Abstract

回粉中进式闭路粉磨系统属粉体工程技术领域,含有:管磨机、选粉机、回粉仓;管磨机含有磨头喂料口、磨中回粉入口、螺旋形料勺、磨机筒体、粗磨仓、双层隔仓板、细磨仓、铰支阀门;本技术为使粉碎工艺符合大球破粗料,小球磨细料的粉碎机理要求,在双层隔仓板处径向均布一组带铰支阀门的磨中回粉入口,并与一组随磨机筒体回转的螺旋形料勺连接,料勺回粉仓包容在螺旋形料勺外围,接受经选粉机选出的回粉,料勺挖取和接受回粉仓的回粉,进入细磨仓细磨,实现管磨机细磨仓与选粉机间的闭路粉磨,本发明应用于闭路粉磨系统制备粉状物料,提高初绐入磨粗料在粗磨仓的粉碎几率和效应,充分发挥细磨仓小研磨体对细料的研磨作用,降低粉磨能耗。

Description

回粉中进式闭路粉磨系统 
技术领域
本发明属粉体工程技术领域,应用于闭路粉磨系统制备粉状物料。 
背景技术
现行技术的闭路粉磨系统如图4所示:待粉磨之物料经磨头喂料口B21;进入粗磨仓B22,受粗磨仓内较大研磨体冲击破碎后,经隔仓板B23进入细磨仓B24,受细磨仓内较小研磨体研磨作用后,进入选粉机B25分级处理,合格的细粉从细粉口B27排出;不合格的稍粗料从回粉口B26排出,与初始入磨物料一起进入磨头喂料口B,形成闭路粉磨系统。因粗磨仓研磨体直径通常大于60mm,而选粉机回粉料通常小于1mm,且这种回粉与初始入磨料的重料比一般在60%~150%,故这种回粉料进入粗磨仓不仅不能有效粉碎,而且因为料垫效应,影响对初始入磨物料的粉碎,增加能量损耗。 
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种能克服上述缺陷的回粉中进式闭路粉磨系统,经选粉机分级后的回粉从管磨机中部的双层隔仓板处进入磨机细磨仓,提高初绐入磨粗料在粗磨仓的冲击粉碎几率和效应,降低粉磨能耗。 
本发明所采用的技术方案是: 
回粉中进式闭路粉磨系统含有管磨机、选粉机、回粉仓等,管磨机含有磨头喂料口、磨中回粉入口、螺旋形料勺、磨机筒体、粗磨仓、双层隔仓板、细磨仓、铰支阀门;管磨机的粗磨仓与细磨仓之间的双层隔仓板处径向均布一组带铰支阀门的磨中回粉入口,阀门铰支于回粉入口在回转方向滞后侧,在回粉入口位于筒体回转上半周时,铰支阀门在重力作用下自动打开,以便进料,下半周时铰支阀门在重力作用下关闭,可避免磨内物料返流;每个磨中回粉入口与一个螺旋形料勺根部法兰刚性连接,料勺的螺旋通道内侧支撑在磨机筒体的撑板上,可随磨机筒体回转;一组料勺口径向均布,料勺口外缘在同一圆周上,料勺绕筒体的螺旋道数均大于1.25圈,以确保磨机回转的任何时刻料勺内均有锁风物料,料勺随筒体回转时,挖取和接受经选粉机选出并进入回粉仓的回粉, 经料勺的螺旋形通道、磨中回粉入口进入磨机细磨仓。回粉仓包容在回转的螺旋形料勺外围,与磨机筒体的环向邻接处设置端面密封,回粉仓的受料口开设在迎螺旋形料勺口回转方向一侧的上半周,在受料时可使较多物料直接进入料勺,减少料勺挖取阻力,回粉仓的受料口与选粉机回粉口连接,接受回粉料。 
系统是这样工作的: 
待粉磨之物料经磨头喂料口进入粗磨仓,受粗磨仓内较大研磨体冲击破碎后,经隔仓板进入细磨仓,受细磨仓内较小研磨体研磨后,从磨尾出料口排出,进入选粉机分级处理,合格的细粉从细粉口排出;不合格的稍粗料从回粉口排出,进入回粉仓的受料口,大部分物料直接导入料勺口.有一部分物料落入回粉仓底,被后继回转的料勺挖取,经料勺的螺旋通道、磨中回粉入口、隔仓板,进入细磨仓细磨,形成细磨仓与选粉机的闭路粉磨工艺。 
本发明的有益效果是: 
1.占初始入磨量60%~150%的选粉机回粉料直接进入细磨仓,充分发挥细磨仓小研磨体对细料的研磨作用; 
2成倍提高了粗磨仓内粗料的冲击破碎几率,减少了细物料的料垫效应,提高粗磨仓大研磨体的冲击碎料能效; 
上述两项的综合效应是:在粉碎工艺上实施大球破粗料,小球磨细料的分工,符合粉碎机理要求,可显著降低粉磨能耗。

具体实施方式
待粉磨之物料经磨头喂料口1进入粗磨仓2,受粗磨仓内较大研磨体的冲击破碎后,经双层隔仓板12进入细磨仓14,受细磨仓内较小研磨体的研磨后,从磨尾出料口15排出,进入选粉机7的进料口8,进行分级处理,合格的细粉从细粉口9排出;不合格的稍粗料从回粉口6排出,进入回粉仓4的受料口16,回粉仓包容在螺旋形料勺5的外围,与磨机筒体的环向邻接处设置端面密封3;一组螺旋形料勺支撑在磨机筒体11的撑板17上,每个螺旋形料勺的根部法兰与径向均布在隔仓板间筒体上的磨中回粉入口10的法兰用螺栓连接件18紧固连接,磨中回粉入口在回转方向滞后侧,悬挂一个铰支阀门13,铰支阀门可绕铰支门轴19自由转动,在回粉入口位于筒体回转上半周时,铰支阀门在重力作用下自动打开,以便进料,下半周时铰支阀门在重力作用下关闭,可避免磨内物料返流。螺旋形料勺随磨机筒体回转时,大部分物料导入螺旋形料勺口,有一部分物料落入回粉仓底,被后继回转的料勺挖取,经料勺自身的螺旋通道、磨中回粉入口10、双层隔仓板12,进入细磨仓14细磨,形成细磨仓与选粉机的闭路粉磨系统。 

Claims (2)

1.一种回粉中进式闭路粉磨系统,含有管磨机、选粉机、回粉仓,管磨机含有磨头喂料口、磨中回粉入口、螺旋形料勺、磨机筒体、粗磨仓、双层隔仓板、细磨仓、铰支阀门,其特征是:管磨机的粗磨仓与细磨仓之间的双层隔仓板处径向均布一组带铰支阀门的磨中回粉入口,阀门铰支于回粉入口在回转方向滞后侧,每个磨中回粉入口与一个螺旋形料勺根部法兰刚性连接,料勺的螺旋通道内侧支撑在磨机筒体的撑板上,一组料勺口径向均布,料勺口外缘在同一圆周上,料勺绕筒体的螺旋道数均大于1.25圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的回粉中进式闭路粉磨系统,其特征是:回粉仓包容在回转的螺旋形料勺外围,与磨机筒体的环向邻接处设置端面密封,回粉仓的受料口开设在迎螺旋形料勺口回转方向一侧的上半周,回粉仓的受料口与选粉机回粉口连接。
