领域,特别是涉及一种硅酮支架推送系统。
背景技术
气管狭窄是一种严重威胁人类身体健康的呼吸系统疾病。其成因复杂,常由于各种良性病变、创伤所致之疤痕狭窄、气管软化或恶性组织的浸润、压迫等,严重的气管狭窄将明显限制患者的通气功能,甚至危及生命。狭窄一旦形成,药物或手术治疗往往收效甚微。常规的介入治疗如烧灼、冷冻、球囊扩张亦存在风险大、复发率高等缺陷,此等情况下,支架植入为一种理想方法。它不仅能迅速有效缓解呼吸困难、缺氧状态,提高生活质量,而且为进一步治疗赢得了时间。其中,硅酮支架是最早开发出来的气管支架。它具有价格便宜,生物相容性好,疗效确定的优点,但由于其张力较大,放置时需在硬质支气管镜介导下进行,因而也需要对病人进行全麻以保障通气功能,这极大地增大了支架置入的风险及技术难度。上述情况极大地限制了硅酮支架的临床应用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种硅酮支架推送系统,以解决现有技术中支架置入时风险高、技术难度大的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种硅酮支架推送系统,包括硅酮支架、单壁气管插管、推送器、推送杆及支架折叠辅助装置,所述的推送器由手持部及圆管状的管身组成,手持部为中空圆柱,并通过其顶部倒阶梯形结构与支架折叠辅助装置契合,所述的推送杆由末端封闭的长细圆管及手柄构成,所述的支架折叠辅助装置呈漏斗型外观,底部有倒置梯形结构。
所述的推送器的手持部顶端侧面有弧形突出。
所述的硅酮支架一端有丝线。
所述的推送杆的圆管管身曲率与所述的推送器相同。
所述的单壁气管插管为单层的聚氯乙烯材质气管插管。
有益效果
本发明能够在保持患者清醒的状态下,仅通过局麻和纤维支气管镜即可完成硅酮支架的放置,且能精确的调节其在气道腔内的位置。从而克服现有硅酮支架放置系统的缺陷,极大的减轻了患者的痛苦和经济负担。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
实施例1
如图1、图2、图3及图4所示,一种硅酮支架推送系统,为由可调节的硅酮支架,以聚氯乙烯为材料的单壁气管插管、推送器6、推送杆及支架折叠辅助装置7组成。其中,硅酮支架为在原有的各型硅酮支架的一端加装丝线以便于放置后的位置调节。单壁气管插管为去除气囊的单层气管插管,用于建立人工气道。其外径为12mm,厚度为1mm,长度为30cm。推送器6由手持部1及管身2组成,总长度为60cm。其中,手持部1为中空圆柱状外观,其上端有弧形突起5以防止操作时手滑脱。整个手持部1长度为10cm,外径3cm。手持部1中空状管道为折叠好的支架的进入部位,其上端呈倒梯形,为支架引导口,以便于和支架折叠辅助装置7相契合,其上径8mm,下径6mm,高5mm。管身2外径为8mm,厚1mm。手持部支架引导口以下及管身的直径均为6mm。推送杆由长度为80cm的中空末端封闭的细长圆管4及手柄3组成,圆管外径为6mm,管身曲率与推送器6相同。由于硅酮支架张力较大,为方便将其折叠并送入推送器6的管道中,可以使用有漏洞状的支架折叠辅助装置7。其倒置圆锥状上部直径为2cm,下部中空圆柱状直径为8mm,最末端呈倒置梯形,内径为6mm。
如图5所示,手术时,首先插入单壁气管插管以建立人工气道。通过纤维支气管镜检查确定支架型号并进行定位。然后将适当型号的硅酮支架通过支架折叠辅助装置7送入推送器6手持部1的管道中,继之将推送器6沿建立好的人工气道轻轻送入气道并由助手固定好。此时,操作者使用推送杆将支架沿推送器6的管身2一直往下推并最终将支架释放入气管。最后,撤出整个推送系统,在纤维支气管镜下使用活检钳并通过硅酮支架两端的丝线调整其位置。
本发明避免了全麻的危险,也降低了操作的技术难度和患者的经济负担,有利于支架植入的普遍开展。人工气道的建立保障了操作过程中患者的通气从而降低了支架植入的风险。聚氯乙烯材质制成的推送器不仅操作方便,而且具有价格低廉的特点。此外,通过本系统植入的支架能非常方便的在气管镜下调整位置。
Claims (5)
1.一种硅酮支架推送系统,包括硅酮支架、单壁气管插管、推送器(6)、推送杆及支架折叠辅助装置(7),其特征在于:所述的推送器(6)由手持部(1)及圆管状的管身(2)组成,手持部(1)为中空圆柱,并通过其顶部倒阶梯形结构与支架折叠辅助装置(7)契合,所述的推送杆由末端封闭的长细圆管(4)及手柄(3)构成,所述的支架折叠辅助装置(7)呈漏斗型外观,底部有倒置梯形结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酮支架推送系统,其特征在于:所述的推送器(6)的手持部(1)顶端侧面有弧形突出(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酮支架推送系统,其特征在于:所述的硅酮支架一端有丝线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酮支架推送系统,其特征在于:所述的推送杆的圆管(4)管身曲率与所述的推送器(6)的管身曲率相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅酮支架推送系统,其特征在于:所述的单壁气管插管为单层的聚氯乙烯材质气管插管。
