现在已发现的除草剂,无论其化学结构如何,都是通过对关键靶标的作用而发挥除草功效的。迄今,已确定的除草剂靶标约为15种,其中,起着重要作用的分子靶标有2种,即原卟啉原氧化酶(protox)和乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)。自1992年以来,在除草剂的作用机制研究中最显著的成就是确定羟基苯丙酮酸双加氧酶(HPPD),许多除草剂都是通过抑制植物体内的靶标基因HPPD而表现出显著的除草活性的,每一种除草剂都有其相应的靶标基因,到目前为止,已发现许多标靶不同于现有商品化除草剂的作用靶标,遗憾的是,目前人们对有关植物体内敏感标靶部位的性质尚了解不多,例如,对拟南芥基因组分析结果表明,拟南芥体内有1000多种基因。而从理论上讲,植物体内每一个基因都可作为除草剂潜在靶标,问题只在于对它们的抑制是否足以导致植物生长停止、代谢作用受阻和毒素中间体发生积累而导致杂草枯死。
由此显然可见,当农田里使用除草剂时,无论所用的除草剂的选择性有多高,在除草剂毒死杂草的同时,都会或多或少损害到所培育的当茬农作物;或是除草剂的残留物损害后茬作物,尤其是1970年发现杂草对除草剂的抗性以来,已经发现200多种杂草具有抗性,杂草对除草的抗性逐年增大,迫使农户逐年增大除草剂的使用浓度,增加其用量,这又进一步损害农作物,降低农作物的产量。这就是大家都知道的使用除草剂实际上是只除草而不增产的。
丁草胺和杀草丹是我国生产吨位数最大,使用最普遍的除草剂,稗草对这两种除草剂有明显抗性,而且抗性水平从北到南有明显增强,双季稻区稗草抗性大于单季稻产区,使用时间越长,抗性越高。而使用的除草剂浓度增大以后,除对当茬农作物和后茬农作物的药害以外,对周围的农田也会带来危害。例如:2,4滴丁酯、2甲4氯钠等除草剂在施用过程中由于形成的雾滴细小、温度过高、空气相对湿度过大、风力过小、光照过强、喷头位置距地面或叶面过高,液泵压力过大等,均易造成雾滴挥发,雾滴汽化后的漂移作用,会使邻近被波及的敏感作物及树木等遭受不同程度的药害。如2.4滴丁酯,在地面喷施时雾滴漂移可远达2000~3000m远;应用氟乐灵、禾草特等除草剂,有时漂移最多可达5000m。各地曾多次发生此类药害事件,使用除草剂的浓度越大,这类药害发生的频率与危害的程度也越大。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种除草剂增效剂,提高除草剂的活性,使除草剂的用量减少,从而减少除草剂对农作物和周围敏感作物的危害。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的除草剂增效剂,由植物甾族类化合物和溶剂混合而成,植物甾族类化合物选自甲基甾醇、β-谷甾醇、菜油甾醇、麦角甾醇和菜籽甾醇中的一种和一种以上;溶剂为C10~C24的脂肪酸中的一种或一种以上混合,或者棉籽油、棕榈油、大豆油脂中的一种或一种以上混合。
试验结果表明,本发明专利的除草剂增效剂,可以提高除草剂的活性30~80%,使除草剂的用量减少30~80%,从而减少除草剂对农作物和周围敏感作物的危害,增加农作物产量,并降低除草剂对环境的污染程度。本发明的除草剂增效剂的增效作用的机理还不确定,但是,可以肯定是本发明增效剂中的植物甾族类化合物能促进植物根系生长,并有利于叶绿素的合成。
作为上述技术方案的优选实施例,所述植物甾族类化合物与溶剂的重量百分比为5~40%∶60~95%。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种除草剂组合物,由上述除草剂增效剂和除草剂原药混合而成。所述除草剂原药为三氮苯类、二硝基苯胺类、磺酰胺类、二苯醚类、二硝基苯、环乙烯酮类、取代脲类、腈类、吡啶类、联吡啶类、磺酰脲类、咪咻酮类、嘧啶水杨酸类、芳氧基苯氯丙酯类、氨基甲酸酯类、苯甲酸类、苯氧羧酸类、有机磷类或酞酰亚胺类除草剂中的一种。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明专利的除草剂增效剂,可以提高除草剂的活性,减少除草剂的用量,从而减少除草剂对农作物和周围敏感作物的危害,增加农作物产量,并降低除草剂对环境的污染程度;
(2)本发明专利的除草剂增效剂还可以促进农作物的生长。
具体实施方式
本发明的除草剂增效剂由植物甾族类化合物和溶剂混合而成,植物甾族类化合物选自甲基甾醇、β-谷甾醇、菜油甾醇、麦角甾醇和菜籽甾醇中的一种和一种以上,植物甾族类化合物为除草剂增效剂的有效成分,具有增强除草剂活性,并且促进植物生长的作用。当然,本发明除草剂增效剂中的植物甾族类化合物也可以单独加在除草剂原药中,同样能起到增效剂的作用。
本发明除草剂增效剂的溶剂为C10~C24的脂肪酸中的一种或一种以上,如癸酸、棕榈酸、软脂酸、油酸、亚油酸等,脂肪酸具有环保、原料易得和价格低的优点。或者棉籽油、棕榈油、大豆油脂中的一种或一种以上混合。
本发明的除草剂增效剂的使用方法是,将除草剂在稀释后再添加除草剂增效剂混合均匀就可以使用,可获得作为本发明目的的增效作用。而且,本发明的除草剂增效剂对于各种作物部没有药害,可以安全地使用。
本发明的除草剂组合物使用的除草剂原药包括市面上所有的除草剂,具体实例包括下列种类除草剂:三氮苯类、二硝基苯胺类、磺酰胺类、二苯醚类、二硝基苯、环乙烯酮类、取代脲类、腈类、吡啶类、联吡啶类、磺酰脲类、咪咻酮类、嘧啶水杨酸类、芳氧基苯氯丙酯类、氨基甲酸酯类、苯甲酸类、苯氧羧酸类、有机磷类或酞酰亚胺类。
实施例
根据表1,用植物甾族类化合物和溶剂配制各种除草剂增效剂。
1.试验方法:分别量取30ml 2,4-D丁酯乳钠除草剂(以72重量%的2,4-D丁酯乳钠作为有效成分),将其溶于30kg水里稀释,再在各个除草剂稀释液中分别加入20g表1中所述的1~8种除草剂增效剂,搅拌均匀后用于麦田(一亩)除草,作为处理组,以50ml相同2,4-D丁酯乳钠除草剂为对比组,以清水处理为对照组。
将试验小区标记后,处理组按如下方式操作:先将2,4-D丁酯乳钠施于拔节期的小麦,叶龄比例分别为5叶龄株占70%,5.5叶龄株占30%,3天后,将添加有增效剂的除草剂施于相应小区,7日后,再次将添加有增效剂的除草剂施于相应小区,喷药采用背负式喷雾器喷施;对比组和对照组按相同方式喷施。
2.试验观察、调查方法,不定期观测记录小麦生长情况,药害表现症状和程度。齐穗期测量小麦群体株高,目测麦穗畸形比例。小麦收获时每小区随机抽取30株小麦对经济性状考种,小区实收单打测定产量。对调查资料进行生物统计分析。
3.结果
3.1小麦生长期2,4-D丁酯乳钠药害及除草剂增效剂缓解药害情况
在2,4-D丁酯乳钠处理后20天左右小麦即出现药害症状,表现小麦叶片僵硬挺直,叶片窄细有老化现象,生长不同程度受抑制。施药后40天观察,小麦正值抽穗期。同剂量2,4-D丁酯乳钠经除草剂增效剂处理1次、2次与不处理区比较,除草剂增效剂处理区小麦长势有较明显恢复,目测抽穗卡穗比例,经除草剂增效剂处理的比不处理的低,处理2次的比处理1次的低。从抽穗时间比较,除草剂增效剂处理后对2,4-D丁酯乳钠抑制小麦生长药害造成的延迟抽穗有缓解作用。从除草效果比较,每亩2,4-D丁酯乳钠30毫升+除草剂增效剂20毫升处理与2,4-D丁酯乳钠各剂量处理区的除草效果均达到95%以上,说明除草剂增效剂在降低2,4-D丁酯乳钠用量时似可提高其除草活性,达到控制草害目的。2,4-D丁酯乳钠施药后55天观察,小麦穗畸形比率也与上述一致。实测小麦群体株高,在2,4-D丁酯乳钠不同剂量加除草剂增效剂处理间及与清水处理比较差异显著(见表2)。
3.2小麦收获后经济性状分析
从小麦成熟期看,各处理组间无明显差别。同一天进行取样考种和收割。经对穗长、每穗粒数、千粒穗粒的重量及产量考查,2,4-D丁酯乳钠不同剂量增效剂处理及与清水对照比较,2,4-D丁酯乳钠同剂量比较,增效剂处理与否和处理次数间小麦主要经济性状差异不显著。从小麦千粒重和最终产量看,2,4-D丁酯乳钠各处理与清水对照比较,处理区因药害致使小麦产量下降明显(见表3)。

1.一种除草剂增效剂,其特征在于:由植物甾族类化合物和溶剂混合而成,植物甾族类化合物选自甲基甾醇、β-谷甾醇、菜油甾醇、麦角甾醇和菜籽甾醇中的一种和一种以上;溶剂为C10~C24的脂肪酸中的一种或一种以上混合,或者棉籽油、棕榈油、大豆油脂中的一种或一种以上混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草剂增效剂,其特征在于:所述植物甾族类化合物与溶剂的重量百分比为5~40%∶60~95%。
