Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1的前序部分所述的预制屋面板单元。
背景技术
这种预制屋面板单元可由100%的无机材料制成,并且在持久性和维护方面非常有利。此外,非常有利的是所讨论的屋面板单元可具有高达22米的自由跨度,即,单独一个屋面板可覆盖约80m2,这对于缩短建造时间来说当然非常有利。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种如引言所述的进一步改进的屋面板单元,该屋面板单元通过简单的技术措施而显示出具有非常突出的优点,且还显示出能够使建筑物的屋面的可见部分具有建筑上非常简单且轻质的构造。
根据本发明的屋面板单元的特征在于,梁和屋面单元分别设计成在用于形成屋檐的端部处具有减小的高度/厚度。在此通过简单的技术措施实现非常突出的优点,这些优点还显示出能够使建筑物的屋面的可见部分具有建筑上非常简单且轻质的构造。
根据本发明的屋面板单元合适地设计成使得最下方的U形金属部段比最上方的U形金属部段短,且最上方的U形金属部段通过设置在最上方的U形金属部段的内部且紧固到该最上方的U形金属部段的U形金属部段在用于形成屋檐的端部处从下方封闭。
为了在箱型梁的各部分之间传递所需的力,根据本发明的屋面板单元有利地设计成使得最下方的金属部段的最末端的部分优选在梁的两侧通过矩形连接片与最上方的金属部段相连。
为了增大梁的刚性,根据本发明的屋面板单元合适地设计成使得,上部金属部段和下部金属部段在相对端及沿整个长度间隔开地设有基本为矩形的横向隔离件,该横向隔离件包括带有成角度的连接凸缘的金属片,该连接凸缘优选通过螺钉紧固于金属部段的所有三个侧部。
根据本发明的屋面单元板合适地设计成使得矩形连接片设置在金属部段的内侧,横向隔离件设置成与连接片的竖直侧面相对,且连接片和隔离件通过螺钉同时连接到金属部段的相应侧部。
为了进一步提高根据本发明的屋面板单元的生产的生产率,有利的是将屋面板单元设计成使得矩形连接片设置在金属部段的内侧,设置在上部金属部段内侧的金属部段继续向内超过连接片,横向隔离件设置成与连接片的两个竖直侧部相对,且连接片、隔离件和内部金属部段通过螺钉同时与金属部段的相应侧部相连。
为了使各个箱型梁的刚性更加稳定,根据本发明的屋面板单元优选设计成使得各金属部段中的横向隔离件设置成彼此相对,且各横向隔离件的连接凸缘也互连。
为了有助于将根据本发明的屋面板单元固定在建筑结构中,有利的是将屋面板单元设计成具有与用于形成屋檐的端部的最内部相对的横向开口。

具体实施方式
图1和图2示出设有根据本发明的屋面板单元4的实施例的建筑物2的剖视图,其中,屋檐6通过屋面板单元4而建造,该屋面板单元从建筑物2的边缘开始具有减小的厚度/高度,其中屋面板单元4被支承和锚固在钢梁8上,使得钢梁8内侧的屋面板单元4与钢梁8外侧(的屋面板单元)相比具有较大的厚度和高度。
如图1和图2所示,与用于形成屋檐6的端部的最内部部分相对的屋面板单元4设计成具有横向开口28,通过该横向开口28能够例如通过预制角撑30将屋面板单元6锚固于梁8。随后,在安装松的盖板32并覆盖屋面材料前用隔离材料填充开口28。
图3和图4示出屋面板单元4的连接简图,该屋面板单元在钢梁8的外侧具有厚度/高度减小的屋檐6。屋檐6包括上部U形金属型材10的向外延伸的部分,该U形金属型材10通过U形金属型材12从下方封闭,该U形金属型材12设置在金属型材10的内部且向内延伸超过类似的内部矩形连接片14。
下部金属型材18的外端16通过连接片14并通过横向隔离件22的成角度的连接凸缘20与上部金属型材10相连,该连接凸缘20设置成与连接片14的竖直侧部边缘相对,使得通过延伸穿过金属型材10、12、18以及连接片14和连接凸缘20的螺钉可同时建立(横向隔离件)与金属型材10、12、18以及连接片14与连接凸缘20的连接。
图4很清楚地示出上部金属型材10和下部金属型材18例如通过压接(clinch)(压力结合)或其它方法在相对地向外弯曲的侧部边缘5处互连,金属型材10、18的上部和下部的狭窄的侧部设计成具有梯形轮廓19,且板形隔离件22的连接凸缘20和内部U形型材12通过螺钉互连。
图5示出在生产过程中的梁24,即:显示为顶侧朝下,这样,可清楚看到通过所述U形金属型材12从下方封闭的屋檐6。照片视图6示出在梁24的生产过程中连接片14如何设置在梁24的内侧。
图7示出建筑物26的示例,该建筑物设有根据本发明的屋檐6,且从而在屋面板单元最外端处获得轻质的端部。
通过根据本发明的屋面板单元的示出的和描述的实施例,从该建筑物的边缘开始不提供梁的金属型材的下部,从而屋檐6、屋面板单元和梁各自包括上部延伸的金属型材,该上部延伸的金属型材带有从下方封闭的内部U形金属型材。但是,根据本发明的屋面板单元当然也可以翻转,即减小的厚度/高度朝上。
在这种情况下,梁的下部U形金属型材继续朝外(延伸),且自身形成屋檐,使得梁的下部U形金属型材例如沿着建筑物的边缘通过连接片等悬置于上部金属型材的外端部分。屋面板单元的上部减小的高度/厚度从而可合适地用于形成向外倾斜的屋面排水沟,因为屋面板单元可朝外结束于上翘的边缘或端板(尾板)。
最后应当注意,根据本发明的预制屋面板单元可包括一个或多个梁24,该梁例如具有如权利要求1所述的相对定位,且上部盖板由覆盖有沥青屋面材料或薄膜屋面材料的隔离板、金属波纹板构成。这种根据本发明的屋面板单元可在下部例如覆盖有直接固定在梁24的底侧处且从而形成屋面材料的一部分的穿孔波纹钢板。
Claims (8)
1.一种预制屋面板单元(4),包括一个或多个纵向箱形梁(24),各箱形梁包括两个基本为U形的金属部段(10,18),这两个U形金属部段在彼此相对、开放的侧部处沿着狭窄的朝外弯曲的横向边缘(5)互连,其中,梁(24)在沿纵向方向有波纹的上部狭窄的侧部和下部狭窄的侧部处与沿横向有波纹且具有和屋面板单元大致相同的宽度的金属板相连,该梁(24)沿着屋面板单元(4)的相对侧设置且位于屋面板单元(4)的中央,其特征在于,梁(24)和屋面板单元(4)分别设计成在用于形成屋檐(6)的端部具有减小的高度/厚度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的屋面板单元(4),其特征在于,最下方的U形金属部段(18)比最上方的U形金属部段(10)短,且最上方的U形金属部段(10)在用于形成屋檐(6)的端部处利用设置在最上方的U形金属部段(10)的内部且紧固到该最上方的U形金属部段(10)的U形金属部段(12)从下方封闭。
3.根据权利要求1所述的屋面板单元(4),其特征在于,最下方的金属部段(18)的最末端的部分(16)优选在梁(24)的两侧通过矩形连接片(14)与最上方的金属部段(10)相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的屋面板单元(4),其特征在于,上部金属部段和下部金属部段(10,18)在相对端及沿整个长度间隔开地设有基本为矩形的横向隔离件(22),该横向隔离件包括具有成角度的连接凸缘(20)的金属片,该连接凸缘优选通过螺钉紧固于金属部段(10,18)的所有三个侧部。
5.根据权利要求3和4所述的屋面板单元(4),其特征在于,矩形连接片(14)设置在金属部段(10,18)的内侧,横向隔离件(22)设置成与连接片(14)的竖直侧面相对,且连接片(14)和隔离件(22)通过螺钉同时与金属部段(10,18)的相应侧部相连。
6.根据权利要求1至5所述的屋面板单元(4),其特征在于,矩形连接片(14)设置在金属部段(10,18)的内侧,设置在上部金属部段(10)内侧的金属部段(12)继续向内超过连接片(14),横向隔离件(22)设置成与连接片(14)的两个竖直侧面相对,连接片(14)、隔离件(22)和内部金属部段(12)通过螺钉同时与金属部段(10,18)的相应侧部相连。
7.根据权利要求3至5所述的屋面板单元(4),其特征在于,各金属部段(10,18)中的横向隔离件(22)设置成彼此相对,各横向隔离件的连接凸缘(20)也互连。
8.根据权利要求1所述的屋面板单元(4),其特征在于,该屋面板单元设计成具有与用于形成屋檐(6)的端部的最内部部分(16)相对的横向开口。
