Abstract

一种电池安装装置,包括用于安装电池的安装座及基座,所述安装座枢转装设于所述基座,并可相对所述基座定位于任意位置。如此,所述电池安装装置即可根据不同的需求任意改变电池的安装状态。

电池安装装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池安装装置。
背景技术
一般在电脑主板上均固定有用于安装钮扣电池的电池座。当电脑主机关机后,该钮扣电池可为电脑主板的基本输入输出系统(Basic Input Output System,缩写为BIOS)供电,以使电脑主机关机后也可由BIOS来计数时间等。
当前,此类电池座主要有水平和竖直两种结构设计,即,钮扣电池装入后分别呈水平安装状态和竖直安装状态。但是这两种电池座结构均不可以改变钮扣电池的安装状态,以适应不同的需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以改变电池的安装状态的电池安装装置。
一种电池安装装置,包括用于安装电池的安装座及基座,所述安装座枢转装设于所述基座,并可相对所述基座定位于任意位置。
本发明电池安装装置通过所述安装座相对所述基座枢转并定位于任意位置,从而得以改变该电池的安装状态,以满足不同的需求。

具体实施方式
请参照图1及图2,本发明电池安装装置的较佳实施方式包括基座10、可枢转装设于所述基座10的安装座30及设置于所述安装座30的两弹性导电片50、60,所述两导电片50、60分别作为正极、负极。
所述基座10顶部凸设两间隔设置的凸出部12,所述两凸出部12之间形成有间隙14;每一凸出部12的外端面凸设有枢接轴16,每一枢接轴16包括一对相对间隔设置且呈弧形的两凸起162。所述基座10底部凸设两导电端子18及两固定柱20,所述两固定柱20分别位于所述两导电端子18的两边。
所述安装座30于顶面开设有用于容纳一钮扣电池100的容置空间32。所述安装座30于一端开设有与所述容置空间32相连通的钮扣电池装入口34。所述容置空间32底壁于靠近所述钮扣电池装入口34的位置开设有开槽36,供手指伸入以拆取所述钮扣电池100(参照图4)。所述容置空间32两侧壁于靠近所述钮扣电池装入口34的位置凸设两相正对的限制部38,以防止所述钮扣电池100装入所述容置空间32时经由所述钮扣电池装入口34自动脱出。所述容置空间32其中一侧壁开设有一通孔40。所述安装座30于另一端凸设两延伸部42,所述两延伸部42之间形成有可容置所述基座10的两凸出部12的嵌置槽44;每一延伸部42对应相应凸出部12的枢接轴16开设有结合孔46。
所述导电片50凸出于所述容置空间32的顶壁而伸入所述容置空间32内,并正对所述容置空间32的底壁,以使钮扣电池装入所述容置空间32时,所述导电片50可与所述容置空间32的底壁一起固定所述钮扣电池100。所述导电片60固设于所述安装座30的外侧面,并通过所述通孔40伸入所述容置空间32内。
请继续参照图3,组装时,使所述安装座30的两延伸部42和所述基座10的两枢接轴16的两凸起分别发生弹性形变,从而所述两枢接轴16分别穿设于所述两延伸部42的结合孔46内,所述基座10的两凸出部12容置于所述安装座30的嵌置槽44,这样,即使所述安装座30枢转装设于所述基座10。而所述基座10的两导电端子18通过置于所述间隙14内的线缆70分别与所述两导电片50、60电性连接。
请继续参照图4,使用时,所述基座10的两固定柱20分别定位于一电脑主板200的定位孔内(图未示),使所述两导电端子18焊接于所述电脑主板200,即将所述电池安装装置固定于所述电脑主板200。将所述钮扣电池100经由所述安装座30的钮扣电池装入口34安装于所述容置空间32内,所述两导电片50、60分别弹性抵接于所述钮扣电池100的正极、负极,从而实现所述钮扣电池100与所述电脑主板200的电性连接。所述两限制部38则可防止所述钮扣电池100自动脱出。
请继续参照图5,当需要将所述安装座30转动到某一角度时,扳动所述安装座30,使所述安装座30绕着所述两枢转轴16转动即可。由于所述两枢转轴16与所述安装座30的相应结合孔46的配合为过盈配合,所以所述安装座30可定位于任意角度。图5所示为所述安装座30相对于所述基座10转动90°时的状态。如此,所述电池安装装置即可任意改变所述钮扣电池100的安装状态(如图4的水平安装状态和图5的竖直安装状态),以满足不同的需求。
当要拆取所述钮扣电池100时,将手指伸入所述安装座30的开槽36,并向所述导电片50的方向压靠所述钮扣电池100,使所述导电片50发生弹性变形而位于所述容置空间32外,这时,即可通过所述钮扣电池装入口34取出所述钮扣电池100。
作为本发明电池安装装置的另一实施方式,所述两枢接轴16可分别凸设于所述安装座30的两延伸部42上;所述两结合孔44则分别开设于所述基座10的两凸出部12上。

Claims (10)

1.一种电池安装装置,包括用于安装电池的安装座,其特征在于:所述电池安装装置还包括基座,所述安装座枢转装设于所述基座,并可相对所述基座定位于任意位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池安装装置,其特征在于:所述安装座与所述基座之一设有至少一结合孔,所述安装座与所述基座之另一设有枢转装设于所述结合孔内的枢接轴。
3.如权利要求2所述的电池安装装置,其特征在于:所述安装座凸设两延伸部,所述两延伸部之间形成有嵌置槽,所述基座凸设两置于所述嵌置槽的凸出部。
4.如权利要求3所述的电池安装装置,其特征在于:所述结合孔开设于每一延伸部,所述枢接轴凸设于每一凸出部。
5.如权利要求3所述的电池安装装置,其特征在于:所述结合孔开设于每一凸出部,所述枢接轴凸设于每一延伸部。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的电池安装装置,其特征在于:所述安装座开设有用于容纳一电池的容置空间。
7.如权利要求6所述的电池安装装置,其特征在于:所述安装座固设有两伸入所述容置空间内的导电片,所述两导电片可分别电性接触电池的两电极。
8.如权利要求7所述的电池安装装置,其特征在于:所述安装座开设有与所述容置空间相连通的通孔,所述两导电片之一为自所述安装座的外侧通过所述通孔伸入所述容置空间。
9.如权利要求7所述的电池安装装置,其特征在于:所述基座凸设两分别电性连接于所述两导电片的导电端子。
10.如权利要求7所述的电池安装装置,其特征在于:所述基座凸设两用于定位的固定柱。
